Danielle is so sweet! And helpful. Had a fit over my cat on a leash. Holly (my cat) needed her nails clipped; never have I seen anybody do it as easily as Leigh! I read a recent post on here that stated Fox Ridge Animal Hospital charges 500$ for vaccines and a check up. This is entirely false. The annual vaccine packages are nowhere near that expensive and are in fact hundreds of dollars less than that. Also, a complete physical exam or "check up" is always included with any vaccines. This clinic (staff) has been a blessing for my dog and I. Dr. Montgomery is knowlegable, skilled, and very experienced, plus he is gentle/loving and has an amazing personality.His team (Kathy, Danielle and Susan) are equally as skilled, loving and knowledgable. Dr. Montgomery and his ENTIRE staff are the best! I only wish we had discovered them a longtime ago. We discovered them when the pit we adopted had parvo and our regular vet was closed. We recently took our little dog in because she was sick. When the test results came in it revealed liver enzymes through the roof and Dr. Montgomery came in on Thanksgiving to make sure we had the meds she would need to bring them down. Dr Montgomery has been a vet for my family since I was a kid. He has always been compassionate and has taken care of my pets. I'm a 'cat lady' and would not take my cat anywhere else, even with the facility being a far drive from my home. He is truly compassionate and loves animals, and he knows what he's doing. Laurie has also been helpful every time I needed her and I can trust her with my cat. This place is just another JOKE! No need to waste your time. I spoke to one of the staff people several days ago about service for my dog off a recommendation from a co-worker. They do not work with dogs that are agressive!! A simple return phone call would have saved us the inconvience. Laurie is someone who completely lacks compassion and probably should be someone you totally avoid because she likes to make excuses instead of being accountable. I found Dr. Montgomery and staff to be extremely professional, compassionate and helpful. My family adopted a sick dog from our local pound and even though the dog eventually died Dr. M and his nurse we available and helpful. We now have a new dog and wouldn't think of taking her anywhere else. His fees are decent and you definitely get your money's worth. Read Less

I walked in this morning to pick up some Frontline for my dogs. The women at the front desk were very rude to me. They ignored me when I walked up and one of women behind the desk had the radio way too loud and did not even aknowlege me when I said "Excuse me, mam". I had to call on my cell phone to the hospital to get her to even look at me. Then when she asked what I needed, she told me they dont sell Frontline anymore and then walked off. I have been taking my pets to Dr. Montgomery for over 10 years and everytime I go take my pets in for shots or a teeth cleaning, the price for it is $100 more than it was 6 months prior. I took my 2 labs in last week to get their annuals and I was not aware nor did they let me know that they were going to do a full health bloodwork on my dogs. Plus they no longer have wellness packages on adult dogs. I walked in the hospital thinking I was going to spend approx $200 per dog and I left spending more than $350 on each dog. I know that they need to raise prices but not for the hickory hill area he is in. I would recommend Dr. Montgomery to anyone except if you live on a fixed income. Read Less
