We gave this clinic a try when we first moved here in July and loved the entire staff and knew they would take care of our fur babies. Yesterday, they won my heart forever. We found our pup, Gracie, suddenly lethargic and incredible sick and I called the clinic in a panic. 10 minutes later, Gracie was in their capable and loving hands. Fortunately, the wonderful Dr. Harding was able to quickly diagnose and treat a probable allergic reaction to an insect sting. To see the staff work as a team, staying way past closing, to save my pup, was incredible. I'm happy to say, Gracie is back to being her happy, healthy puppy self and I would highly recommend Maryville Small Animal Clinic to everyone. A five star vet clinic!

This is by far the best vet clinic I have taken my dog to. I moved almost 2 hours away a couple of years ago, but I have yet to find a vet clinic that meets the high standards and quality of MSAC, so I continue to bring my dog there. My dog is 46 pounds of anxiety and personality, but they are always so kind and gentle to/with her. It is very obvious that they truly care about their patients. They are also very open about their prices and will inform me about the prices for things beforehand so I don't get a huge bill as a surprise. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

My initial experience was amazing! I had an emergency situation with my dog and they saw me on short notice on a Saturday. My first impression of Dr. Harding was amazing as well. I thought she would be my veterinarian from then on, I never expected to be writing this. My brother and I both own dogs that are over 12 years old, with some rather serious medical conditions. Shockingly they returned his calls, but never mine. He was able to set up an appointment, have surgery performed on his dog and his beloved animal is almost fully recovered. My calls for help just went ignored. After my first experience, the amazing one, I was recommended to an oncologist in Knoxville, who deduced the best course of action was to amputate my companions leg. The procedure is rather costly, $3200. I don't have that laying around unfortunately, so I had to make a sacrifice or two & try to come up with the money. During that time I ran into one the employees at Maryville Small Animal Clinic, who told me "yeah Dr. Harding could probably do the procedure, and it would be significantly less expensive, what's your name, I'll have her give you a call" after that I even called the clinic personally to leave a message, still I haven't received a call. During this time my brother's pet was being treated by the same clinic that was ignoring me. I was and I am still, shocked by this behaviour. I never expected to be totally ignored. In conclusion, I wouldn't waste my time on these people, obviously they only care about your animals if it's convenient for them, which is unfortunate because the employees are amazing here(when they wanna care).

Dr. Harding and every single one of her staff was more than helpful with an emergency situation I had with my pet. She is now home and doing much better. They treated my pet with love, care, and respect. I was in and out quite a bit this week and witnessed the staff treating each patient and their accompanying humans wonderfully, taking special care when a cat or dog is stressed and uncomfortable in an unfamiliar environment.

Everyone is so nice and friendly! I needed a new vet to go to and I was nervous about having to find a new place for my pets. This place is excellent! Brought in a new puppy and he couldn't have been treated better. I had to board my puppy and 7 year old yorkie just about 3 weeks after finding this vet. They made the process very comfortable and smooth and treated my dogs so good! They really care to make your animal feel safe and comfortable during visits as well. Love this place!

My mom has always brought our animals to MSAMC. I recently got my first puppy of my own and I knew exactly where I was going to take him. We've only been 3 times so far but everyone always goes out of their way to give advice, always on time, and makes us feel welcomed. I've used Maryville Small Animal Medical Center for several years. The staff are all very helpful and the facilities are outstanding. They were so good to us when we had to euthanize our dog last year. I think I could find care at a lower price, but I'm not sure the level of care would be the same high quality. I would certainly recommend them.

Everyone at Maryville Small Animal Medical Center has been extremely friendly and eager to help whenever we have had an issue with either of our dogs. They take their time, listen to concerns, and obviously genuinely care about the animals they treat. Recently they have implemented online service to allow you to receive reminders via email, which I personally find very helpful. All in all, I would highly recommend MSAMC to anyone looking for a good veterinary practice.

I have an English Bulldog with a large amount of health problems as well as 2 other dogs so I am a regular patient. Every time we visit the staff is compassionate and helpful. Each person from the receptionist to the vet techs and vet always take the time to get to the bottom of my pets problem and help solve what ever issues we are having. It's funny I have never had a vet that when I pull up out front my dog gets excited and actually wants to go in, but this is the place. Mason always loves his visits and all the attention he receives. I have also boarded him one time and it was a great experience as well.

We gave this clinic a try when we first moved here in July and loved the entire staff and knew they would take care of our fur babies. Yesterday, they won my heart forever. We found our pup, Gracie, suddenly lethargic and incredible sick and I called the clinic in a panic. 10 minutes later, Gracie was in their capable and loving hands. Fortunately, the wonderful Dr. Harding was able to quickly diagnose and treat a probable allergic reaction to an insect sting. To see the staff work as a team, staying way past closing, to save my pup, was incredible. I'm happy to say, Gracie is back to being her happy, healthy puppy self and I would highly recommend Maryville Small Animal Clinic to everyone. A five star vet clinic!

