I can't thank The Pet Hospital enough. From the moment I called them to the moment I walked out of their doors, they provided loving, empathetic care to not only our kitten but to us as well. I had such an amazing experience with my little pups visit I had to write a review. For starters the staff was absolutely the best of help and made me feel calm and welcome and made sure they left no question unanswered and made my little pup (Ja’Cepie) feel like he was the only priority. They gave him the best care and made his stay as comfortable as possible and when I went to visit him they made it feel so special. I would recommend them to everyone because they are worth every second of your time and every penny of your money.

I decided to use the downtown branch to kennel my dogs while I went on vacation, and I have to say, this was one of the worse experiences I have had boarding my two dogs. First, when I dropped them off, I asked the receptionist about the quote that I received about boarding them and she said that was the correct amount and so I left them there. Six days later, I return to pick them up and this other receptionist told me that the amount I owed was much higher than I was quoted, but she did get it approved from someone in the back and did adjust what I owed to what was quoted to me. A lady brought out the bag I had left with their food and treats but no dog bed, when I asked about the dog bed, she didn’t have any idea what I was talking about so I told her the color of the bed and blanket I had left with my dogs; finally it was retrieved, but the blanket was still folded the way I had folded it and had not been used. After getting my dogs and getting home, I noticed there was a red spot across one of my dog’s noses and a red spot on his neck. I called back up there to let them know about the spots and to ask why did my dogs not get to use their dog bed; the lady on the phone informed me that the dogs had been moved around due to some bigger dogs being kenneled in the suites too, so they had actually been put in a cage, something that my senior dogs have not experienced before. After talking with her, I received a phone call from the operations manager, Christopher, and the only thing he did was justify the actions that were made by the kenneling staff. I told him when the decision to move my dogs had been made, I should have received a phone call and he said he would just put that in my notes. When I asked about their dog bed and blanket not being used, he tried to tell me that he has seen it that most dogs will tear up their dog bed when being boarded. My dogs have been boarded before and they always got to sleep in their dog bed with their blanket, but he again reiterated that this is his experience, but he would put a note in my file. My dogs are senior dogs and so being boarded already is a challenge and a stressful time for them, but then they were moved around and eventually settled into cage, something they have not experienced before, and did not even get to sleep in their bed with their blanket, I can only imagine what their experience was.

We have been with Dr. Heartsill since she was at Downtown Animal Hospitals. We absolutely love her and the care that she provides to our furry family members. Now that they are at their new location, we have had the opportunity to have Dr. Courtney care for our pets, as well. She loves our cats and knows their temperament well. All of the staff knows our orange tabby Chandler by name and are happy to see him when he comes. Our other cat, Hermes, is loved by all there, despite his label of "aggressive patient." :) Our dogs are also well loved! Overall, we love the Pet Hospitals Downtown and recommend them to all of our friends!

However, since the Downtown location was open on Saturday, Dr. Courtney was a wonderful solution. She was very personable and makes sure your pet is treated as her own. Dropped my kitten off to get neutered yesterday morning and left with almost zero nerves/fear. Picked him up later in the afternoon afternoon, and he's doing so wonderfully that, with the exception of a brief pause for food, he didn't stop playing (hard) for several hours after getting home. Totally different experience than I've had before with vet trips, especially surgical ones. I can't stress this enough-- if your furry baby needs a fantastic doctor, take him or her to see Dr. Heartstill at Downtown Animal Hospital!!! I've known her for a couple years (from church) and finally made the switch after the situation with my furballs' previous doc took a turn. BEST DECISION. Molly (my dog) and Ellis (the now neutered kitten) both adore her, and after fighting it for years, Molly has no problem going to the vet anymore! Thanks for always, always taking wonderful care of my fur crew! It's so comforting to know that they'll always be loved and so well cared for, whether I'm there or not.

This is an awesome place to bring your baby! I've visited the vet and also had my dog groomed here! Everyone there was exceptionally polite and welcoming. From the receptionist to the techs to the veterinarian, they are all amazing! I love going here! They work with your schedule and go out of their way for you! They make everything so simple. I'll continue to use this clinic for my pet's needs indefinitely! I highly recommend them.

