Our elderly pup took a turn for the worse a few months back and at closing time they waited until all the kids arrived to say good bye and helped her peacefully cross the rainbow bridge. They cried along with us and in the coming weeks sent us cards of sympathy. We have used them on and off for a number of years but after that night we will not go anywhere else.

I really like Dr. Camp, but the vet tech was rather rude and tried to push the most expensive “buy it from us with a prescription” food as the first option to help my cat’s “poop issue.” And the office staff doesn’t return phone calls.
When the office closed early for inclement weather, they never called to cancel my appointment. I called to verify my appointment time and got the recording. I left a message asking them to call me to reschedule the appointment. They never called back.
I called a week plus later and asked if the vet could just prescribe some medication without me having to bring my cat back in. The woman who answered the phone looked at the cat’s file and said she didn’t see anything about medication for that problem in the file, but would leave the file for the doctor on her desk and transferred me to the doctor’s voicemail. So I left a detailed message including my phone number. Weeks later still no call back!

Horrible experience!!! I switched to Middle Valley from Riverview Animal Hospital on the Northshore, because it was closer to my house. This is my second visit to Middle Valley with an appointment time at 10:30am. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time in the lobby. Finally got into a room, where I waited another 10 minutes. Vet comes in asks me routine questions then out of the room. I wait another hour in the room before walking out. The whole time I am in the room, I can hear the staff talking about what they want to order from Choo Choo Bbq. My dog never received a wellness examination. They only apologized about my wait time after I waited 2 hours. They could have come in and tried to explain why they were so behind, but they didn’t. They don’t seem to value their patients/customers time. I will be going to back to Riverview.

We have used Middle Valley Animal hospital for more years than I can remember and they have always taken excellent care of our pets. They did something for us this weekend that we had been dreading, we had to put our sweet Winston down. Dr. Flint and the staff were so kind and caring which made a difficult time more bearable. Winston was diagnosed 3 months ago with lung cancer and fought a good fight but that came to an end Saturday and he is at rest. I want to thank Dr. Flint for her compassionate care and concern for our Winnie. She has treated him for several years so it was a blessing that she was there. Thank you to everyone at MVAH for being the wonderful people you are.

My sweet Tucker wasn't feeling well so I called Middle Valley first thing on Monday morning and they got him in asap. We were in and out within 45min. Dr Long was very thorough and knowledgable about Tuckers condition. The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly as well. Tucker is now on the mend and back to his silly self. We love Middle Valley and we are so glad that our babies are in good hands.

My mother-in-law had to put down one of her cats. This cat was highly attached to my husband and the clinic let my husband and I come and be present. The vet was extremely kind. He talked us through the whole process. He had seen the cat 6 months ago when she started to get sick and so was aware of the whole history. He was gentle with her and us and when it was done told my mother-in-law not to worry about any payment that day. He gave us time to grieve before dealing with the monetary aspect and it was so appreciated. I hope you go here in better circumstances, and I highly recommend them.

I've never had such a good experience with a vet's office. They treat my dog as their own and her comfort is their primary concern. My Maltese recently had to be spayed and have some puppy teeth removed. They removed at least seven teeth and didn't charge me for the teeth extractions. I also had to bring her back in because she was in some pain immediately after when she would do her business. They worked me in within an hour of my phone call and only charged me for the medications I received. The staff is very courteous to myself and sweet to my dog. the groomer is also one of the best I have used. For the same price as the chain groomers you get more attention to detail and higher quality grooming. They also helped us through a pretty bad surprise flea infestation. Through their very affordable recommendations we had our flea problem solved within hours.

Despite the rush, they explained everything quite thoroughly and seemed to be very professional as well as good with the animals.The prices were reasonable (I just moved from Nashville, so compared to there, they were downright cheap!) I really don't know what warranted the low ratings in the past, but they seem to have their act together. I'll use them again.

