Took dogs for grooming and to pick up food. Not seeing vet this trip. As always, staff was courteous and efficient: facilities are awesome and clean. Precious and Pipi were groomed as requested!

Excellent vet! I have just recently started using them because fortunately most of my dogs have never had any major medical issues in the past and went to Dr. Mattice until he retired last year. Both of my 8 year old labs have had problems the past few months. The first one was having kidney issues which resulted in surgery because of a tumor that appeared to be on the spleen from the ultrasound. Fortunately it was only a lipoma and Dr. Nation actually called me from the Operating room to tell me this good news. My other lab was diagnosed with diabetes a month ago & they have been wonderful working with me to help get her regulated on her insulin. I’m a bit neurotic about it because this is my first experience dealing with a sick dog who is almost blind because of the cataracts caused by the diabetes. I’m so thankful I found this vet last year before these problems arose. I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone and are also very reasonably priced.

Absolutely wonderful stress-free visit for my dog’s annual shots/heartworm test. Dr. Nations was amazing!!!! My dog usually nervous pees or has to be muzzled and that wasn’t the case here- she even got her nails clipped (so a big eff you to petvax for telling me she needs anxiety medication, I guess it truly is the difference in staff). Also the cheapest prices I’ve found. Spent less than )$115 for everything + a months worth of heart worm prevention.

I took my leopard gecko to see Dr. Nation about 6 months ago due to parasites. We had already seen another vet and had to schedule a last minute appointment with this clinic. Our little Bumble was only 10 grams at the time, now she is a whopping 82grams and still growing! The care we received was compassionate and ethical, just the way we like it.

Worst vets office I've ever been to. Waited over an hour to pick up my cat. They come into the room and tell me they can't get my cat out of her cage because of her "attitude". I go back there, and my...
Worst vets office I've ever been to. Waited over an hour to pick up my cat. They come into the room and tell me they can't get my cat out of her cage because of her "attitude". I go back there, and my cat is covered in her own urine that she apparently had been sitting in all day. They wanted me to take her home like after charging me $240.00 to tell me she had a UTI. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. The employees are rude and so are the doctors. Worst money ever spent and worst experience I've ever had with a so-called professional business. Do not recommend.

This is the most amazing, wonderful, incredible, caring, loving, kind, knowledgeable, comforting, fun, etc........... place to bring your pet for healthcare, boarding, grooming, day care, training.... Dr. Snow, Dr. Nation and their amazing staff are the best! This is the best veterinary office in the world. I have 5 dogs and I feel that each gets very personal, individual attention and they always consider what is best for your pet. There are never any hidden costs and they are always up front and honest with expenses before they perform any procedure. They are very reasonable. I have a 12 year old Great Pyrenees that has struggled with skin problems and arthritis. After being cared for these great doctors and staff - she looks and acts like a puppy!!! My dogs love going there and the doggy day care is great! You can even watch them on video! Love, Love, Love this place!

We have used Berclair Animal Hospital mostly 40 yrs. We moved out of town a couple of times but always came back to both Dr. Snows. In the past couple of years we have lost 2 of our beloved pets Winnie and Ellie due to sickness and old age. Dr. Snow was so kind that he kept Winnie and he and his staff nursed her back to health. Even though we could not get a complete handle on Winnie and we had to do what any pet owner does not want to do. Thanks goes Dr. Snow and staff for going the extra mile. They kept Ellie going as too and again we had to make the sad decision Jan 26, 2016 she was 17 yrs old. Thanks for all your help.

Excellent vet! I have just recently started using them because fortunately most of my dogs have never had any major medical issues in the past and went to Dr. Mattice until he retired last year. I took my leopard gecko to see Dr. Nation about 6 months ago due to parasites. We had already seen another vet and had to schedule a last minute appointment with this clinic. Dr. Snow, Dr. Nation and their amazing staff are the best! This is the best veterinary office in the world. I have 5 dogs and I feel that each gets very personal, individual attention and they always consider what is best for your pet. We have used Berclair Animal Hospital mostly 40 yrs. We moved out of town a couple of times but always came back to both Dr. Snows. In the past couple of years we have lost 2 of our beloved pets Winnie and Ellie due to sickness and old age. Dr. Snow was so kind that he kept Winnie and he and his staff nursed her back to health.
