My family and I just purchased our third mini Schnauzer. Dr. Graham and his staff started treating my 1st mini in 1998. Treated my second mini and now... my third mini. That should explain a lot. My pets and I have always been treated excellent. The front office staff is wonderful and has been there since I started bringing our pets. Our lastest mini just broke his leg at 10 weeks old.I called panicked as they were closing. They waited for my son and I to get there. I was thankful for not having to drive my new pup to the Pet emergency clinic 10 to 12 miles away. In two months it will be 20 years that I have trusted my family pets to Graham’s. Graham animal clinic is amazing. Dr. Durlin and Dr. Kotlarsz were wonderful when I had my dog (Norma) spayed recently. They answered all my questions, (of which I had many) and did a fantastic job with the surgery. They took extra time to explain after surgery care at home and followed up with a call the next morning to check on my dog. I can't thank them enough and plan to be a customer for life. We love Graham Animal clinic for boarding, vet care, and grooming. They always take great care of our dogs and we feel comfortable leaving our fur babies with them because of it. The atmosphere, the care, and the timeliness of the visit was good. My dog had to get several vaccinations and Bravecto for fleas. The itemized receipt broke down how it cost $312. I just lived in West Tennessee and would get all of the same things done for $100-$150 tops. If you are looking for a good animal clinic, and you don't mind paying extra, this is a good place. After we got our dogs back after boarding they hadn't had a bath. We called and requested that one of the dogs nails get cut while we were out and they said that they couldn't do it. 2 days after we left we got a phone call saying that one of them had worms and they would walk them separate and treat the dog that had them. We come back 7 days later and they still didn't know which had worms. I wouldn't suggest this vet to ANYONE! RIP to dr graham Read Less

I drive all the way from Smyrna to come here. These guys are truly amazing. And price wise, they blow other vets out of the water. If you're treating your cat/dog for worms/fleas, most places will charge you a butt load just to see you, not to mention what they will charge for meds! A lot of places want stool samples and to have them tested before they will treat your animals too, which is time consuming and costly. These guys don't charge you for anything but the meds (when it comes to worms and fleas) and will even give your kittos or pups the pills so you don't have to. Over the counter stuff from Petsmart/pet I, etc never worked for me, so when it came to deworming and ridding them of fleas, I brought them here and paid a FRACTION of what all other vets quoted me. They weighed them, gave them the proper dose, I paid and was out the door. I haven't seen a work or flea since! They always work with me to find the best, most affordable way to do things and that means the world to someone on a tight budget, like myself. We need more vets like Graham! This clinic is great! You can tell they love pets the moment you walk through the door. The staff is wonderful, one of the receptionists has the sweetest little dog that she brings to work with her, that sits in a high chair next to her while she works, it is hilarious and simply adorable! They have at least 4-5 elderly adopted clinic pets, the ones no one else would adopt due to their age/health issues, and you can tell that they love them very much!The staff is wonderful, one of the receptionists has the sweetest little Chihuahua that she brings to work with her, that sits in a high chair next to her while she works, it is hilarious and simply adorable! I have always been treated well here, and so has my little Henry. Henry has been seen by both of the doctors there, and likes them both. The only thing I wish is that they had a larger parking lot. I don't know that there is enough room to say all the great things I would need to say to convey my gratitude to this Animal clinic. Dr. Graham and Dr. Kotlarsz are so caring. The staff there is wonderful. The grooming is awesome. They even give my Great Dane a bath for me!! I don't know how they do that!!I would recommend them to anyone and everyone hands down. Read Less

Sorry to say I won't be back. I had had a bad experiience with some pills I ordered , then decided to give it another try with a visit for one of my sick dogs. I thought the dr was not friendly and I had to ask him to touch and check my dog for pain and any physical problems ..... I left with less money in my bank account and no real answers........ I have a 13 year old Pomeranian who has heart disease. I had taken him to other vets numerous times because he was coughing but not any of these vets were able to figure out what was wrong with him. It only took one visit to Dr. Graham to find out what was wrong. He did some testing and diagnosed heart disease and put him on medication which helped tremendously. He got very sick about a year after his diagnosis and was not expected to make it but thanks to Dr. Graham again, he is doing great and acts like a little puppy! I have no doubt that Dr. Graham saved his life at least twice! I had spent hundreds of dollars on other vets whowere never able to properly diagnose nor treat him. I would recommend Dr. Graham VERY highly. He's the best! Read Less

I recently moved to Hendersonville, and was recommended by a friend to go to Graham Animal Clinic for my pet needs. The ladies behind the desk were very nice, and I didn't have to wait long. When they took me back to the room with my dog the vet tech imediately(w/o asking the vet) put in this bright green eye drops in my dogs eye to check for an abrasion. Well come to find out the Vet didn't even use that procedure to check my dogs eye. He said it wouldn't tell him anything he didn't already know. Then after I paid $110.00 the receptionist gave me a detailed bill that I didn't see right then and there, and I later saw that they charged me $20.00 for that eye drop thing that the Vet didn't even use. I feel like they just nickel & dimed me. So I won't be going back. Read Less
