I can see why this place has 5 stars. Took my twin boys (cats) and they were ready to pick up 3 hours early. Drop off time is 7-8 a.m. Pick up is around 4p.m. But they were ready at 1 p.m. and bright ...
I can see why this place has 5 stars. Took my twin boys (cats) and they were ready to pick up 3 hours early. Drop off time is 7-8 a.m. Pick up is around 4p.m. But they were ready at 1 p.m. and bright eyed. You'd never know they had surgery. Can't beat the prices anywhere. The staff is awesome as well. GREAT PLACE!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great place!!! I only wished my husband had been asked if we had a medical card instead of food stamps. We don't get food stamps but do have many medical issues. We really could have used the discount...
Great place!!! I only wished my husband had been asked if we had a medical card instead of food stamps. We don't get food stamps but do have many medical issues. We really could have used the discount for getting our cat neutered. We paid full price and really could not afford it and my husband is too proud. No matter, we really appreciate them and what they do for the community!! We will continue to go back when we need to. This wasn't a planned pet as someone threw a kitten over our fence to our dogs. VERY friendly and professional staff!

This place went above and beyond my expectations. They called me as soon as my cat was awake and alert so I could come get her. Everyone was so nice and polite. My cat acted like nothing had happened, which is a completely different reaction than I'm used to after surgeries. I also noticed on my receipt that they trimmed the nails and cleaned the ears at no extra cost.

We were very pleased with the organized way everything is handled. Information is clear and staff friendly and helpful! Our kitty had to have his tail docked from an injury he incurred prior to his spay date. The cost was minimal and it was done along with the neutering.

My older dog had to have an emergency scrotal ablation because of cancer and they took me in without an apt and worked with me on payments. We ended up coming up with enough to pay at once but the thought they they were very understanding. Dr.Olsen is amazing. She gave us her personal number and answered EVERY question we had. I can even text her at night for advice and she is very quick to respond. I love this place. I wish we found it sooner.

Had my 1yr old cat spayed here a few months ago, they did a great job. The incision was clean and neat, she was pretty much herself when I picked her up from them, albeit hungry. Everything healed perfectly and she's a happy cat. Wouldn't hesitate to bring any future animals here.

I was very nervous at first bringing my puppy and leaving her somewhere new (i live in small town senatobia, ms) but once we got there everyone was so nice and made me feel wonderful. Once the surgery was done, i wasnt expecting a call but they called me to tell me she did great and was ready to go home. I wasn't able to get her until the afternoon and they said that was fine, but when i got her she was her happy go lucky self. They took care of my baby. If i get any other animals, i would DEFINITELY be back to Mid-South Spay and Neuter!

Over the years, I've only had wonderful experiences! My own kitty, Sonny, was neutered here 4 years ago. I was a new kitty mom at the time, and the staff was very patient, considerate, and informative. (I totally cried when I dropped him off.) Since then, I've become involved in the rescue scene, particularly TNR (trap, neuter, return) and have brought in dozens of feral cats to be spayed/neutered. In such a fast paced, high volume clinic, I'm always pleasantly surprised at the time and care given to each client. I recommend the facility almost daily. Great folks that do great work!

I have used MidSouth S&N for years, and have never had a problem. My animals have always been treated well, with no complications. They do a tremendous service for the area, and I appreciate not only their low costs, but their generosity in providing such a valuable service for feral cats, rescued dogs, and those who care about them. Those who work and volunteer there truly care for these pets, and I'm grateful for them.

Once the surgery was done, i wasnt expecting a call but they called me to tell me she did great and was ready to go home. I wasn't able to get her until the afternoon and they said that was fine, but when i got her she was her happy go lucky self. They took care of my baby. I was a new kitty mom at the time, and the staff was very patient, considerate, and informative. (I totally cried when I dropped him off.)
