We have had excellent interactions, exceptional "beyond expectation" service, and wonderful compassionate care from Doc Woody, Dr. Daffin, and Dr. Havron. All the techs, front office staff, groomers and kennel staff are gentle, efficient, and very caring people who love animals. Our one wish: that they do exotics (parrots.!) Doc and staff are our third vet clinic for our dogs in our time here, too bad it took us a year to find the Animal Health Center. I've been going to this vet for more than twenty years. When I was a child Dr. Woody helped my parents find a dog who would be compatible with my sister's allergies. Since then, every animal I've lived with has been to the Animal Health Center, where the staff has been like an extended family. They've remembered every animal not only by name, but also his or her personality. In addition to caring for each pet like they would their own, the staff has always made time to sympathize with the human parts of the family through a pet's injury and passing. I used to take my dog to a vet clinic here in West Nashville, where we were very fortunate to find Dr. Givan. When she moved to the Animal Health Center in Franklin, so did I! I drive 45 minutes each way just so that my dogs can continue to receive the great care and support we've grown accustomed to. My eldest dog is 16 years old and Dr. Givan has helped to ensure that she continues to lead a healthy and happy life. And, she takes equally good care of me, answering all my questions and reassuring me that Nikki is still very healthy and enjoying life. After a bad experience as a puppy, Nikki has always been very skittish around vets, but she loves Dr. Givan and I know that Dr. Givan loves her.
