I would never take my fur babies to anyone else. He has always made time and was able to fit us in when needed. He has operated on my chihuahua twice for cancer. Dr Sanders has given us valuable years...
I would never take my fur babies to anyone else. He has always made time and was able to fit us in when needed. He has operated on my chihuahua twice for cancer. Dr Sanders has given us valuable years with her. I trust him completely.

I took two puppy's in that was very sick told them the one need to be taken back right away that was barely breathing they refused wasted time on me filling out paper work and had to wait on vet then ...
I took two puppy's in that was very sick told them the one need to be taken back right away that was barely breathing they refused wasted time on me filling out paper work and had to wait on vet then when got into room had to wait longer then vet came in i told him work on her first he grabbed her by neck in a choke way violently put on table tossed her around. We had to catch her from falling off table and put hands around her head to stop the vet from causecauseeing head ingery. Then he tossed her back into the kennel and grabbed the other pup from me and said the first one most likely wasn't going to make it and second one had a slight chance then took the kennel back set on floor and left the puppy sitting there for hours took other put in a kennel took two hours before they started IV on him and I called to check on them almost four hours later to find out that they still had done nothing with first puppy .said to me ill get to it when,I have five minutes to start a IV r u kidding me that is the worst people and worst vet in the world and I'm reporting him and his practice. And if it dies cause they neglected her and refused to do their job ill do all I can to have them shut down and make sure he can never touch a animal again let alone. Work with them

The place is dirty, the vet and the staff are rude. Treated my dog like he was a piece of furniture and had a little to say. Recommend avoiding!

not your normal set up with a nice office or very great bed side manner. BUT a very good Dr. went one time and he helped both my dogs with out it costing a arm and leg. I will be going here for now ...

Dr. Sanders may not be the most talkative person- but when it comes to your 'fur baby' - he is the 'Dr. House' of the animal world,& when we adopted our Boxer, we didn't even think of Any other Vet. Not only does he care about your little companion, they have reasonable prices.

You will not find cushy chairs and decor tailored to your comfort and Dr. Sanders isn't particularly chatty but he is an EXCELLENT vet, thorough and professional. My family has been bringing our pets here since we moved to Cleveland in the early nineties and I wouldn't see anyone else. He has cared for our family pets when they're sick, put them down when they're old, even saved a life. I'd recommend to anyone and everyone that wants the best care for their furry family

Dr Sanders and staff go out of their way to take the best care possible of your furry friend. My entire extended family uses his services. As you walk in, you will have the choice of going to the cat waiting room on the right or the dog waiting room on the left. In my opinion, this system is ideal. If one of my animals is going for a check up, shots, or etc I do not want them to be unnecessarily stressed. The separate waiting rooms is much appreciated.

Every now and then I find lost dogs and contact the local animal hospitals in order to track down the owners. In this pursuit, most of the area hospitals have the technology and personality to accommodate my sometimes simple phone calls. Keith Street Animal Hospital, while possibly fully capable of searching their database, cannot conduct a search without the Rabies tag. Additionally their vocal transactions are oftentimes short and lack care. While I am a pet owner myself, I can understand how the neglect of receptionist quality/training does not advertise well for the business. The doctors at KSAC may be amazing and highly talented, but some people might not be able to get over the initial phone call. The only reason I am posting this is to improve the system at KSAC, hopefully they can be as helpful as ALL the other local vets have been.

You will not find cushy chairs and decor tailored to your comfort and Dr. Sanders isn't particularly chatty but he is an EXCELLENT vet, thorough and professional. My family has been bringing our pets here since we moved to Cleveland in the early nineties and I wouldn't see anyone else. He has cared for our family pets when they're sick, put them down when they're old, even saved a life. I'd recommend to anyone and everyone that wants the best care for their furry family
