Well I have been taking my cat Gypsy here for the last few months. They have always been able to see me on short notice and have never made me feel like it was a problem to do so. Both Ms. Reidelberger and Ms. Sisco are fantastic and take care of your pet like they are your own, even though my baby is a little finicky around people they still care for her. Thank you so much for all that you at Overwatch Animal Hospital have done for me and my Gypsy!

I've only had one appointment, but it was a 5-star experience. I didn't know good vet care could make a person so emotional, but my husband and I left there floating. My pet has been diagnosed with canine epilepsy since he was one-year-old, and there were a couple moments where I felt like crying because a veterinarian has never treated him like he was so individually important before. Everyone in the office gave care to my dog like he was as important as a human, not just an animal, and that has been rare to see in my experience with other vets in town, who often only have time to talk for five minutes and don't even remember my dog. It was Dr. R's first time seeing my husky, but she bonded with him really quickly and taught us more about canine epilepsy and how we can save his life in an emergency than our last three vets combined. She was after my own heart when she said she understood my desire to have an "emergency plan" established, considering our dog's condition, since as a nursing student, this just makes too much sense to me. I want to give my pet's condition the same consideration I would give a human's, especially because my dogs are my children. I always ask: "what can I do?" since status epilepticus is a very real and life-threatening possibility for my dog, and Dr. R and the technician both took their time to give me a detailed plan and advice, rather than simply tell me to "just bring him in, there's nothing you can do." Turns out there is a lot I can do, but I never would have known it, and that could save my dog's life someday. I won't forget that, and I look forward to bringing all my pets here from now on!
Additional info: My appointment was bang on time, even a little early today. They sent me immediately to an examination room; didn't leave me in the lobby for half an hour past my appointment like my last vet. Prices seem generally better than other places I've been to. For instance, the office fee is what I would consider reasonable, and the quote the Dr gave me for a dental cleaning for my dog was way more affordable than competitors who quoted me when he weighed 15 lbs less! They're also kind enough to offer a 10% discount for military, and they count prior-service and first-responders. Very impressed, needless to say.

We took our baby girl Olde Rnglidh Bulldogge to this place because she had broke out with a skin issue. When we went she supposedly did a skin scraping on her and sent it off. We were told that she would call in 2 weeks. We never received a call and had to call the clinic back after 4 weeks. They lost the sample or never sent it in. We went to another vet and he found right away she had yeast and bacteria infection. Don’t take your animal here they are horrible

We used to go there fir years, staff knew us and our dogs, the Doctors were great! But then staff started to constantly change, they didn't know the dogs or us anymore. It didn't feel welcoming anymor...

It didn't feel welcoming anymore! Then I just found out, my dog was supposed to get the Rabies vaccine, and all this time I thought she had it, but the tech "forgot" to give it to her!? Like really????? I still think Dr. Howard is a amazing vet, but everything else around it not so much! We changed Vets!!!

We have been using this place for 20 + years. They know our dogs by name and treat every animal I've ever seen going in or out like they are a member of your family. I have 5 dogs that see the doctors...
We have been using this place for 20 + years. They know our dogs by name and treat every animal I've ever seen going in or out like they are a member of your family. I have 5 dogs that see the doctors there. Over the years we have here several other dogs and other pets that have all been seen there. They also board and groom animals. God forbid you ever need to have a pet put down for illness age or whatever reason you have the staff is able to assist you and not just blow it off. Their hearts break to. They are all truly great with animals and it shows. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Like I said we have used them for 20+ years.

Loved this place! First visit is free. My cat has been having problems peeing with bloody urine. My vet back home wanted to do a bunch of tests ($700+). We moved here and I took him straight to here. The doctor was very nice, didn't rush and let me ask a bunch of questions. He didn't push unnecessary testing, etc. I left paying $0. I'll be back for any needs concerning my animals.

They were very helpful and worked with me even though my schedule would only let me get there around the last two hours of their day. Great people there. A little pricy, but hey, the expression of "you get what you pay for" really does apply here because they did awesome. Got my cat spayed and vaccinated, and beginning the deworming process. They explained how it all works, what I need to do, and what to do if something happens. Great people! Definitely bringing Minerva back here!