The rooms and the waiting area are always clean. The team members and doctors are always ready to answer whatever questions we have, and the prices of their services are reasonable. This is by far the best vet clinic I have taken my dog to. I moved almost 2 hours away a couple of years ago, but I have yet to find a vet clinic that meets the high standards and quality of MSAC, so I continue to bring my dog there. My dog is 46 pounds of anxiety and personality, but they are always so kind and gentle to/with her. It is very obvious that they truly care about their patients. They are also very open about their prices and will inform me about the prices for things beforehand so I don't get a huge bill as a surprise. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone.

My initial experience was amazing! I had an emergency situation with my dog and they saw me on short notice on a Saturday. My first impression of Dr. Harding was amazing as well. I thought she would be my veterinarian from then on, I never expected to be writing this. My brother and I both own dogs that are over 12 years old, with some rather serious medical conditions. Shockingly they returned his calls, but never mine. He was able to set up an appointment, have surgery performed on his dog and his beloved animal is almost fully recovered. My calls for help just went ignored. After my first experience, the amazing one, I was recommended to an oncologist in Knoxville, who deduced the best course of action was to amputate my companions leg. The procedure is rather costly, $3200. I don't have that laying around unfortunately, so I had to make a sacrifice or two & try to come up with the money. During that time I ran into one the employees at Maryville Small Animal Clinic, who told me "yeah Dr. Harding could probably do the procedure, and it would be significantly less expensive, what's your name, I'll have her give you a call" after that I even called the clinic personally to leave a message, still I haven't received a call. During this time my brother's pet was being treated by the same clinic that was ignoring me. I was and I am still, shocked by this behaviour. I never expected to be totally ignored. In conclusion, I wouldn't waste my time on these people, obviously they only care about your animals if it's convenient for them, which is unfortunate because the employees are amazing here(when they wanna care).

Dr. Harding and every single one of her staff was more than helpful with an emergency situation I had with my pet. She is now home and doing much better. They treated my pet with love, care, and respect. I was in and out quite a bit this week and witnessed the staff treating each patient and their accompanying humans wonderfully, taking special care when a cat or dog is stressed and uncomfortable in an unfamiliar environment.

I've driven past the office many times and when it came time to find a vet for our kitties, they were the first ones to come up. I couldn't have been happier with our first visit. The facility is beautiful, the staff is so pleasant, and our care was the best I've received for my fur babies. We're so happy to have found Maryville SAMC. We will be using them from now on!

Everyone here is always great. They treat our dogs as they were theirs. It is not uncommon for them to be in the floor loving our animals. Plus excellent medical care. Best place I've ever used.

Very thorough treatment for both our pet and us. We took our little dog here for what turned out to be urgently needed surgery. They discussed everything before proceeding. Treatment and payment options were all presented. We never felt rushed. We were treated with compassion and respect. All this combined to make a scary situation bearable.

I've driven past the office many times and when it came time to find a vet for our kitties, they were the first ones to come up. I couldn't have been happier with our first visit. The facility is beautiful, the staff is so pleasant, and our care was the best I've received for my fur babies. We're so happy to have found Maryville SAMC. We will be using them from now on!

Everyone is so nice and friendly! I needed a new vet to go to and I was nervous about having to find a new place for my pets. This place is excellent! Brought in a new puppy and he couldn't have been treated better. I had to board my puppy and 7 year old yorkie just about 3 weeks after finding this vet. They made the process very comfortable and smooth and treated my dogs so good! They really care to make your animal feel safe and comfortable during visits as well. Love this place!

Dr. did a thorough exam and they always call the next day to check on both our dogs anytime they come in. Most appreciative of the care of our fur babies!

My mom has always brought our animals to MSAMC. I recently got my first puppy of my own and I knew exactly where I was going to take him. We've only been 3 times so far but everyone always goes out of their way to give advice, always on time, and makes us feel welcomed. I love getting reminder calls as well as emails about upcoming appointments. I highly recommend MSAMC to all my friends with pets!

I've used Maryville Small Animal Medical Center for several years. The staff are all very helpful and the facilities are outstanding. They were so good to us when we had to euthanize our dog last year. I think I could find care at a lower price, but I'm not sure the level of care would be the same high quality. I would certainly recommend them.

Everyone at Maryville Small Animal Medical Center has been extremely friendly and eager to help whenever we have had an issue with either of our dogs. They take their time, listen to concerns, and obviously genuinely care about the animals they treat. Recently they have implemented online service to allow you to receive reminders via email, which I personally find very helpful. All in all, I would highly recommend MSAMC to anyone looking for a good veterinary practice.

I have an English Bulldog with a large amount of health problems as well as 2 other dogs so I am a regular patient. Every time we visit the staff is compassionate and helpful. Each person from the receptionist to the vet techs and vet always take the time to get to the bottom of my pets problem and help solve what ever issues we are having. It's funny I have never had a vet that when I pull up out front my dog gets excited and actually wants to go in, but this is the place. Mason always loves his visits and all the attention he receives. I have also boarded him one time and it was a great experience as well.
