We adopted a couple of cats from Young Williams and the little girl came to us with a terrible parasite. They treated our girl with loving kindness and cured her! Now she's fat and happy! My cat blue had feline leuk. She was in liver failure and needed a vet. I was going to a terrible clinic and did realize how terrible they were until visiting this clinic. This clinic is thorough with theyre exams. I was blown away with all the stuff they do during theyre check ups. Everyone there is friendly and if your dealing with end of life service like i was they are so wonderful to go to during this time. Not only did they give us our time to spend our last minutes with our blue. They were understanding kind and there for us. They also didn't charge us extra for the euthanasia just the check up fee. On top of that they casted our blues foot print in clay, gave us the option of creamation, and provided a coffin box to take her home in when i declined. She was shrouded in cotton blanket and there was a carnation flower tucked into the blanket. Just lovely. And on top of all of that i recived a condolence note in the mail today. The Cat Clinic has been taking care of our furry babies for years. Not only have they provided exceptional medical care to our kitties, they have also helped us thru the loss of them too. The Cat Clinic is the only vet I have used for years. Dr. Haas and Dr. Koob have always provided the utmost in veterinary care for Abby, Drew, Molly-Grace, Mia and Lily-Rose. Abby was not the best patient to treat because she was so sick for a long time. However, I will never forget how sensitive and caring the staff was to me when the time came to let Abby go. I have been taking my cats here since 1994. I have always been very pleased. Today I had the worst experience, as did my poor Buddy. I will have to think about whether or not I will ever return. I was even MORE disappointed in owners' response. Be aware of what you are asking for here whether or not you are new or a long time customer. Yesterday was a hard day for our family. We had to make the really hard decision to put our kitten,Zuri, to sleep. The Cat Clinic has been our vet for many years and yesterday we were reminded of why. They were so wonderful and kind to Zuri and our family, and supported us in our tough decision. I can't tell you how much it meant to me for the vet to let us know that she felt we had made the right decision, because it was such a difficult one to make. WHERE TO START! In general the staff where about as pleasent as a root canal!! I dropped off a stray kitten to be treated at 1130am. At 3pm I called to check on how she was doing. Good thing I did. I was told they had not even done a simple 5 min blood test! And they MIGHT get to her "tomorrow" some time. I was given tons of excuses about emergencys. Not even a friggen phone call saying there was a problem. When I arrived to pick up the Kitten the guy behind the counter said you will have to wait for the records. After I called and told him to have the records ready to take. (considering that I was running back to the other side of knoxville to get the kitten treated) I left so angry I was shaking. AND THAT WAS THE LEAST OF IT!!!!! The Drs may know what they are doing but that is about it. I will never return to this horrible place with my money or animals. Read Less

These folks are wonderful and caring. We take all three of our cats there. They will go out of their way to make the cats and owners comfortable and educated. They have some live-in cats who are friendly with people and our own cats. Be sure to pet Jake!
