We would like to thank Dr. Coles for his years of service to the community & our pets. If you haven't met the new vet who has taken over his practice, Dr. Julie, you owe it to yourself & pets to do so. We have a large family of pets & we have had to visit four times plus two follow up appointments over the last six months. Dr. Julie carefully examined them, explained our options & followed up meticulously. The level of care is phenomenal & they take appointments so that your wait is minimized as much as possible. You should know that during our time in the waiting room, we have seen people walk in the door with their pets & demand to be seen while barking words to the office staff such as "Dr. Coles always took walk ins". Respectively folks, Dr. Coles no longer runs the business & it is unfair to the new vet & her staff for people to treat them that way. Recently, when the new lady at the front desk explained to a young couple who walked in asking for information & for their dog to be seen that unfortunately they did not have access to Dr. Coles' files & she could schedule them an appointment, they became belligerent then shouted they would go elsewhere & other expletives as they exited the building. Although it was uncomfortable for those of us there waiting, I want to express my gratitude to the staff for respecting our appointment & not letting these folks "bully" their way into being seen before us.
