I totally Love, Dr. Baugher and Donna at The Cats on Commerce they are amazing! I brought my 2 large and chubby Maine Coons cats for a day at the spa, with Alicia Ellis Feline Fridays, we already knew they were going to go from chill and sweet into feral beasts, so Dr. Baugher was right there ready and waiting to give them a pre-sedation exam before the sedation was given and while the cats were sedated they were given their vaccinations for rabies and were given Revolution for fleas. Alicia Ellis the Certified Feline Master groomer worked her magic with my ornery, chubby long haired cats, their hair gets matted just before summer when they have a big shedding problem, they weren't judgmental about the state of my cat's coats or my cat's behavior. They work their magic on both cats they were given all natural bath with Chubbs bar, cleaned their eyes, ears, clipped their nails and they were given an awesome looking lion cut and they are lighter and cooler, and although still adjusting to how the breeze feels on their skin, they are a lot happier. I won't go anywhere else!! They did an excellent job with my cats. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone in a heartbeat. Dr. Baugher and Alicia Ellis are the best there is. Love the experience. Jiji (my cat) I think she liked the experience as well. The Dr was well informative and caring. The staff was extremely nice and the calico cat there was very welcoming. I called early and was able to get an appointment very quickly. The examination, diagnosis and treatment was very thoughtful and thorough, very professional and friendly. The facility was very clean, had no odor, very inviting. The area my cat stayed in seemed very inviting to a cat, and had everything a kitty could ever dream of. The Cats on Commerce is by far the best place in town. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they care so much about the cats and the people. I first discovered this place when my recently adopted cat got sick while my husband was away training. At the time I couldn't drive and they were very sympathetic to my situation, helping me find the most convenient way to get the medicine my kitty needed. They kept in touch to see how both me and my cat were doing. The place is really nice and well decorated which might make one think this is a super expensive place, but honestly their prices are about the same as other veterinary clinics while the service provided is far superior than anywhere else I've ever been to. We boarded our cats here for the first time last week, and it was a wonderful experience! The cityview suite is very awesome and accomodating for the most spoiled kitties (like ours!). The staff was absolutely wonderful and very understanding. We got our baby boy, Connor, about a year ago now from Cats on Commerce! He was fixed the same week and given all his shots accordingly. They even helped with his allergy issues by suggesting simple OTC things we could do to help with his seasonal allergies, which he developed after a few months. He is a great addition to our family, and I loved the vet so much, I switched our other older cat to them as well! I would never go to another vet for my cats and if we decide to add to our kitty family, I would definitely take advice and go through them first. Read Less

We had a wounded sick cat show up at our doorstep. I wasn't sure what to do with him, I didn't want the shelter to take him and put him down but I didn't have tons of extra money to pay for vet bills myself. I heard about Cats on Commerce from a local cat rescue, Cats R Us, and the staff and veterinarian there were amazing! They were completely sympathetic for the poor cat and worked with me on the price to get him back to health. The doctor was very knowledgable and kind. I really appreciate the help that they provided to the stray kitty and our family. These people have a heart for cats and that shows in their practice. This is the place to go if you are looking for a wonderful place to get the best help for your furbabys I had seven kitty's spayed or neutered and they all did wonderful, and the care and love they showed is the best anyone could except. Hands down the BEST vet I've been too!! If you have cats bring them here! My cat grew a lump on her belly after getting spayed. I happened to call and leave a voicemail and it you could message them on Facebook. Within 10 minutes of sending a message, I got an answer right away!Dr.Baugher was WONDERFUL let me Come in on a Sunday, after 6pm. Even offered to bring some medicine to my own job for my cat! What vet would go out of there way to do that ?! You 100% get what you pay for! Since my visit. I have suggest this vet to everyone! If you have a cat I recommend this place. The staff is exceptional.I had an indoor cat whose health significantly deteriorated in the course of three days. When I brought him in they diagnosed him with FIP, a rare infection that affects young cats and it meant he only had a few days to live. I was able to keep him alive for a week drugged up but I decided to put him to sleep the day after I found out. I was heartbroken and a complete wreck. The vet team allowed me to bring him in on Sunday, when they were closed.Dr. Caron was extremely gentle and compassionate. When I brought my sweet cat in she acted more like an understanding friend who was walking me through the deep sleep process than an unmoving doctor who was dryly explaining what was happening.She explained to me the process and how my cat wouldn't feel pain. After he passed she allowed me to stay with my cat as long as I needed and took him away when I was ready. The vet service does allow cremation and can coordinate burial service.As I was waking out she offered her condolences and looked upset which signified to me Dr. Caron truly loved her job and cared about the animals on a personal level.A week or so after Oscar passed I received a letter in the mail from the vet service. It was a condolence card with Oscar's paw print. That little gesture was extremely sweet and meant a lot to me.Thank you for your exceptional service and generous staff. Read Less
