I will never use Anderson County again! I took my elderly cat to them because she was acting strange. She was staying in the same place and was having trouble controlling her bladder. I figured I was going to have to put her down so I told them that when I placed the appointment. When I got to the vet a nurse told me to just take her to the back and they would start the euthanasia process. I replied shouldn't someone examine her first and all she said was I guess. The doctor examined her and stated she may have a urinary tract infection and they could keep her through the day to take a urine sample to test. The test came back normal so the vet concluded that it was all behavioral and the cat was just upset about something. I took her to another vet for a second opinion and they determined that not only did she have cancer but she was also in severe pain. The second vet said they had no idea how someone with a veterinary license could ever determine that her symptoms were just behavioral. I am extremely upset! Read Less

These include bladder stone removal, urethral stone removal, and seroma/lipoma removal. Great at first! then they send my dog home with no antibiotics. Said they gave him a shot for it. After half of his foot was cut off. No pain meds NOTHING. I met Dr. Will for the first time a few years ago when my Shelti, Levi desperately needed a blood transfusion. He immediately ran home from his office and brought back his own dog to donate blood for mine. Even though Dr. will had done everything possible for my baby, Levi passed away. I truly believe with all my heart that Dr. Will was about as broken hearted as I was. In over 40 years of taking my pets to many different vets, I have never met a more compassionate, honest or caring vet as Dr. Will. Every time I have ever brought any of my pets in for a visit the entire staff has been so helpful and kind, unlike a lot of vets I have been too. Dr. Will and his staff are a truly devoted Vet group that can always be trusted. The 40 minute drive to his office is well worth the care I know that my babies will get. Dr. Will Roberts saved my dogs life. After weeks of incorrect treatment at another veterinarian's office, my dog was suffering from a serious, life threatening infection, from which blindness was imminent and probable. Not only did Dr. Roberts correctly diagnose and treat my dog, within a week my dog has fully recovered and back to her happy, playful self. This vet hospital is amazing. They have done major surgery on 2 of my dogs. They' ve treated my pets like children. Sadly I have also had 2 dogs that have passed away. 1 with a chronic illness who had to be put down and 1 that died suddenly. The staff cried along with my family as if it were their pet too. They have treated my 4 dogs better than I have been treated by "people" doctors. I cannot say enough about them. They are truly 1 of a kind! Read Less
