Doctor Allen is a superior veterinarian. My three small dogs are all comfortable with her, and I couldn’t feel more confident in her ability.

Grassland will not authorize drugs through 1800petmeds. When I asked why, they said they didn't know the production source and because they're a wholesaler. Obviously, Grassland wants to their markup ...
Grassland will not authorize drugs through 1800petmeds. When I asked why, they said they didn't know the production source and because they're a wholesaler. Obviously, Grassland wants to their markup on drugs; therefore, they don't want you using an online, more affordable option. My dog has been to this clinic 5 times for the same allergy issues. They told me I needed to bring him in for an office visit (I.e. $50) before they would authorize the drugs through publix pharmacy... the drugs we found through our own research. This place will nickel and dime you. By the way Grassland, all information on the source of 1800petmeds medication is on their website and they are FDA approved. So that's not a valid excuse for not using them. Just admit you want your markup. That would be a more realistic explanation.

Ann and her staff always treat my animals with kind and compassionate care. Treatment is reasonably priced and they are flexible with appointments.

Dr. Allen has been our vet for over 15 years. She is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I would not even think of taking my pet to anyone else.
She is absolutely the best in Tennessee. NO doubt...
