I'm brand new to TN, and my dog had an intestinal issue. He was sick, and I didn't know where to take him. I called Beauchamp and they were so nice and so helpful. They got us right in and kept my puppy for a few hours until they knew he was going to be alright. They gave me such peace of mind, the care and compassion was fabulous, and it was definitely within my budget. They even take CareCredit! Dr. Beauchamp and Dr. Bush have alway provided care beyond what one would expect. When my animals have been ill they care for them like their pets. We've brought our spoiled mini schnauzer here twice since moving to nashville this summer. Once for a checkup and vaccines and again recently for some tummy trouble. Both times Dr Bush and the staff were fantastic. My husband and I have a tendency to get a little paranoid about our baby and Dr Bush has been reassuring and calm about every concern we've had. He's kind with our boy and I can tell he feels less anxious about visiting the vet than he has in the past. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We usually don't have to wait for long to go back to a room or get checked out. The prices are reasonable especially with our discount program through Pet Assure. As long as we are in Nashville and have pets we will be bringing them here. So glad we found them on the first try! Read Less

I've been taking my pets to Charly since 1987 and our move to the area. We now live south of town and I still drive back. Why? Because they are the best! Charly woke up one Sat. night while my dog was there sick. He just knew he had to go to the office. When he got there my dog was having a seizure. He held her while she died. He was with me while I had to put another down and everyone there held me. The entire staff is wonderful, caring and friendly. Good people. Now, I see Adam a lot. He has done surgery on my pup. I think Dr Beauchamp is the best! I have for years since I came in with my first little pug so long ago. She was having some issues and he looked at me and said "we are going to get this little dog in shape and your really going to enjoy her". There are other vets closer but Doc B is worth the drive for me. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I love his simple remedies that don't cost me a fortune. Read Less

We ended up here because our regular vet was closed, and we ended up staying with them!  We've had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Beauchamp and Dr. Birdwell.  Both are great with our dog, Star, and I feel that they really care about her well being.  On our first visit, Star was in bad shape.  She had a massive staph infection that had us very concerned.  Dr. Beauchamp took great care of her, and got her back to some semblance of normalcy!  We received a phone call a couple of days after that first visit, and also a card from Dr. Beauchamp.  We are very happy & will continue to return for years to come! I have had two recent experiences that have led me to write this review - Dr. Beauchamp is by far and above the best vet that I have ever used. When we were at the final hours with our beloved family dog, Dr. Beauchamp offered to come to the house to assist us in making some very difficult decisions while keeping the comfort of our dog as his priority. Currently, we are dealing with a very rare and aggressive virus - with our new puppy. Dr. Beauchamp answered my phone call to his office at 3:19 AM !!!!!! He talked me through options that helped me get my puppy more comfortable and therefore not have to make a trip to the emergency vet in the middle of the night! I have never had any Doctor of any sort make himself so available for his patients! His staff is wonderful and always makes you feel welcome and appreciated. My family started going to Dr.Beauchamp's Animal Hospital about 30 yrs ago. We were one of those crazy cat families that just kept taking in srtays (13+ kitties). We always had them spayed/neutered, and gave them the best care possible. Dr.Beauchamp respected us for that, and always gave us a discount for their care. Now that I'm an adult, and a stray kittie adopted my family today, I'm calling Dr.Beauchamp's office tomorrow to have her checked out. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else. This is the best animal hospital that I have found, and we drive half an hour to get there. I am sure there are vets closer to where we live, but I know that I can always count on kind, courteous and professional care from everyone at Beauchamp's. Dr. Beauchamp and his colleagues have all been attentive to our kennel's needs. They have taken wonderful care of our dogs and our rescues. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They refer us to specialists as appropriate. Even the office staff goes the extra mile to heIp make the process easy for us. We wouldn't take our companion animals anywhere else for veterinary care. I think you could search a long time and never find a more caring and compassionate vet than Dr Charlie Beauchamp. He is a very good diagnostician and never puts your animal through more than what's necessary. I have used and recommended him for 30+ years and his staff is always top-notch. He is very helpful to veterinary students and, thanks to his teaching skills, we will continue to have great vets for years to come. With the exception of Dr. Beauchamp himself the staff here is horridness! No matter when you call you are always put on hold - always. The receptions are rude, and very hard to deal with. One of the vets we have seen forgot to take my dog stitches out after the post surgery visit so we had to make a special trip back to them to take it out. Make sure to look at your bill the next time you are here and make sure they aren?t charging you extra for services they aren?t providing. I have had to ask them to remove charges for services that weren?t provided. I will not be back and this was my 3rd dog I have brought to this company. Beauchamp Animal Hospital is the most kind, caring and wonderful pet care facility I have ever known. I couldn't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and welcoming and the doctors are the top in the industry. My pets don't feel nervous going there, they actually enjoy it!
