Called Saturday my Ziggy was hit by a car the women who answered the phone told me they wouldn’t see her I would have to take her to Knoxville! She died in the way. I wouldn’t call you an animal hospital if you don’t tend to emergency services. Your just a vet with extended hours. If you have an animal in this county please look up animal hospital with true emergency services! So you have a plan!

The cost of services at this clinic is inflated to the point of being more expensive than is vet care in Knoxville. In addition, they tend to order a lot of possibly unnecessary and costly tests. In fact, money seems to be of paramount importance to this clinic, which I find to be distasteful at best. After spending hundreds of dollars on tests and clinic visits, I will be seeking care for my pet elsewhere.

I had an emergency Saturday, my puppy got very sick. I had never met Dr. Garrett before, but he is wonderful. He treated me with the upmost respect, even though I was terribly upset with tears runn...
I had an emergency Saturday, my puppy got very sick. I had never met Dr. Garrett before, but he is wonderful. He treated me with the upmost respect, even though I was terribly upset with tears running down my face. He took the time to talk to me, answer all my questions and took very good care of my puppy. And he even offered me his home telephone number, incase I needed him Saturday night or anytime Sunday. I have never seen a doctor in many years offer a service like that full of compassion and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services . Thank you Dr. Garrett and Dr. Shane White.

Excellent care for our pet babies provided by both Dr Garrett and Dr Amber. Could NOT ever find anyone that cared more than everyone including staff at this office. We have 3 japanese chins and their knowledge and care provided is tops over anyone else in the area.. You won't find anyone to equal them, and they truly care about the animals brought into their facility. Thanks to all even their boarding facility for the top notch care our fur babies have received under their care. Jim and Joan

I called for an appointment for grooming for my adopted pound puppy with a bad skin problem. They got her in that day and while there I mentioned my frustration regarding our recent experience with our last dog who became critically ill on a Saturday and our vet was not available. They assured me they were open and Dr. Garrett took time to meet with me and discuss his treatment approach, his availability and even his thoughts on Annabelle's condition. The kennel facilities are immaculate and staff are available for pick up on weekends. I think I found a new veterinary service!!! Bonus..closer to home and an Auburn grad! War Eagle!

The cost of services at this clinic is inflated to the point of being more expensive than is vet care in Knoxville. In addition, they tend to order a lot of possibly unnecessary and costly tests. In fact, money seems to be of paramount importance to this clinic, which I find to be distasteful at best. He treated me with the upmost respect, even though I was terribly upset with tears running down my face. He took the time to talk to me, answer all my questions and took very good care of my puppy. I called for an appointment for grooming for my adopted pound puppy with a bad skin problem. They got her in that day and while there I mentioned my frustration regarding our recent experience with our last dog who became critically ill on a Saturday and our vet was not available. They assured me they were open and Dr. Garrett took time to meet with me and discuss his treatment approach, his availability and even his thoughts on Annabelle's condition. The kennel facilities are immaculate and staff are available for pick up on weekends. I think I found a new veterinary service!!! Bonus..closer to home and an Auburn grad! War Eagle!
