Thought we had found our vet. First appointment went great. Scheduled a dental cleaning three weeks out. The afternoon prior to the cleaning I get a call saying they are needing to reschedule because before my pet can have her cleaning they need some blood work done. We had an appointment but we still waited over an hour to get seen. Once we asked if we were going to be seen anytime soon it only took 15 mins to do the vaccines, clip nails and pay our bill. Awesome care here! I called with a skin problem with my rescue and they fit me in the next day. Fast, friendly, and excellent care. I always take my dogs to them! They've always been so wonderful to my pups, the vets and vet techs are always so friendly and nice. I get such a good vibe from the atmosphere in there. The staff was so kind and helpful! They took my dog from me as soon as I entered the building so I had my hands available to help with my two kids. They also had snacks available which helped keep my kids happy during my dog's exam. They had a TV in the room on silent but it was enough to keep my kids occupied with the cartoons.The vet and the vet tech we're very willing to answer any and all of my questions. They did not put any products on me which I was very grateful for. My dog even left with a goodie bag is some good dog treats, and a new toy. Read Less

I absolutely love the staff here. Always see my pup on a short notice and embrace her as if it's their dog. If something's going on with her they let me know and also give me an estimate of how much it will cost. Dr Mitchell is my favorite but have enjoyed all of the Drs and Vet Techs!! Highly recommend. We were on the road in our Motor home & staying at a nearby RV park. On 4/2/17, a Sunday morning, of course, one of our cats had not been eating or acting normal for a few days. I called & within minutes a tech returned the call, sorry didn't get her name. Since we didn't have a car, a second call was necessary at what time to meet. The tech and Dr. Hopkins were there within minutes. They took all information, explained things, and gave us options. Both were very caring and gentle. My cat was very at ease & comfortable with them. We opted for the blood tests and x-rays. The results were explained to us in great detail, with any concerns they may have. We were there for 1 1/2 hrs. but they were very efficient and thorough, it just took that long. The treatment she received put her on the road to recovery (probably a little stress after being away from home for 3 weeks). As a result of the treatment she received, it wasn't necessary to see our regular vet here. They sent all blood work results and x-rays to our vet here. Our vet was impressed with the details and thoroughness of the notes and paperwork. Yes, it cost a little, but we did opt for a full workup, it was a Sunday morning and our furchild was in distress. I love Tiny Town Animal Clinic. I love the staff, I love the environment, I love the random cats and dogs there, and I love how they treat each of their fur clients. I've been taking my baby fur boy to this vet since he was just 7 weeks old and he is almost two years old now. There's one girl in particular, I think her name was Rachel, but she is so wonderful! She has been with Manning since he first stepped paw in the clinic and is always so delighted to see him. It truly does make a difference and makes you feel at home when the girls there remember your pet and their personality. Not only are the staff awesome, but Manning is always well taken care of there and he comes out of each bath each month smelling so good and without any over clipped nails. We are new to town & finding a vet can be so difficult. These people were amazing. They were all very thorough and sweet to my dogs. They explained every charge before doing anything and really were very affordable. We took 2 young dogs for immunizations, exams, a decal exam, and tested for heart worms. We walked away with a "new puppy pack" free, an actual binder for all of their information and heart worm medication for our 1 1/2 year old dog. All of that and it was like $240!!! Updated review....my wife decided to give them another chance for our cats and they called me a few minutes ago and pretty much said we are refusing service till you remove your review. This is crazy and does not help them one bit. How are you going to try and impose your will about an honest review. I said nothing out of line. But now your customer service is horrible. Do not use this people! Go else where! Bad business practices and it will catch up with them. Old review! The staff here is always so nice and amazing. The issue is the price for everything. They will shake every single nickle they can out of you. My dog needed to get sprayed and actually cost I was quoted was not bad. What they don't tell you is when you get there that is the basic cost. Then you have to pay for Fluids and an IV during the surgery. You then have to pay for this and that. In the end it ended up costing me over 200 dollars to have this done. I will go somewhere else because the people are always so nice and pleasant but the price is crazy and I will not pay that much. I was informed of everything that was going on with my dogs and I got a break down of my bill so I knew what I was paying for! Our pets have been patients here for years. We pc'd and came back to the area and brought our pets back to them! Dr. Amy is an amazing person who truly cares about the animal and the pet parent. We lost our dog a couple years ago to a heart condition. She personally called me to offer her condolences. We currently have a dog that needs a leg brace and she is doing everything she can to help us get him one. All things that she doesn't have to do! The staff is alway nice and friendly. I should have written this review awhile ago. I have been going to the clinic for 7 years. The staff is stellar(even teasing my husband for the name he put my poor Boston under), and amazingly kind and wonderful. I have used them as a kenneling and grooming service, and they recognize my pets, which impresses me. The icing on the cake though is the last year and a half, we found Dr. Mac (Dr. Amy). I have (had) 6 elderly pets. She has been instrumental in keeping them healthy, and she was amazing when we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our 12 year old Goldie. When we decided to buy a puppy to fit into our menagerie, she talked on the phone with me to reassure me I was making an good decision and spent a great amount of time getting to know our new puppy, which was a Saint Bernard. I feel as she and the staff have become extensions of my family. You couldn't ask for a better clinic, and our family could not have found a better Vet!Read Less

