I tried for 2 days to talk to anyone, no answer just wanted to buy the bricks for walk way to help out on there fund raising. not good for doing business with.

Our reception staff is working most of the day outside assisting our customers with check-in, vaccinations, product sales and check-outs as our lobby is currently closed. I came in on Thursday at Aprox. 2 pm. Only myself and one other customer; who was bringing in a cat for spay. ( which is a wo derful thing! :) )
I stood behind her for 25 no it's a while the lady behi...
I came in on Thursday at Aprox. 2 pm. Only myself and one other customer; who was bringing in a cat for spay. ( which is a wo derful thing! :) )
I stood behind her for 25 no it's a while the lady behind the coy yet co pletely ignored me. She glanced my way, once, and I smiled- to which she sort of snarled.
After 35 minutes another lady came into the office and ask if anyone needed help I raised my hand and the first lady working in the office loudly replied " NO. We're fine." while my hand was in the air.
I waited 5 more minutes because she seemed to be finishing with the first lady- she answered the phone- turned her back on me- and proceeded to talk.
Of course I was only there to but ADVANTAGE for my 4 cats, my daughters 2 cats, and 3 feral cats...nothing important.
I walked out determined never to return. :(

They have the greatest and most caring staff that always go the extra mile in making sure that you and your pet are taking very well care of. They also offer grants when available. I've had all of my dogs spayed here and I wouldn't take them anywhere else!

Most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There's only one I have come in contact with who is rather rude but all of the others are so nice it makes up for her.

I found this place when I found a feral cat and her two kittens. They were very helpful and even opened up for me when they were closed so that I could bring the feral in to stay until the veterinaria...
I found this place when I found a feral cat and her two kittens. They were very helpful and even opened up for me when they were closed so that I could bring the feral in to stay until the veterinarian was available to do the spay surgery. I got the kittens vaccinated and neutered here since I was on a tight budget and they were able to do both for very low cost. The only "complaint" is that they seem over worked. But, of course, they're doing very good work with limited resources. I highly recommend PPAW.

I heard about this place by word of mouth. Their reputation precedes them! From my first phone call to picking up my dog they were kind, friendly and helpful. I couldnt afford my vets estimate of 3...
I heard about this place by word of mouth. Their reputation precedes them! From my first phone call to picking up my dog they were kind, friendly and helpful. I couldnt afford my vets estimate of 300$ to neuter my dog Max. So i took him here and they did a great job at a GREATLY reduced rate according to my income. I dropped my dog off in the morning and picked him up after recovery in the afternoon. I highly recommend them if you need to spay/neuter your pet. They have performed over 70,000 procedures!

The people of this organization have hearts of gold. They are always helpful and friendly. They do a wonderful job for your pet's spay or neuter. Price is based on your income. They have spayed and neutered many of the ferel cats I have trapped and released. Always very professional. This is also a great place to buy Advantage or Frontline flea control. Below retail plus it helps their organization. I can't say enough positive things about them!!

Ppaw in Greenback, Tenn is an amazing place. The people are caring, wonderful, accommodating and devoted to animals. Debby Searfoss and associate delivered our new rescue Golden Retriever to us, driving over an hour to meet us, on a Sunday morning. We really appreciate all their effort in getting our beautiful rescue to us. They are very special people at ppaw. Most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There's only one I have come in contact with who is rather rude but all of the others are so nice it makes up for her.
