The staff is absolutely amazing. I'm an avid animal lover and own 3 dogs-2 of which are elderly. My dogs are like my children-so they are treated very well with the best food and services available for dogs.
One of my elderly dogs has pancreatitis and has been treated by a few facilities in the w knox area. Most have preferred the most expensive treatment while this facility went with the lesser expensive treatment first BEFORE spending more money. Thankfully, it worked. They shared all of my options and were readily available to board/care for him at last minute while I was on vacation.
The location is also very clean and has a happy energy to it. I would highly recommend this vet based on my experience! Read Less

Everyone at the hospital is like family to us. They took great care of one of our dogs who was real sick for several years until he passed away. During the grieving process, one of the ladies told me he was abnormally sick and he was suffering. That made it a whole lot easier to handle. I new he was not hurting any more.