I had such an amazing experience with my little pups visit I had to write a review. For starters the staff was absolutely the best of help and made me feel calm and welcome and made sure they left no question unanswered and made my little pup (Ja’Cepie) feel like he was the only priority. They gave him the best care and made his stay as comfortable as possible and when I went to visit him they made it feel so special. I would recommend them to everyone because they are worth every second of your time and every penny of your money.

I decided to use the downtown branch to kennel my dogs while I went on vacation, and I have to say, this was one of the worse experiences I have had boarding my two dogs. First, when I dropped them off, I asked the receptionist about the quote that I received about boarding them and she said that was the correct amount and so I left them there. Six days later, I return to pick them up and this other receptionist told me that the amount I owed was much higher than I was quoted, but she did get it approved from someone in the back and did adjust what I owed to what was quoted to me. A lady brought out the bag I had left with their food and treats but no dog bed, when I asked about the dog bed, she didn’t have any idea what I was talking about so I told her the color of the bed and blanket I had left with my dogs; finally it was retrieved, but the blanket was still folded the way I had folded it and had not been used. After getting my dogs and getting home, I noticed there was a red spot across one of my dog’s noses and a red spot on his neck. I called back up there to let them know about the spots and to ask why did my dogs not get to use their dog bed; the lady on the phone informed me that the dogs had been moved around due to some bigger dogs being kenneled in the suites too, so they had actually been put in a cage, something that my senior dogs have not experienced before. After talking with her, I received a phone call from the operations manager, Christopher, and the only thing he did was justify the actions that were made by the kenneling staff. I told him when the decision to move my dogs had been made, I should have received a phone call and he said he would just put that in my notes. When I asked about their dog bed and blanket not being used, he tried to tell me that he has seen it that most dogs will tear up their dog bed when being boarded. My dogs have been boarded before and they always got to sleep in their dog bed with their blanket, but he again reiterated that this is his experience, but he would put a note in my file. My dogs are senior dogs and so being boarded already is a challenge and a stressful time for them, but then they were moved around and eventually settled into cage, something they have not experienced before, and did not even get to sleep in their bed with their blanket, I can only imagine what their experience was.

We have been with Dr. Heartsill since she was at Downtown Animal Hospitals. We absolutely love her and the care that she provides to our furry family members. Now that they are at their new location, we have had the opportunity to have Dr. Courtney care for our pets, as well. She loves our cats and knows their temperament well. All of the staff knows our orange tabby Chandler by name and are happy to see him when he comes. Our other cat, Hermes, is loved by all there, despite his label of "aggressive patient." :) Our dogs are also well loved! Overall, we love the Pet Hospitals Downtown and recommend them to all of our friends!

I take my puppy, Harley, to The Pet Hospitals at Poplar and Massey and she sees Dr. Pirtle, who is awesome! However, since the Downtown location was open on Saturday, Dr. Courtney was a wonderful solution. She was very personable and makes sure your pet is treated as her own. Dropped my kitten off to get neutered yesterday morning and left with almost zero nerves/fear. Picked him up later in the afternoon afternoon, and he's doing so wonderfully that, with the exception of a brief pause for food, he didn't stop playing (hard) for several hours after getting home. Totally different experience than I've had before with vet trips, especially surgical ones. I can't stress this enough-- if your furry baby needs a fantastic doctor, take him or her to see Dr. Heartstill at Downtown Animal Hospital!!! I've known her for a couple years (from church) and finally made the switch after the situation with my furballs' previous doc took a turn. BEST DECISION. Molly (my dog) and Ellis (the now neutered kitten) both adore her, and after fighting it for years, Molly has no problem going to the vet anymore! Thanks for always, always taking wonderful care of my fur crew! It's so comforting to know that they'll always be loved and so well cared for, whether I'm there or not.

This is an awesome place to bring your baby! I've visited the vet and also had my dog groomed here! Everyone there was exceptionally polite and welcoming. From the receptionist to the techs to the veterinarian, they are all amazing! I love going here! They work with your schedule and go out of their way for you! They make everything so simple. I'll continue to use this clinic for my pet's needs indefinitely! I highly recommend them.
