My lab, and best friend, had declined in health over the past few years and it became necessary to have him put to rest. The Vet and her assistant were very kind and respectful and helped make it a peaceful experience. Having him at home took away the stress that would normally accompany a trip to the vet. I am so pleased with the services Dr. Moffatt and her staff provided for my mother's sweet angel Baby. Since I live out of town and could not be there to take her to the vet. They took the time to call me about all that they did and what medications Baby would need. They also attached her rabies tag to her collar and adjust her Seresto collar to preform better. I called my mother afterwards and she was so happy that Baby was so well cared for today. We will be using Dr. Moffatt and Mobile Vet Memphis from now on. It was so easy to pay by phone and they also sent me all the paperwork and set up a online account for medicine refills. In this day and age of hurried services, they took the time with Baby and my mother to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you Dr. Moffatt and staff for all your help today!

These compassionate, respectful professionals made the heartbreaking experience of saying goodbye to a loved member of our family easier then the cold sterile environment of a vets office. Since, she was always upset going to the vets office this was the best option for all of us.After a brief conversation of the phone, we knew that they were perfect to help us in our time of need.Yes, they were upfront about the cost and payment, but not as heartless money grabbers but as kind people who know that after the procedure it's time to morn not mess with administrative tasks. They allowed us all the time we wanted to love on our Brandy before she calmly, painlessly slipped away. These ladies are angels in my book.

My 15 year old golden lab/husky mix can not climb into my suburban to get to our normal Vet. He weighs 105 pounds and I can not lift him. I found this company and they came the next business day. I requested they not let him go out and into their mobile clinic so they conducted their examination in the living room. Yes, he has hip dysplasia and also arthritis in the lower back. Dr. Amy and the young lady accompanying were very compassionate and professional. You do what you have to do for a long time caring dog. I will recommend them and give referrals if asked. I will call them when I need to. Thank you folks.

It was time to let my sweet dog go and I contacted Mobilevet to come to my home...less stress on my pet. They were wonderful. It was my first time using a moblie vet service and I couldn't have been more pleased. They were very calming, sweet and understanding. They explained everything up front and as it went along. I would recommend them to anyone facing such a hard time. It made the process so much easier.

Having your pet put to sleep in your own home was the best advice I received from a coworker. I emailed a couple local companies and based off the dialogue and later phone conversations I felt very comfortable with Doctor Moffat performing this very memorable and emotional procedure. Our pup was14 years old and had lost most of his quality of life due to a large tumor on his esophagus. Doctor Moffat and her assistant made the experience far better than I could've ever dreamed this experience to be. It was my wife and I's first time to do this and our dog had been with us prior to our 4 children. Needless to say it was very emotional for us. They called ahead of time as a courtesy which really helped. Gave us 15 more minutes to really calm him down and love on him. As they showed up they came in our home very quietly, spoke softly and were totally empathetic to our situation. Both got down on the floor with us and our pup to explain the whole procedure. They also asked at this time for payment. After the procedure I understand why they ask when they ask. We were way less inclined to deal with administrative duties after the procedure than prior. Throughout the entire procedure we all four sat there with him and comforted him. Once she confirmed with a stethoscope they cleaned up their supplies and gave us a private moment. Once they returned they preciously transferred him to a doggy stretcher and quietly and peacefully walked him into the van, then quietly drove away. I recommend euthanasia this way to anyone who has the choice. Even more I recommend doctor Moffet and her mobile vet service for it.

I used MobileVet Memphis for several years (and I only stopped because I moved out of state), but they were by far the best vet I have ever used. I had 6 animals (3 dog and 3 cats) and they treated all of them with care and were always great to work with. One of my dogs had puppies and they even came inside my house as to not upset the mama as the puppies were only days old.
They always tried to work with my schedule (sometimes coming after work) and would even drop off medications either at work or home if they were in the neighborhood. Even now as I live 2,000 miles away, they will still answer questions when I email them regarding my pets.
I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Mobile Vet is fantastic! Dr Amy is extremely kind and gentle with our dog, and her knowledge and care have helped us through a number of tough situations with our pets. She is very responsive, and has several times gone above and beyond to help us on evenings or weekends. Our aging dog was always so nervous to go to a vet office, and having the Mobile Vet service come to our home has made a huge difference for her. We can't imagine seeing anyone else.

when our cat was ill and dying, both the vet and her associate seemed to be more concerned with payment for services rather than the care of our cat, or the sadness grief and related feelings of our family at such a difficult time, and they were both rude, ugly and disrespectful when I raised this concern with them, threatening to withhold care of the cat if they did not get immediate payment, even though we had always paid their previous invoices with no problem, and despite a previous agreement to pay the charges in this instance two days later, when it felt more appropriate for us to deal with the financial aspect of our pet's death.

I used MobileVet Memphis for several years (and I only stopped because I moved out of state), but they were by far the best vet I have ever used. when our cat was ill and dying, both the vet and her associate seemed to be more concerned with payment for services rather than the care of our cat, or the sadness grief and related feelings of our family at such a difficult time, and they were both rude, ugly and disrespectful when I raised this concern with them, threatening to withhold care of the cat if they did not get immediate payment, even though we had always paid their previous invoices with no problem, and despite a previous agreement to pay the charges in this instance two days later, when it felt more appropriate for us to deal with the financial aspect of our pet's death.
