Saved my baby girl. They were quick to act when she came in lethargic and bleeding from the bowels. Treated her and had us come back the next morning for a free recheck. They were up front about all the charges prior to any treatment so I knew what I was getting into. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and seem to love what they are doing. I walked in and within the first 2 minutes I was there, my extremely sick kitten was already in a room being looked at and everything. They were very prompt, very professional. The staff was so so so helpful and they were all extremely sweet people. The actual vet herself was a very sweet woman who was noticeably passionate about animals. Extremely trust worthy people. I was very nervous about boarding my cat for the first time however Animal Medical did a wonderful job! They were so sweet and didn't mind at all when I called to check on her! They have done a great job so far but I would have given them five stars if she had spared me the lecture about biting. Its hard to keep a sick dog from nipping at you because he is in pain. I teach all my dogs not to bite, but just like people hurt animals are unpredictable. She should know that. No one wants to be lectured when their fur baby is hurt. FYI he has never actually bitten anyone he just snaps his teeth in your direction if you are hurting him to warn you off. Read Less

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my fur baby. She had to have 3 teeth pulled and couple other procedures. I was very nervous and upset but knew it was absolutely necessary. They were extremely comforting,promised to call me during to let me know how she's doing,explained in detail what they had to do and very kind/understanding of my concerns..A couple of my friends take their babies here too. Last week we had to put our cat of 17 years to sleep. They advised us patiently not pressuring us into any decision. They left the decision completely up to us. We were able to tell our cat good-bye and we were able to wait until all our family members were there to see our cat one last time. Very caring! Very concerned! Outstanding! The vets there are wonderful and really take the time to get to know your pet as well as the pet owner. They listen. The front office staff are dedicated (you know who you are!) and always willing to go the extra mile to help and answer questions. They were friendly when I initially went there with my little kitty in 2003, but since then I have discovered that they provided awful care. My cat was de-clawed and Neutered and both were done badly. He had massive urinary tract issues due to a poorly done Neuter. Then he started getting weird patches on his feet a few years ago and after an x-ray at his new, much better, vet, they discovered that they had chipped the bones in his toes when they declawed him, and LEFT SHARDS OF BONE in his little feet, which were working their way to the surface painfully. These are routine procedures, there is no need to do it so badly. This "Vet" cost us a lot of money and a lot of pain for our poor kitty. I recommend you look elsewhere for pet care. Read Less