My husband and I took our puppy to Tiny Town Animal Clinic for a couple of reasons, it was a short drive from our house and the ratings were overall good. Today, after five months of taking our puppy here, we decided to switch vets due to our puppy not getting better, the disorganization up front, the two vets we saw were not on the same page, and employees having different answers for the care of our puppy. Within two hours of switching, our new vet was able to diagnose and treat our puppy, what a relief! Jessica, one of the workers there called me today and apologized after I explained the justifiable frustrations and that a simple in house blood test could have detected what was making our puppy sick sooner. Although we will not be coming back, we are thankful for all of the work Tiny Town Animal Clinic did do right. Read Less

Lilly's Heroes- The staff at Tiny Town Animal Clinic are Lilly's heroes. Lilly was attacked by two dogs 5 days ago. I brought her to the clinic and the staff were so caring and loving to Lilly. They got her all fixed up and taken care of. They have her come in for check ups just to see how her healing is progressing. They are always so happy to see her and she is happy to see them. Had such a great experience taking my scared 9year old cockapoo. They took me in a room right away (maybe bc they saw I had an active 1 year old who didn't want to be in a stroller , thanks anyways bc it helped me not be so stressed!!!) The ladies were so sweet and gentle with my doggy. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and the Vet was great!!!! I will be using them for my doggy needs. My experience.... If you choose this place for your fur baby I hope it goes differently. I made my Yelp just to review! I recently adopted a new dog and got recommended to come here. Not my cup of tea I'll say. First call came to ask if I wanted the adoption package if not I still owed them six dollars after the shelter vouchers like this girl was adamant to get those six so I chose the package it seemed great for a new dog. No expense is a problem for piece of mind with research if needed. I was told in the adoption package a bath was included. Needless to say I went home I noticed my dog had critters crawling on him. Very upset when I called to ask about it, I was immediately asked who told me that! Like it was not very likely I was being truthful. Needless to say problem fixed dog was bathed and returned after 6 hrs!! But sorry when a dog is adopted if you're going to ask me if I want him to be bathed after I call to complain something is wrong. That should've been asked before you neuter or spay any shelter animal. I give one star based on the lovely receptionist that dealt with me the first time. As for the other ladies I will say I shouldn't be able to hear you talk about me or any other client which I heard the two times I first walked in. That made me upset and I kept several comments to give you after that to myself! SERIOUSLY STOP TALKING BAD ABOUT CLIENTS WHEN OTHERS ARE AROUND ACTUALLY STOP PERIOD!!Overpriced, unprofessional manners, speaking about clients, poor communication, one great receptionist!Oh and I asked what were the percentages for dogs found with heart worms in the area since you were so adamant to make me take the medication. No worries I found a vet with staff that had the answer and proof for my answer not just hearsay. Don't worry my dog is treated by professionals who have the answers and stats on hand. It's very obvious that these people really love and know our dog, as sometimes it's either me or my BF who brings him. Adopted my dog from the animal shelter and went to have her spayed at tiny town because of the coupon.  She is nauseated diarrhea and hunched in pain now and I am so disappointed  :-(  when I called to let them know  - they wanted to parvo test her which is ridiculous - she has been out of the shelter for a month and is completely vaccinated. I am so sad my baby is suffering and they only want to pass the buck.  I have seen so many bad reviews that of been pushed under the table on this clinic and everybody should be aware they are not really up to par. Very knowledgeable staff and doctors here and very clean facility. They do show that they really care about the pets that are brought in here.My only complaint is how pricey they can be, but I guess that's the price you pay for peace of mind for your pets. I just took my dog there today (6/25/15) and for just an exam, it was $39 which I thought was a bit pricey. But again, the price you pay for peace of mind. Read Less

