Just would like to say THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY DOG! My name is Linda Trotter, and I run a horse farm. I have a jack Russel named Toto. I was in a hay loft about 15 ft in the air, and looked to see where little toto was, and it was clear to throw a bay of hay down..(I THOUGHT) At that very moment, Toto decides to walk under it, and got a direct hit,from a 60 pound bale of hay. I came down and got Toto and he was trouble. Toto is 14 years old, and off to the Bradley county Vet hospital. Toto was dying in my arms.. I rushed him in , and Doctor Hamilton , who was in surgery, and rushed in to help him get stabilized enough to finish his task at hand. Toto, was in shock and Dr Hamilton started IV and pain meds,to help Toto..and Toto started to get his vital signs back right then. He got xrays to make sure of his internal inguries, and found where someone had shot him before with a beebee gun? Dr Hamilton determined no broken bones. Whew thank God for this facilty. They were there, Bradley vet even called to check on Totos progress, and it was s truly a blessing knowing Toto would have died if it weren't for the utmost care of Bradley Vert services. Today was my first visit and I could not be more pleased with my experience! The ladies at check in were very friendly and told me more than once they were sorry I was having to wait. I was being worked into their busy schedule so I was just appreciative of being seen! This is a very bad vet. I highly doubt the doctors have any real degrees. I took my precious kitty to them and they told me he had an ear infection. After taking him 4 times and getting a shot, he was still sick. So I took him to a different vet and they said the ear was not infected and could possibly be cancer. If I had continued taking him to the Bancroft family, chances are, he would have died. If you love your pet, stay away from this place.Read Less

Dr. Bancroft (all 3 of them) and associates have cared for my horses/donkey/mule for years and they have been great! Always come in emergencies with a great fund of knowledge and compassion. This animal hospital/vet is the absolute best I have encountered. We were new to the Cleveland area when my chihuahua, Bentley, contracted Parvo. Not knowing what it was at the time, I called the office and they were able to see him same day. Within 10 minutes of arriving, they already examined and Parvo tested my little guy. The doctor was so helpful, letting us know exactly what needed to be done. He even gave us an estimate of what charges we were to expect. Bentley was there for 5 days being treated and Dr. Bancroft himself called me every single day to update me on his status. I have never even met a human doctor who takes that much care of a patient. i would recommend them for any vet needs you have in Cleveland.
