A rip off, paid over$600 for xrays, fuilds etc. for my pup & she is still sick. Dr. Wouldn't talk to me when I tried to address the issue. Dr. Told one of her workers that she is busy but if my wallett was opened in sure she wouldn't have refused to see me. The clinic is very nasty. As I was standing at counter fleas covered my legs as well as when we was placed in one of the rooms. I understand that its a animal clinic but it Diffently needs exterminator to spray. I had to sat a fogger off in my car due to the number fleas that was on me and pup. I wouldn't refer this place to any of my dog lovers friends.

They can't perform miracles but they certainly try. I've bought/adopted and donated animals for years even when the 🏥 was located n Raleigh. Now its within 🚶 distance of my 🏡 and sometimes I 🚶 the 🐩 there 4 their appointments. It's a blessing 2 have them n Frayser

First, allow me to express that Dr. Gullet is wonderful and very professional. If I could rate her establishment by her alone, I would give her five stars, but I can't.
My problem is with her staf...
First, allow me to express that Dr. Gullet is wonderful and very professional. If I could rate her establishment by her alone, I would give her five stars, but I can't.
My problem is with her staff. From the front desk to the actual techs who said more than once, "if you play nice with me, I'll play nice with you and I won't muzzle you." My dog had not growled or bared his teeth at any point to validate her saying such things.
I didn't help that they labeled him as Feral simply because he barked, not bit at nor attacked another dog or person. I fell that the staff is ignorant in both etiquette, animal behaviorism and wording of said behavior.
I may return simply for Dr. Gullet, but I don't know...calling a person dog Feral and then threatening them in front of their owner is a bit too tasteless for my preference.

It was divine intervention because my boo boo received the BEST CARE EVER!. I never felt taken advantage or overcharged. Dr. Gullett helped extend his life through her excellent care and suggestions. She was caring, compassionate and tactful. She always helped you fit care into your budget. If you are looking for a vet, TRUST Dr. Gullett.

I have been here three times, two of those times were emergencies. And I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gullett and her team. Amazing people. She saved me cat (Xander). He had a blockage and it almost killed him, but she helped my fur baby get better and today he thrives. Yesterday someone shot my dog, I rushed her to Dr. Gullett and immediately they took her in to X-rays to see what was exactly going on. She took my dog into surgery and they did their absolute best to save her. She unfortunately didn't make it but I KNOW that Dr. Gullett and her staff did everything they could to save my baby. And when I cried and was upset, they brought me tissues and they hurt with me. Amazing, incredible people. I don't have enough words to sing their praises with.

Took our cat there to be neutered. Picked him up this morning to find that he went all night without any pain meds, and they couldn't even give his pain meds (that we PAID FOR) to us because the vet doesn't come in to work until 10am. Our cat SMELLED, was SCREAMING, and had spent the night in his own cat carrier. The towel I put in the bottom of it was SOAKED in urine, so much so that urine SPILLED OUT of it on the way home! When we called, the girls who answered the phone didn't give a crap. I have left a message for the vet who runs the clinic to call me if she ever decides to show up for work. I am reporting this clinic to every veterinary agency I can find.

My cat was sent home with hard dried feces on one hip with bits of paper mixed in with it, after she stayed there overnight after spaying. I haven't been able to get that off her yet. She smells like a litter box!!!!!! I was sent there by animal rescue. They are a rip off. I will never go back there again!!!!! What kind of operation like this would be recommended by animal rescue. Do they just put the animals in gross dirty cages to recover from surgery????? And not even clean them up before sending them home????? What a mess!!!!!

I have worked at an animal hospital before, and was not impressed with the clinic, the staff, or the doctor. I showed up for a 10:30 appointment made 10 days in advance, however, sat in the waiting room for forty-five minutes. During this waiting period, I heard staff members in the back using profane language that could be heard all the way in the lobby. The receptionist was not friendly, but no major complaints. I cannot speak for the rest of the clinic, but the waiting room was disgusting. It had not been cleaned in at least a week. There was urine on the scale by the front door. The exam room was a mess. The tech showed me in and there were still syringes on the table, and it had not been wiped off. The doctor got an attitude when I asked her questions so I finally just gave up. I was not impressed, and will not be returning. I would not reccomend this clinic to anyone.

I have been using Northgate Animal Hospital for over 18 years. Everyone of my animals have received the highest quality of care. Dr. Gullett is a top notch vet and cares as much about my babies as I do. I have never received poor service and my animals have never gotten sick after being there. They are very conscientiousness about the condition of the pets that are brought into their facility. Anyone who has had that bad of an experience at Northgate must have come in on a bad day (we all have them). By the way, all animal hospitals stink. It is the nature of the business.