Most of the staff here do not take anything here seriously. I had my dogs boarded and they did unnessecary testing and charged me almost $700 without my consent. I was blown off by human resources which never resolved my issue. That lady can stick it up her @$$. I went to pick my dogs up and my bill was treated like a joke. All of the techs I have ever met here dont know how to do crap. Have taken several, I mean several tries getting my dogs blood without success and also have lost my belongings I brought with my dogs to board. I was also told my dogs only went outside to use the bathroom 1 to 2 times a day, only for a few minutes. Very dissatified. Will never go back

We recently had to put our 10-yr-old dog to sleep and had been seeing Dr. Tonya Campbell for over a year with our pet's medical needs. She was very attentive to our concerns over the past year and always promptly returned our calls. When it came time to sadly put him to sleep she reassured us that we were doing the right thing and was very sympathetic to our loss. During one of the most difficult events in our family's life, she put at ease. The office staff was also willing to take back our last supply of medicine for a refund and was also sympathetic with our loss. A week later, I received a sympathy card with a handwritten note from Dr. Campbell and it meant a lot that she thought of our precious dog, knowing he was a special part of our family. We will be forever grateful for her caring, considerate bedside manner and will definitely see her again when we adopt a new "baby".

Recently, we boarded our 2 dogs there. I called ahead of time to ask the price. I was told $19 per day and each dog was to get a $15 kennel cough med. I would also get 10%off because I had 2 dogs coming. I dropped them off, picked them up 4 days later only to get a $600 bill!!!!! Looking at the itemized bill, they had tacked on an additional $200+ worth of things. Never bothered to call and make sure, never asked, just did it and stuck me with the bill. I was furious! I called to get it taken care of and the extra charges dropped. Called twice and never had a return phone call! And to top it off, one of my dogs got kennel cough and was terribly sick for a few days! STAY AWAY from here unless you want to pay more than you are told!!!!!! They suck!

I chose this vet because it was close to our home but have since decided to change after a year of bad to worse service. Things started out alright however since our first vet eft we haven't had any consistent vet. In addition the front desk staff is rude and keep terrible records. The final straw was last month when I went in to find out if one of my animals had updated rabies shots and THEY DIDN""T KNOW. If a vet can't keep track of that I don't know what else they're not doing. My animals can't talk. Not sure where we're going yet but am done with getting upset anytime I have to interact with their front desk staff.

They cried along with us and in the coming weeks sent us cards of sympathy. We have used them on and off for a number of years but after that night we will not go anywhere else.

I really like Dr. Camp, but the vet tech was rather rude and tried to push the most expensive “buy it from us with a prescription” food as the first option to help my cat’s “poop issue.” And the office staff doesn’t return phone calls.
When the office closed early for inclement weather, they never called to cancel my appointment. I called to verify my appointment time and got the recording. I left a message asking them to call me to reschedule the appointment. They never called back.
I called a week plus later and asked if the vet could just prescribe some medication without me having to bring my cat back in. The woman who answered the phone looked at the cat’s file and said she didn’t see anything about medication for that problem in the file, but would leave the file for the doctor on her desk and transferred me to the doctor’s voicemail. So I left a detailed message including my phone number. Weeks later still no call back!

Horrible experience!!! I switched to Middle Valley from Riverview Animal Hospital on the Northshore, because it was closer to my house. This is my second visit to Middle Valley with an appointment time at 10:30am. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time in the lobby. Finally got into a room, where I waited another 10 minutes. Vet comes in asks me routine questions then out of the room. I wait another hour in the room before walking out. The whole time I am in the room, I can hear the staff talking about what they want to order from Choo Choo Bbq. My dog never received a wellness examination. They only apologized about my wait time after I waited 2 hours. They could have come in and tried to explain why they were so behind, but they didn’t. They don’t seem to value their patients/customers time. I will be going to back to Riverview.

We have used Middle Valley Animal hospital for more years than I can remember and they have always taken excellent care of our pets. They did something for us this weekend that we had been dreading, we had to put our sweet Winston down. Dr. Flint and the staff were so kind and caring which made a difficult time more bearable. Winston was diagnosed 3 months ago with lung cancer and fought a good fight but that came to an end Saturday and he is at rest. I want to thank Dr. Flint for her compassionate care and concern for our Winnie. She has treated him for several years so it was a blessing that she was there. Thank you to everyone at MVAH for being the wonderful people you are.

