Made an appointment on May 20th to have my cat groomed. The soonest I could get in was on the 26th, which was fine. I was told to bring my cat in by 8am and pick him up at 5:15 that afternoon, as he was going to have to be sedated to cut the mats off of him, and would watch him the rest of the day. Dropped him off pre-8am. I get a call at 3pm saying they had "emergencies" come up and hadn't gotten to him. They offered to keep him overnight for free, (gee thanks), and work on him tomorrow. It's traumatic enough for him just going to the vet, much less stay over for another day, so I told them I would be right over to pick him up. Of course he was scared and peed on himself on the way to the vet, as well as on the way back, adding to the mess he already had going on. Again, thanks. I got to the vet at 3:15 to pick up the cat, and waited over 20 minutes for someone to finally bring him to me. For the first 10 minutes I was the only customer there! No apologies, no kiss my butt or anything from the staff. This is how you treat your customers?? Pitiful way to run a business. SEVEN HOURS to decide they didn't have time to sedate him and watch him all day. I don't know what time the "emergencies" they had came up, but if they hadn't started on him by 9am or so, THAT'S when I should have gotten a call. Your experience may or may not be any better, I'm just giving you MY experience.Read Less