I would never ever go back to this place. It smells when you walk through the door and the floors are dirty. You can hear dogs screaming in pain in the back and noonne cares. I waited almost 5 whole hours to let the doctor see my dog, who had his leg hitt by a car by accident. The doctor took forever and when she did come out you could see through her shirt. It was so unprofessional. She was very rude. My dog died the next day. That place should be shut down.

I have been using this vet for several years and it's the most wonderful place I have ever found. I accidentally ran over my sons kitten and had to rush him for treatment and was taken right in. The kitty was having problems breathing and going into seizures and this team went above and beyond in their treatment. The Dr. took him to the hospital 2 nights in a row, because he needed constant help and oxygen, and brought him back to her hospital each morning. My son, 10 years old at the time, was allowed to come visit his pet each night. She made sure that our kitty was in excellent health before she sent him home. I also use this facility to board my animals and they are treated like we would treat them at home. I would recommend this vet to anyone for any reason. She is caring, knowledgable, understanding and loving. I will continue to use her as long as she has her operation active.

I have been here three times, two of those times were emergencies. And I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Gullett and her team. Amazing people. She saved me cat (Xander). He had a blockage and it almost killed him, but she helped my fur baby get better and today he thrives. Yesterday someone shot my dog, I rushed her to Dr. Gullett and immediately they took her in to X-rays to see what was exactly going on. She took my dog into surgery and they did their absolute best to save her. She unfortunately didn't make it but I KNOW that Dr. Gullett and her staff did everything they could to save my baby. And when I cried and was upset, they brought me tissues and they hurt with me. Amazing, incredible people. I don't have enough words to sing their praises with.

Took our cat there to be neutered. Picked him up this morning to find that he went all night without any pain meds, and they couldn't even give his pain meds (that we PAID FOR) to us because the vet doesn't come in to work until 10am. Our cat SMELLED, was SCREAMING, and had spent the night in his own cat carrier. The towel I put in the bottom of it was SOAKED in urine, so much so that urine SPILLED OUT of it on the way home! When we called, the girls who answered the phone didn't give a crap. I have left a message for the vet who runs the clinic to call me if she ever decides to show up for work. I am reporting this clinic to every veterinary agency I can find.

Nasty reception area. There were two piles of dog waste in the floor in the reception area. My cat was sent home with hard dried feces on one hip with bits of paper mixed in with it, after she stayed there overnight after spaying. I haven't been able to get that off her yet. She smells like a litter box!!!!!! I was sent there by animal rescue. They are a rip off. I will never go back there again!!!!! What kind of operation like this would be recommended by animal rescue. Do they just put the animals in gross dirty cages to recover from surgery????? And not even clean them up before sending them home????? What a mess!!!!!

I have worked at an animal hospital before, and was not impressed with the clinic, the staff, or the doctor. I showed up for a 10:30 appointment made 10 days in advance, however, sat in the waiting room for forty-five minutes. During this waiting period, I heard staff members in the back using profane language that could be heard all the way in the lobby. The receptionist was not friendly, but no major complaints. I cannot speak for the rest of the clinic, but the waiting room was disgusting. It had not been cleaned in at least a week. There was urine on the scale by the front door. The exam room was a mess. The tech showed me in and there were still syringes on the table, and it had not been wiped off. The doctor got an attitude when I asked her questions so I finally just gave up. I was not impressed, and will not be returning. I would not reccomend this clinic to anyone.

I have been using Northgate Animal Hospital for over 18 years. Everyone of my animals have received the highest quality of care. Dr. Gullett is a top notch vet and cares as much about my babies as I do. I have never received poor service and my animals have never gotten sick after being there. They are very conscientiousness about the condition of the pets that are brought into their facility. Anyone who has had that bad of an experience at Northgate must have come in on a bad day (we all have them). By the way, all animal hospitals stink. It is the nature of the business.

I would never ever go back to this place. It smells when you walk through the door and the floors are dirty. You can hear dogs screaming in pain in the back and noonne cares. I waited almost 5 whole hours to let the doctor see my dog, who had his leg hitt by a car by accident. The doctor took forever and when she did come out you could see through her shirt. It was so unprofessional. She was very rude. My dog died the next day. That place should be shut down.

I have been using this vet for several years and it's the most wonderful place I have ever found. I accidentally ran over my sons kitten and had to rush him for treatment and was taken right in. The kitty was having problems breathing and going into seizures and this team went above and beyond in their treatment. The Dr. took him to the hospital 2 nights in a row, because he needed constant help and oxygen, and brought him back to her hospital each morning. My son, 10 years old at the time, was allowed to come visit his pet each night. She made sure that our kitty was in excellent health before she sent him home. I also use this facility to board my animals and they are treated like we would treat them at home. I would recommend this vet to anyone for any reason. She is caring, knowledgable, understanding and loving. I will continue to use her as long as she has her operation active.
