Mt. Juliet, Tennessee
General Info
Village Veterinary Hospital Mt. Juliet is a veterinary practice devoted to providing thorough and compassionate care for pets across the community. Situated in Mt. Juliet, United States, this clinic is renowned for its professional and reliable approach to animal health. It creates a supportive atmosphere for both the pets and their owners. The team provides personalized wellness plans and regular check-ups. Services often encompass In-House Pharmacy, Grooming, 24/7 Emergency Assistance, Avian Care, Blood Analysis, Pain Relief Strategies, and Allergy Diagnostics. These methods are applied to the animal with special attention on the aspect of preventing and correcting problems. The practice boasts excellent facilities, and the animals are well-handled to minimize stress, leading to accurate diagnosis and successful treatment. Clients often note how caring and communicative the veterinary staff is, which helps to build long-term trust and ensure that the pets receive consistent care. Village Veterinary Hospital continues to grow as a cornerstone of the Mt. Juliet pet-owning community. Whether a pet is just beginning life or struggling with the chronic health condition that comes with age, the clinic’s professionals are always willing to help. Their desire to help animals is reflected in the time and effort they put into educating themselves in order to stay current with the rapidly changing veterinary field. This ensures that every pet receives the best possible care. The practice also promotes responsible pet ownership, making it a community partner and resource for families beyond medical needs. Village Veterinary Hospital in Mt. Through the unique approaches and techniques that Juliet uses, she establishes spaces in the homes of Tennessee where pets, together with their owners, can utilize body language and energy changes to bond during care practice. They don’t start by stamping on feet—they start by grabbing attention. Staff members look at the micro-behaviors like how much eye contact the animal makes, what happens to their breathing when they hear someone talking, and if they move toward or away from movements. Care then unfolds in parts. The observation of a pet’s skin, coat, and joints depends on its anchoring movements and leaning or stiffening positions. Trust indicators initiate scrutiny of dental structures and abdominal regions, then cardiac rhythm monitoring. Pet owners provide contextual information by describing the changes in their daily schedule, including new sounds accompanying the loss of coordination and changes in their dogs’ walking and feeding routines. Village Veterinary Hospital offers services that encompass the entire life spectrum of pets, such as pediatrics exams and testing, energy balance methods oral care regimens, age-oriented joint evaluations and disease-related blueprints. Time frames vary depending on behavior. Certain appointments proceed quickly due to specific consent cues. The stretching procedure goes through various phases which gives the animals ample time to grasp each step. Pets in need of recalibration can take advantage of the quiet zones and pause stops before catching up. After those visits, we must focus on the steps needed to incorporate my language into our home. Determine what aspects of sleep need monitoring in order to determine the cause, figure out how to bring back routines, and identify which times to look out for silent signals such as withdrawal from family members, loss of appetite, or spatial guarding. Owners should pay attention to the timing instead of solely relying on symptoms. What hour does restlessness occur? During which part of the day do hesitations occur most frequently? Village Veterinary Hospital helps guide families in Mt. People in Juliet and Tennessee environs celebrate animal behavior as a natural signal pets present through their everyday pauses and movements rather than during the crises.

May 24 2018 I was going on vacation. I needed one dog a rabies shot. The other was going to get him groomed. As a couresty to the groomer since he bites to have him relaxed. When I called I asked Ruthann how much it would cost. I was lead to believe that the sedation would be 5.00 and 3 year rabies shot 17.50. So once the service was given I was expecting 22.50. Ruthann said 45.00. I was shocked. I said hold on you said 5.00 for the sedation and 17.50 for the 3 year rabies shot. She stated that the vet gave my dog something else that cost more and the 3 year rabies shot was 20.00. I was upset and she did not seem to care. I have been a client with this practice for years. I know I have spent way over a thousand with them. Ok I understand misunderstandings. But she made no efforts to help me. Actually tried to make me look like I was at fault. When I said that I would find a new vet she just shrugged her shoulders. This was hurtful. Here I have been an excellent client and all the money I have spent with them and she did not care that I walked out. This makes me feel all they care about is the MONEY. Well I found another practice. You guys don't seem to get it. There are plenty of vets in the Mt. Juliet area. I live in Donelson and there are 5 vets within 5 miles of my home. I just stayed with Dr. Brenner because of continuity of care with my little pomapoo with a heart murmur. But when I am made to feel all I am is a credit card then its time to leave. This really hurt me that they they did not care. Ruthann just let me walk. How sad. It took me until now to write review. I had to cool down and not write review while mad. Read Less

We have a Great Dane that we take to Dr. Benner and his team. He performed her Gastropexy and Spay surgery.  While I was sad to leave my dog for her sugery I knew she was in excellent hands.  They called me once she was out and assured me she did well. The entire team has a strong passion for animals and work to make you feel at home.  I have never felt rushed while on the phone with a question or in their office. Their receptionist Ruth Ann is very patient and understanding.  Also, Caroline was consistent in her reassurance anytime I was there.  I felt that she genuinely cared for my dog.  THere is something to be said for walking in the door and having the staff immediately yell your dogs name in excitement.  Thank you Village Vet. They really get to know you and your pets personally as well as follow-up with personal phone calls on treatment at home when it's necessary. Rose Ann is also such a friendly and warm front desk receptionist. Dr. Benner is always very thorough and caring with treatment. We sadly had to put our kitty down due to cancer and they handled it with the utmost kindess, respect and dignity. You can't ask for a better service than that.

We have recommended you to many friends. Read Less
