I have been taking my pets here for a very long time. Many years and many pets. I would not take them anywhere else. All the girls at the desk have always been so nice and helpful with my numerous phone calls. They are very knowledgeable. I just had my sweet gentle giant(12 1/2 year old black lab) just pass away. All through his care the entire staff and Dr Bobbie Lee were so compassionate. My many phone calls with questions was always returned so quickly. Thank y’all so much for helping me through. I am pleased, as always, with Munford Animal Hospital. Over the years, we have taken all of our pets here. The staff is always warm, welcoming and professional. Every single staff member/doctor/ greets you with a smile and seems genuinely glad to see you. They also have a wonderful groomer with whom we use often. They truly care about your pets and know ours by name. The clinic is clean and up-to-date. There are no long waits. This place is highly recommended by Bobby, Charlotte and Paisley. Awesome staff and facilities. I took my 1 year old pup in because her face was swelling and she had hives. In no time she was given a physical and was treated. All of the staff was very courteous and expressed concern over my baby’s illness. I’m happy to report she appears to have completely recovered and is back to her playful self. Read Less

Brownie had sever bowel blockage for a couple of days, didn’t past. We were a walk in at the hospital. Was a great experience at the start. Dr Drew was professional and very carrying The Vet aide was to but o don’t remember her name. The procedure was not easy and I am sure unpleasant for them but they did it. After many years at our home in VA the Navy said it was time to move on and we ended up here in SW TN. We're so grateful to have a wonderful clinic like this not far from our home. For our first "meet the doctor" appointments we saw Dr. Bobby Lee, and couldn't be happier. He's always so nice, and really takes the time to answer any questions we have. We have a Shar-Pei and other clinics over the years want to muzzle her as soon as they hear what breed she is, but the staf...f at MAH waited to meet our dog and judged her for her personality not breed stereotypes, it was refreshing to see and experience that. Recently our elderly Pug started having coughing fits and my husband was taken in immediately first thing when he stopped in on his way to work. Dr. Drew was amazing with our pug. My Remi hates to get his nails clipped. We get "Mani/Pedis" often. Love the staff from the desk to the techs to the assistants and Dr Hanks is great. You can tell they all love animals very much. Remi loves seeing Kimmy every month. She is a sweetheart to my baby. We have had several pets cared for here. Our last day with our Rowdy was with them. Excellent, knowledgeable, caring vets and vet techs who take their time with the critters as well as being friendly and good communicators to the pet parents. Friendly, helpful, attentive staff that are nice to talk to and pay attention to all their clients. Extremely clean facility with beautiful interior and lots of seating along with a nice little coffee bar. Best animal practice in our area as far as I'm concerned. The staff at Munford Animal Hospital was wonderful. Our new baby, a Chocolate Lab/Paisley was spayed yesterday. The tech called me 3x yesterday to give me the status on Paisleys condition. When I picked her up, the tech was informative in giving me the discharge instructions, answering all of my questions. They treated her like one of their own furbabies. We brought in our pregnant dog yesterday at 7:30am because we were worried about her stress level and long labor. The vet did an ultrasound and exam early that morning and gave her a shot of oxytocin. At 11:45am, they called me to check on her and recommended that I bring her back in to check her again because she still was not producing puppies. After another ultrasound and exam, we went back home to try again. She finally started having puppies. We woke up this morning to a voicemail from them asking how our dog was doing. I have NEVER been to a vet that does this!! They make you feel like their own family. I will be using them for ALL our vet needs from here on out. After my beloved Veterinarian retired, I thought I would never find another Vet I could love and trust. Then we met Dr. Bobby Lee Hanks. He is a compassionate, caring, healer. When he is with you and your furry babies, you have his undivided attention. He listens to all of our concerns and addresses every one of them, even when I repeat myself. He never rushes and always takes the amount of time you need. He is honest yet reassuring. Today, he did surgery on my little girl. She came out of surgery so much better than I imagined she would. Dr. Vawter is the best! Professional, thorough, kind, and honest. I had a horrible experience with another local vet and had the wrong diagnosis. The day I called I had an appointment that afternoon. My dog had a serious of xrays and by 2 hours after my initial appointment time, we knew what was wrong Dr. Vawter needed to consult with an Orthopedic Vet specialist for my dogs case. She told me we would be in touch, I didn't realize she would call me literally only 30 mins after I got home from their office. Referring Dr. Already had my pets xrays. I have been taking my pets there for 7 years now and have never been disappointed. Just yesterday one of my MinPins, Ren, suffered a heatstroke and unfortunately my little buddy didn't make it. It was not because of a lack of effort on the part of the wonderful staff and doctors however. When I arrived at their facility I was frantic and distraught. Through the compassionate and caring treatment I received I was soon calmed down. Since it was lunchtime the doctors were not on site but a young doctor arrived there, after having been called away from his lunch, within 5 minutes. From the receptionist to the doctors on staff they were each and every one compassionate, kind and sincerely sympathetic to my situation and for that I cannot adequately express my appreciation.