My sweet Tucker wasn't feeling well so I called Middle Valley first thing on Monday morning and they got him in asap. We were in and out within 45min. Dr Long was very thorough and knowledgable about Tuckers condition. The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly as well. Tucker is now on the mend and back to his silly self. We love Middle Valley and we are so glad that our babies are in good hands.

My mother-in-law had to put down one of her cats. This cat was highly attached to my husband and the clinic let my husband and I come and be present. The vet was extremely kind. He talked us through the whole process. He had seen the cat 6 months ago when she started to get sick and so was aware of the whole history. He was gentle with her and us and when it was done told my mother-in-law not to worry about any payment that day. He gave us time to grieve before dealing with the monetary aspect and it was so appreciated. I hope you go here in better circumstances, and I highly recommend them.

I've never had such a good experience with a vet's office. They treat my dog as their own and her comfort is their primary concern. My Maltese recently had to be spayed and have some puppy teeth removed. They removed at least seven teeth and didn't charge me for the teeth extractions. I also had to bring her back in because she was in some pain immediately after when she would do her business. They worked me in within an hour of my phone call and only charged me for the medications I received. The staff is very courteous to myself and sweet to my dog. the groomer is also one of the best I have used. For the same price as the chain groomers you get more attention to detail and higher quality grooming. They also helped us through a pretty bad surprise flea infestation. Through their very affordable recommendations we had our flea problem solved within hours.

Despite the rush, they explained everything quite thoroughly and seemed to be very professional as well as good with the animals.The prices were reasonable (I just moved from Nashville, so compared to there, they were downright cheap!) I really don't know what warranted the low ratings in the past, but they seem to have their act together. I'll use them again.

Most of the staff here do not take anything here seriously. I had my dogs boarded and they did unnessecary testing and charged me almost $700 without my consent. I was blown off by human resources which never resolved my issue. That lady can stick it up her @$$. I went to pick my dogs up and my bill was treated like a joke. All of the techs I have ever met here dont know how to do crap. Have taken several, I mean several tries getting my dogs blood without success and also have lost my belongings I brought with my dogs to board. I was also told my dogs only went outside to use the bathroom 1 to 2 times a day, only for a few minutes. Very dissatified. Will never go back

We recently had to put our 10-yr-old dog to sleep and had been seeing Dr. Tonya Campbell for over a year with our pet's medical needs. She was very attentive to our concerns over the past year and always promptly returned our calls. When it came time to sadly put him to sleep she reassured us that we were doing the right thing and was very sympathetic to our loss. During one of the most difficult events in our family's life, she put at ease. The office staff was also willing to take back our last supply of medicine for a refund and was also sympathetic with our loss. A week later, I received a sympathy card with a handwritten note from Dr. Campbell and it meant a lot that she thought of our precious dog, knowing he was a special part of our family. We will be forever grateful for her caring, considerate bedside manner and will definitely see her again when we adopt a new "baby".

Recently, we boarded our 2 dogs there. I called ahead of time to ask the price. I was told $19 per day and each dog was to get a $15 kennel cough med. I would also get 10%off because I had 2 dogs coming. I dropped them off, picked them up 4 days later only to get a $600 bill!!!!! Looking at the itemized bill, they had tacked on an additional $200+ worth of things. Never bothered to call and make sure, never asked, just did it and stuck me with the bill. I was furious! I called to get it taken care of and the extra charges dropped. Called twice and never had a return phone call! And to top it off, one of my dogs got kennel cough and was terribly sick for a few days! STAY AWAY from here unless you want to pay more than you are told!!!!!! They suck!

I chose this vet because it was close to our home but have since decided to change after a year of bad to worse service. Things started out alright however since our first vet eft we haven't had any consistent vet. In addition the front desk staff is rude and keep terrible records. The final straw was last month when I went in to find out if one of my animals had updated rabies shots and THEY DIDN""T KNOW. If a vet can't keep track of that I don't know what else they're not doing. My animals can't talk. Not sure where we're going yet but am done with getting upset anytime I have to interact with their front desk staff.
