Receptionist lied on the phone about getting a dog groomed. Says they "CANT" (micro chip) a German Shepherd... that's weird. I went to and called several other places and they said they have never heard such a thing. I heard they used to be great. Stay away. Too much drama in this place from what I hear. Just my opinion. I dropped my cat off at 1130 am on a Friday to have a urinalysis. I was expecting to pick him up that evening. Vet called before she attempted to obtain urine to ask questions, and told me I would pick him up that evening because Saturday was booked solid and they would not have time to worry with him. Got a phone call at 5:55 p.m. to tell me they would be keeping him overnight because they had been unable to obtain a urine sample because they did not have needle long enough to hit bladder (they close at 6 p.m. mind you). Left him over night and heard nothing from vet until about 11:50 a.m. Saturday (they close at 12:00 p.m.). Once again my cat had not urinated for them. Vet says they will keep him and someone will be in that evening to clean cages. If he urinates they will call vet and she will come in to check it. No phone call that evening. No phone call at all Sunday. Monday a.m. I call to get update on my cat. Of course the vet is busy but someone will call me back. 3:00 p.m. same day I call back to yet again be told that vet is busy and will call back. Finally someone calls back, but it's a tech who knows nothing except my cat peed finally AFTER GOING 3 DAYS WITHOUT URINATING. He peed after 10:00 a.m. on Monday. 72 HOURS HE WENT WITHOUT URINATING - MAYBE MORE DEPENDING WHEN HE WENT NIGHT BEFORE. Pick him up and does the vet come talk to me? Nope. I'm told meds will be given when results come back from lab the next day. No call next day. I call Wednesday and told there was no doctor in the day before so I will have to wait until one is in. Thursday no call. Friday I call and someone will call me back. No call. Saturday (8 days after he was first taken in for issue) I call AGAIN and EVERYONE IS BUSY, WILL CALL BACK. Finally at 12:05 p.m. (after they are closed) a vet calls and says urine was fine. YOU COULDN'T TELL ME THIS 5 DAYS AGO? Let me worry about my cat for a week. So today I get voicemail from vet to call back and discuss my cat's results. Thought I already did that but I call back anyways. Receptionist tells me there is no vet in clinic by the name that was left on my voice mail. I tell her I don't care who is there, someone called me 5 minutes ago so I know someone there knows about my cat. Put on hold for 10 minutes only to be told SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. This is the most incompetent vet I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Read Less

Very inconsiderate people. We have done business with them for over 12 years and then our dog passed away and we notified them of this. They said they would make note of it, but instead, they kept sending us notifications to get our dog's semi annual shots. It's bad enough that our baby died, but they keep bringing that pain back with these notifications. Don't do business with these people, go to another vet, there are many more in the area and I'm sure they will treat your baby better than this place. Read Less

We love Dr. Myers and the staff. Our family pet, Boo loved them too. They were most helpful during Boo's transitioning. She developed Cancer and they were most understanding and sympathetic. Boo meant a lot to us and we wanted the best for her. She lived to be 14 years old. This is a good place if you love your family member. Read Less

Absolutely the Best vet/animal hospital in Tennessee!!!! If I lived 100 miles away, I'd make the trip just because I know how well they will/would take care of my animal(s). this is my second vet i have gone to and i love it here! the Dr is excellent and the staff is very friendly. the last visit was to get records so my dog can go to Hawaii and they were efficient and helpful in getting the documentation needed (my vet in Florida wont give me the documentation needed at all). i will recommend this place to anyone for their pet! I have been using Berryhill's service for almost 2 years now. Nothing even compairs to this place. The Staff are super friendly, full of smiles and joy. You can tell that they are ALL animal lovers. My Puppy comes out happy and full of energy. The place is clean and tidy. The Vets are wonderfull and full of info. I boarded my dogs at Berryhill for the first time over Spring Break. The receptionists were all very kind and reassuring as we have never boarded our pets before. We were allowed to go back into the kennels and help get our dogs settled in. To us, this shows they have nothing to hide. They are proud of the facility. The doctor even took a moment to say hello. This clinic is so nice. I found them on the web and went in for a kennel tour. Everyone there is so friendly. The two little receptionists Gayle and the little short one (Laura or Lori) were some of the nicest people I've ever met. Everyone truly loves animals here and I am at ease knowing my pets stay there. There is a nice doctor there too. This place is VERY big, they have it all. I'll send my friends. This is the only boarding facility that offered to show me the units without my having to ask...and it is clear why. Each unit has both an inside and outside portion connected by a small door. Very nice. The staff are friendly and good with animals. Even my anti-social Pomeranian is good with them. Read Less

I boarded my dog for a week and was impressed with the facility, the staff and the doctors. My dog was very healthy and happy upon my arrival. Check in and out was streamlined. My dog received shots and a bath while there. The doctors are very caring and took time to answer all my questions. The entire staff loves animals.
