Prices are a bit high if you need anything other than routine care, which isn't cheap anywhere . If the location works for you it's a good choice.I have since been informed the location is family owned again, yay!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Raelyn Pirtle at the Poplar & Massey location. She has been a God send to us and our fur babies, Brutus and Pebbles. We were with the same vet for many, many years so making the decision to change was very difficult. One of the first things we had to do with Dr. Pirtle was put one of our beloved dogs to sleep. She was so wonderful and accommodating in a very emotional time. The staff at the clinic is always so friendly. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

I have been going to The Pet Hospitals - Collierville, since 2006, with my American Bulldog, Newman, and my two Cane Corsos - Rocco and Nocciolina. Our Veteranarian is Dr. Madison, who is absolutely phenomenal. He is super personable, gentle with my dogs, extremely thorough and caring about their medical well being and health. In addition, the wonderful staff always greets us with a smile and open arms. I have been using the Pet Hospitals for about 15 years. I started out at the Collierville location and then when I moved to Cordova I began using the location on Stage rd. About 5 years ago my dog Cocoa began suffering from severe arthritis. I brought her to the Pet Hospital and met Dr. Munn. Dr. Munn recommended Addequin. The Addequin was a life saver. It gave me 4 more years with her. Since then Cocoa has passed away, but she got such excellent care that I began bringing my new puppy to the Houston Levee branch when Dr. Munn started there. I have had some wonderful experiences and I am so grateful to them for taking such good care of my babies!

Get a call from them asking for my social security number and Drivers Liscense in case we write a check and it is bad or credit card doesn't go through so they can send it to collection if either happen. Even if you pay with cash they want your numbers. I've never been asked to giver either number from any of the groomers we've used. I wanted to spend my money in the area I live in instead of driving across town but we will do that before I give my personal information out for grooming that will be under $120.00. I even told the lady that we were paying cash for the service she keep insisting for my Driver Liscense #.

We got new kittens from the Humane Society and the first year's visits / tests (aside from the fecal) / spay or neuter were all free. The doctor and staff explained that rescue animals also receive 6 weeks free pet insurance and a year of monitoring by microchip. There is an online site where you can view your pets' medical records.We took the kittens in for their first health screening the day after they came home. Everyone was very kind and very excited that we were able to rescue two brothers together.The doctor gave us recommendations for food and possible behavior issues (biting, scratching).The office has been recently renovated, so it looks sleek, clean and organized.All in all, it was a good experience for both new and veteran cat/kitten owners.*** update ***If you need records for boarding/grooming etc... get a copy to keep because they will not release them when requested by outside entities. I guess we didn't realize that cats have the right of privacy, but I guess they do.

I loved the doctor here before it went corporate. Not that the last Vet we had was bad just like to have the same person looking after the four legged friends. Prices are a bit high if you need anything other than routine care, which isn't cheap anywhere . If the location works for you it's a good choice.I have since been informed the location is family owned again, yay!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Raelyn Pirtle at the Poplar & Massey location. She has been a God send to us and our fur babies, Brutus and Pebbles. We were with the same vet for many, many years so making the decision to change was very difficult. One of the first things we had to do with Dr. Pirtle was put one of our beloved dogs to sleep. She was so wonderful and accommodating in a very emotional time. The staff at the clinic is always so friendly. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

I have been going to The Pet Hospitals - Collierville, since 2006, with my American Bulldog, Newman, and my two Cane Corsos - Rocco and Nocciolina. Our Veteranarian is Dr. Madison, who is absolutely phenomenal. He is super personable, gentle with my dogs, extremely thorough and caring about their medical well being and health. In addition, the wonderful staff always greets us with a smile and open arms. My pets never fear coming to the Vet or seeing the friendly, sweet, knowledgeable ladies that greet them each time they visit. Thank you for your continued great care and services! I have been using the Pet Hospitals for about 15 years. I started out at the Collierville location and then when I moved to Cordova I began using the location on Stage rd. About 5 years ago my dog Cocoa began suffering from severe arthritis. I brought her to the Pet Hospital and met Dr. Munn. Dr. Munn recommended Addequin. The Addequin was a life saver. It gave me 4 more years with her. Since then Cocoa has passed away, but she got such excellent care that I began bringing my new puppy to the Houston Levee branch when Dr. Munn started there. I have had some wonderful experiences and I am so grateful to them for taking such good care of my babies!

I had my husband to drop my two puppies off with their shot record for grooming. Get a call from them asking for my social security number and Drivers Liscense in case we write a check and it is bad or credit card doesn't go through so they can send it to collection if either happen. Even if you pay with cash they want your numbers. I've never been asked to giver either number from any of the groomers we've used. I wanted to spend my money in the area I live in instead of driving across town but we will do that before I give my personal information out for grooming that will be under $120.00. I even told the lady that we were paying cash for the service she keep insisting for my Driver Liscense #.

Every staff member is extremely helpful and kind as well as going above and beyond what is typically expected at a Veterinarian Clinic. We got new kittens from the Humane Society and the first year's visits / tests (aside from the fecal) / spay or neuter were all free. The doctor and staff explained that rescue animals also receive 6 weeks free pet insurance and a year of monitoring by microchip. There is an online site where you can view your pets' medical records.We took the kittens in for their first health screening the day after they came home. Everyone was very kind and very excited that we were able to rescue two brothers together.The doctor gave us recommendations for food and possible behavior issues (biting, scratching).The office has been recently renovated, so it looks sleek, clean and organized.All in all, it was a good experience for both new and veteran cat/kitten owners.*** update ***If you need records for boarding/grooming etc... get a copy to keep because they will not release them when requested by outside entities. I guess we didn't realize that cats have the right of privacy, but I guess they do.
