We love The Pet Hospitals Collierville! We recently moved to the area and had them highly recommended to us. They’ve seen both our dogs for their yearly check ups.
We had to take one of our dogs in for a nasty bug bite on a Saturday. The staff was so pleasant and even though he was in pain, they made my dog feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Newton was friendly, informative and knew what to do right away. We also love that they have their own pharmacy! We will be going to them for all of pets needs from here on out!

I was hesitant to find a new vet for my 4 senior dogs, but I finally had to suck it up and make appointments for them and I'm so glad I did. We saw Dr. Mangum and she is wonderful. She is thorough, quick, and there is never pressure for additional tests or services like other vets I've been to.
I love the online scheduling and having the Collierville location open 7 days a week is so convenient!
The staff is always friendly and helpful, the waiting room is huge and spotless, and the convenience of the boarding and grooming facility next door is unbeatable.

This was my first visit to Pet Hospitals and I must say what a pleasant experience. Very friendly and helpful and my girl was calm around the employees while they examined her. I also think it is such an incredible giving back that your first exam is free with shelter adoption papers - bless you for that! It amazes me how my pets receive better care, compassion and concern than I do in healthcare these days.

Which the Dr there stated it was kennel cough. So, please don't try to cover up what actually happened or brush it off. This business is really great about doing that.
The first and only time I would board my dog here. My dog caught kennel cough after staying here. My dog NEVER had kennel cough before. The Dr on the follow up never apologized, just shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh well, it happens".

I wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else! Dr. Mangum has cared for all 3 of my border collies for over 10 years. When our oldest pup got sick last year with a rare form of cancer; she took time to research the best treatment, always listened to her changing symptoms and when the time came sat with me and cried. She treated our "middle child" for a hurt shoulder this past week (I have received 2 follow up calls from the office already to check in on her) and is wonderful at caring for and giving expert advice for our newest addition. Facility is clean and modern, all employees go out of their way to be helpful, and the doctors are the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Raelyn Pirtle at the Poplar & Massey location. She has been a God send to us and our fur babies, Brutus and Pebbles. We were with the same vet for many, many years so making the decision to change was very difficult. One of the first things we had to do with Dr. Pirtle was put one of our beloved dogs to sleep. She was so wonderful and accommodating in a very emotional time. The staff at the clinic is always so friendly. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

I have been going to The Pet Hospitals - Collierville, since 2006, with my American Bulldog, Newman, and my two Cane Corsos - Rocco and Nocciolina. Our Veteranarian is Dr. Madison, who is absolutely phenomenal. He is super personable, gentle with my dogs, extremely thorough and caring about their medical well being and health. In addition, the wonderful staff always greets us with a smile and open arms. About two years ago, a litter of kittens showed up on our doorstep and adopted us. We were lucky to find The Pet Hospitals in the process. Dr. Newton and the entire team have always been great with our crew, helping with everything from the normal shots to minor bugs and injuries along the way. We needed a place to board our dogs while in town for a memorial service and this place had the best recommendations and hours I could find. I have an elderly chihuahua with special needs and a rescue lab mix puppy. I dropped them off on a Friday afternoon and was able to pick them up late Sunday morning without any problems. Through out the years we have been to many Vets and almost the worst! She demonstrated little interest in what we said was wrong with our pet and insisted that it would be best to go through a long draw out process of elimination. As far as I am concerned making money is their only motivation!

We take our three dogs here for annual shots and when they are sick or have issues. Everyone here is very friendly - the front desk people, the vet staff, and the doctors. We usually see Dr. Bart Madison, but we've also seen the other doctors and they've all been good to our dogs. Dr. Madison has also seen two of our dogs when they were very sick and immediately referred them to specialist veterinarians who had more resources to handle the issues faster. Even after our dogs were referred to the specialist vet hospital, Dr. Madison would call the specialist vet hospital for updates and sometimes called us to see what the progress was when the dog were finally home. I honestly couldn't ask for a better vet to take care of our pets.

We love The Pet Hospitals Collierville! We recently moved to the area and had them highly recommended to us. They’ve seen both our dogs for their yearly check ups.
We had to take one of our dogs in for a nasty bug bite on a Saturday. The staff was so pleasant and even though he was in pain, they made my dog feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Newton was friendly, informative and knew what to do right away. We also love that they have their own pharmacy! We will be going to them for all of pets needs from here on out!

I was hesitant to find a new vet for my 4 senior dogs, but I finally had to suck it up and make appointments for them and I'm so glad I did. We saw Dr. Mangum and she is wonderful. She is thorough, quick, and there is never pressure for additional tests or services like other vets I've been to.
I love the online scheduling and having the Collierville location open 7 days a week is so convenient!
The staff is always friendly and helpful, the waiting room is huge and spotless, and the convenience of the boarding and grooming facility next door is unbeatable.

Which the Dr there stated it was kennel cough. So, please don't try to cover up what actually happened or brush it off. This business is really great about doing that.
The first and only time I would board my dog here. My dog caught kennel cough after staying here. My dog NEVER had kennel cough before. The Dr on the follow up never apologized, just shrugged her shoulders and said "Oh well, it happens".

I wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else! Dr. Mangum has cared for all 3 of my border collies for over 10 years. When our oldest pup got sick last year with a rare form of cancer; she took time to research the best treatment, always listened to her changing symptoms and when the time came sat with me and cried. She treated our "middle child" for a hurt shoulder this past week (I have received 2 follow up calls from the office already to check in on her) and is wonderful at caring for and giving expert advice for our newest addition. Facility is clean and modern, all employees go out of their way to be helpful, and the doctors are the best!

We were with the same vet for many, many years so making the decision to change was very difficult. One of the first things we had to do with Dr. Pirtle was put one of our beloved dogs to sleep. The vets are all helpful and understanding whenever we have questions. I really feel like Eevee is in good hands whenever I bring her here. They also helped us set up insurance for her. Through out the years we have been to many Vets and almost the worst! She demonstrated little interest in what we said was wrong with our pet and insisted that it would be best to go through a long draw out process of elimination. As far as I am concerned making money is their only motivation!

We take our three dogs here for annual shots and when they are sick or have issues. Everyone here is very friendly - the front desk people, the vet staff, and the doctors. We usually see Dr. Bart Madison, but we've also seen the other doctors and they've all been good to our dogs. Dr. Madison has also seen two of our dogs when they were very sick and immediately referred them to specialist veterinarians who had more resources to handle the issues faster. Even after our dogs were referred to the specialist vet hospital, Dr. Madison would call the specialist vet hospital for updates and sometimes called us to see what the progress was when the dog were finally home. I honestly couldn't ask for a better vet to take care of our pets.
