Once pets arrive, they are permitted to investigate their surroundings. The method incorporates an attitude of attentiveness and slowness as well as the selective engagement to the task at hand. The clinical team observes the animal’s ability to adapt to the floor texture, ceiling acoustics, and other vertical elements. Some visits could begin with a gentle palpation; others with visual exams or simply getting to know the animal. Pet owners are asked to describe how their pets prefer to rest at home and list details like noises and mealtime changes they dislike. The 5 Points Animal Hospital offers various services such as injury evaluation and immune system diagnostics, muscle elasticity checks, sensory aversion handling, and chronic illness co-management. Identification system in the examination is adjusted to parts (stages) in case of head structure position changes (sporadic breath cycle, freeze signal), condition of eyes tracing gaze break or limbs structure withdrawal. Every exam room has the tools needed for quick modification such as portable stools, adjustable lighting and screens to block unnecessary things. The caring process goes beyond the procedure and only ends through decompression. Before departure, pets are given a trial period to adjust and refocus their senses. Behavioral pacing uses a chart to track when the animal is ready for food, touch and other stimuli and prevent lagging or soreness. 5 Points Animal Hospital works with pets from Nashville and surrounding Tennessee areas to ensure that every step of a veterinary visit (from point A to B until the recovery) is as closely aligned with their experience as possible.

A few weeks prior my male dog from the same litter had caught it too, not neglectful he is on the road Im not and they were given to us sick and we did not know. My vet charged me 300 my dog had 3 bags of Saline and antibiotic and an anti nausea. This ludicris vet my husband is at now wants to charge 600 for this antibitic and that one and oral medication and saline. His dog is not as advanced in her parvo as mine was and he pulled through on the minimal treatment. When I asked the vet to tell me why hers was sooo excessively expensive the woman yelled " take her to your vet then " my husband being in Tennessee and me in Missouri. I took my puppy here for the puppy exam to have him looked at to make sure he was healthy. They told us he looked good and said he needed some shots, I asked about the price and it didn't sound too bad. Too bad that was the price for one shot. Four shots later, a fecal exam I didn't ask for and some other charges I was out more than I expected. They told me if the dog had any reaction "swelling" to take him to the animal hospital immediately. My dog did have swelling, but I called another animal hospital after calling Five Points, they said give him some children's Benadryl, monitor him, if it gets worse call back. Boy am I glad I called another professional. My dog was fine and playing within 20 minutes of the Benadryl. I went to the Pet Community Center and got the same amount of shots, micro chipped, and some other stuff for around $50.00. Quick Edit: This was around 6 months ago, only writing the review because I keep receiving phone calls from them. Also, I don't see Five Points ranting/bashing on any other reviews left. I was simply dissatisfied with the price, constant communication after I told them I wouldn't come back in, and the advice (after talking to other professionals)! Look I'll even change my review to 3 stars because you guys seem a little worked up.. Read Less
