They are great! We bought a conure about a month ago and took him for a checkup. Everybody was so friendly and compassionate. Dr McGhee was awesome! He had a printed off a ton of info for us to look read at home. Plus he spent almost an hour telling us all about our new baby. I have used this vet and boarding facility on numerous occasions but after this last five day stay in their kennel, I will not use them again. When I picked up my dog I was told that she did great but the fact is she was returned to me with a large skin lesion on her front leg, bad enough to be bleeding  and two smaller ones in other areas. I understand that things happen but the fact that she was groomed the day I picked her up and no one informed me of the situation is unacceptable. I immediately went back to have her checked and report this to the vet and owner. They appeared as surprised as I was and were willing to treat her free of charge but the fact that this was handled in such an irresponsible manner proves to me that I don't want them taking care of my dog who is a member of my family. Collierville Animal Clinic has always given me and my dog excellent service in the 10 years that we have been going there. It is quite a drive for me to get there, but I gladly pass 3 or 4 vets on the way there. All of the doctors will go above and beyond to help your pet. Had dogs vaccinations done since I have him groomed there. Doctor never called me that day. Didn't talk to me on pickup. I called the next day and doctor on vacation til the following week. They don't do heartworm shot. And won't sell individual heartworm prevention pills unless a box is open??? If you have a puppy that is still growing you wouldn't purchase 6 months of the wrong size. Will definitely NOT be going back here. Too many other vets in Collierville to choose from. Read Less

A perfect review score does little to reflect how grateful we are for Dr.McGee. He's spent many hours over the last ten years caring for our flock of five parrots. This week brought a close call for the alpha. Dr. McGee went above and beyond to not only expertly care our African grey, but kept us from losing it. Everybody was really nice and seemed knowledgeable about birds. Dr. McGee was really kind to my birds. He let them stay at the clinic so I would be able to go eat since I had a long drive which I thought was above and beyond and if I have any question or my bird doesn't get better just call he's there to help. I moved  to Memphis only a few months ago and one of the things I worried about most was finding a new vet for my aging dog.  Back home we were lucky to have the best of the best in the country right in our back yard.  I went to Collierville Animal Clinic after I received a "free visit" welcome card from them in the mail.  What a happy accident!  So far I've worked with Dr. Burch, Dr. Horn and Dr. Kingsley (told you my dog is aging!) and they have all gone above and beyond to help with her ailments.  They personally call to to follow up on how your pet is feeling, you can tell they genuinely care when they handle your pet, and maybe best of all, they notice and appreciate your pet's characteristics and mannerisms with humor and warmth.  At this point, my dog and I have worked mostly with Dr. Kingsley and even if I lived on the opposite side of Memphis, I'd drive the whole way just to continue this working relationship.  The other doctors here fabulous, too, though.  Sold!
