Randy Rickets has been our vet for over 25 years. So glad he has semi-retired. Dr. Jeff Morgan bought the practice and I couldn't be more pleased. He's fantastic!!!

I have deep regret for trusting that this clinic would know what they are doing. I am moving and taking my dog with me to Hawaii. I scheduled her health certificate appointment MONTHS in advance and was told that they do HCs all the time. On the day of the appointment (at least 6 hours in to my dog being at the clinic) they tell me that they don't want to "mess it up" and they "don't have the right form" and that I "need to come get the dog". These people are completely incompetent. Don't take your pet to Dr. Ricketts and don't trust Cathy at the front desk. Terrible business.

We have been going to Veterinary Associates for 30 years. We love Dr. Rickets and his staff. They have been so kind and caring to our pets over the years. We would not go anywhere else.

Best clinic around! They treat your pet like their own. Extremely caring and helpful. I wouldn't trust my furry children with anyone else!

These folks care about your pet. Very reasonable prices too. I've been to bad vets - this definitely isn't one of them.

Dr. Rickets and his staff are exceptional. Dr. Rickets has always taken the time to discuss any questions and concerns I have ever had when bringing my pets in. He has a genuine love for animals and often shares his stories of his fur babies. His staff is professional and caring. I have never felt overcharged or taken advantage of on any occasion. I have recommended his office to family and friends and all love him and I will continue to recommend him to anyone looking for quality caring veterinary needs.

Dr. Randy Ricketts is the best of the best! He had just opened his practice in 1982 when I got my first Cairn Terrier. During the course of the past 33 years, two more Cairns, and my current two Papillons, he has always been there for us, providing excellent care, professionalism, compassion, understanding, and friendship. He is an awesome vet and a quality human being.

I have deep regret for trusting that this clinic would know what they are doing. I am moving and taking my dog with me to Hawaii.