Very rude on the phone. Extremely unreasonable and made getting my lost dog back impossible. Had to call Clarksville Police Department and have them come out to get issue resolved. Would never do business with. Kept interrupting when I called.
If I don't have my dog back within 24hours, will pursue retrieval of lost property obstruction charges. They even dared me to call CPD because that wouldn't "do anything and is your perogative".
How sad that it takes CPD to get these people to make a simple phone call. Furthermore, they already deleted the post and pics where they showed off my dog who supposedly was "lost and found a new home" with one of their customers. Also, my dog, she's chipped and these people claimed they scanned her and couldn't find it. Funny... the pound, and other vets never had a problem, only re-iterating their incompetence. This dog is an escape artist. It's why we chipped her. Trust the reviews, this place is the worst, most unprofessional establishment in town. Everyone was nice until they had to do something, like setting up a meet with their client who has my dog, then their true faces showed, over something really stupid.... making a phone call. These people don't care one iota about pets, only about fleecing people for shots and services.

My family pets have been taken to Parkway Animal Clinic since I was a child. So naturally when I was grown and got a pet of my own I took my new dog there as well. The veterinarians and techs have always been amazing with all of my pets. They have taken fantastic care of them, and even been sympathetic when we had to make hard decisions about our fur babies. When we had to put our dog to sleep we received a hand written card in the mail with her paw prints. A treasure we will keep for a lifetime.
They've given us great advice on how to keep our babies the healthiest. Dr. West and Dr. Howard are extremely professional and caring. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Especially when it comes to surgeries, they are both absolutely great at what they do. Thanks to all the staff at Parkway Animal Clinic.

I've seen Dr. West on couple of occasions, and would highly recommend this animal clinic. The first visit he started with the simplest (and least costly) solution. It worked. The last visit he confirmed what I was hoping wasn't the case, my 14 year old cat's body was starting to shut down. I made the very hard decision to put my beloved fur baby to sleep, so he would not suffer. About a week later I received a sympathy card in the mail. Not only did the card have a hand written note inside it, there was the best surprise I could have received. My kitty's paw prints were on a beautifully decorated card stock. It meant more than words can describe to receive such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise in the mail.

they diagnosed my dog with parvo, a 2 year old shihtzu who was brought in because she couldn't stand on her hind legs and diarrhea. they were so rude, like, your animal has parvo, it's your fault for not getting her boosters. cost me 200 at the vet, took her to our regular vet later that night who took the time to diagnose her correctly, with a back injury and treated her correctly. less than 12 hours later my baby is back to herself, and parkway will never treat any of my animals. they basically stole money from me and broke my heart for no reason.

We took our baby girl Olde Rnglidh Bulldogge to this place because she had broke out with a skin issue. When we went she supposedly did a skin scraping on her and sent it off. Everyone was nice until they had to do something, then their true faces showed, over something really stupid.... making a phone call. These people don't care one iota about pets, only about fleecing people for shots and services.

My family pets have been taken to Parkway Animal Clinic since I was a child. So naturally when I was grown and got a pet of my own I took my new dog there as well. The veterinarians and techs have always been amazing with all of my pets. They have taken fantastic care of them, and even been sympathetic when we had to make hard decisions about our fur babies. When we had to put our dog to sleep we received a hand written card in the mail with her paw prints. A treasure we will keep for a lifetime.
They've given us great advice on how to keep our babies the healthiest. Dr. West and Dr. Howard are extremely professional and caring. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Especially when it comes to surgeries, they are both absolutely great at what they do. Thanks to all the staff at Parkway Animal Clinic.

I've seen Dr. West on couple of occasions, and would highly recommend this animal clinic. The first visit he started with the simplest (and least costly) solution. It worked. The last visit he confirmed what I was hoping wasn't the case, my 14 year old cat's body was starting to shut down. I made the very hard decision to put my beloved fur baby to sleep, so he would not suffer. About a week later I received a sympathy card in the mail. Not only did the card have a hand written note inside it, there was the best surprise I could have received. My kitty's paw prints were on a beautifully decorated card stock. It meant more than words can describe to receive such a thoughtful and beautiful surprise in the mail.

We've been going to Parkway for almost 10 years now and we love them! The vets and techs are awesome! We have recently moved over 30 min away and still prefer to take our dogs to Parkway!

they diagnosed my dog with parvo, a 2 year old shihtzu who was brought in because she couldn't stand on her hind legs and diarrhea. they were so rude, like, your animal has parvo, it's your fault for not getting her boosters. cost me 200 at the vet, took her to our regular vet later that night who took the time to diagnose her correctly, with a back injury and treated her correctly. less than 12 hours later my baby is back to herself, and parkway will never treat any of my animals. they basically stole money from me and broke my heart for no reason.

I have been bring all my dogs to parkway for 22 years. The staff is like an extended family. They have cared for my many dogs throughout their life's and helped me make difficult end of life decisions...