A stray kitty came to our door. She had on a rubber type collar--NOT a breakaway collar for cats. She had one leg through the collar, the other part around her neck. Could barely walk, starving, terrible wound under her front leg where the collar had cut into her skin and was infected. Then to top it off she lost a litter of 6 tiny kittens that were nowhere near term. I called another animal hospital in Oak Grove, as it was a Saturday they said they were overbooked and could in no way see her. And I told them I would be paying for whatever care she needed. So we found this one online. They told us it might be a long wait, but if we came in they would see her. We might have waited 20 minutes. They brought her in and were so gentle and careful with her. The staff was WONDERFUL from the receptionist to the assistants to the veterinarian. I have never seen people so right for the jobs they were doing. You can tell everyone there is an animal lover. They boarded her at their other clinic in Clarksville, called me every day to let me know how she was doing. Today she comes "home" to her forever home. If it hadn't been for this clinic I don't think she would have made it through. I highly, highly recommend them. Read Less

This was the worst vet I have been too had to wait 30 to 45 minutes the two times I went, they left my cat in its carrier and wouldnt let me get him out in the room, he had a uti and all they studied was doing surgery, I did take him elsewhere and guess what with the PROPER antibotics he was treated and the uti was gone. I will NEVER use this vet again nor will I recommend them to anyone, and each time there was more then one vet there. My new vet has 4 vets all great with my cat he loves them to death and I wont use anyone else. Read Less

Well my situation was different. I was watching a male poodle (full blood, not miniature) for a friend and i was told he was neutered. well he wasnt & he got my min pin pregnant. She was 10 and too old and little to pass them. she went into labor Wendsday night and i took her in thusday morning, they did an exam and said take her home & she should have them in 24 hrs i asked to keep her there, I would pay whatever i didnt want her all alone when i was at work, they DIDNT keep her. she had one friday afternoon (born dead) and it was MUCH larger than any one puppy of her litter 6 yrs ago. She wasnt breathing hard anymore & seemed relieved from pain. saturday afternoon i was walking through the livingroom when i noticed she couldnt walk right she was taking steps and laying down repetedly, i got her in a kennel and came back with the keys, it was too late. I am not sure if they could've done anything only good thing is she wasnt alone. I am not a vet & i've never studied pet health so they may have handled this according to textbook. We had a serious concern with our dog, from my initial phone call to the same day appointment they were able to provide me with, I haven't experienced such exceptionally friendly staff in a very long time. They treated us (myself, the dog and my children who came along) with kindness and care, even when my toddler was misbehaving. I was so embarrassed when my dog urinated in their wonderfully clean lobby, but they reassured me it was ok and cleaned it up immediately. Refusing to let me help. Wonderful veterinarian, Dr. Burchette. Small and new practice which allows she and her technicians to get to know your animals individually. Caring and sweet people. I am so lucky to have found them. Every time I come in they act as though my dog is thier favorite client. I actually take all 3 of my giant breed dogs there for even prevantive care such as Vaccines, Flea and tick meds, and HWP instead of going on post even though it would be cheaper simply because the high quality service and experience you get is worth it.
