My dog got into a fight with the neighbors dog and he got hurt really bad and needed stitches.... Well when we get there we're told we have to make an appointment and the person there for regular checkup is higher priority because they have an appointment. What garbage service! West Nashville location has been steadily going downhill. We just cancelled both of our dogs plans. Too much misinformation from staff, doctor is no longer available for walk-in”mini-emergencies”, and the place always seems to be in a rush, crisis mode. Maybe too many wellness plans have been sold for this location to handle. Once in the room they will always have things your pet needs for an additional cost- never too busy to sell products. It’s a shame, we have been clients of theirs for ~7 years. Read Less

Nashville West happens to be 5 minutes from my house and this past week I had a pet emergency come up and when I called in panic telling them my pet was very sick and I needed to bring him in right away, I was told "Were booked"with out even hesitation!!! Excuse me Banfield but isn't your policy sick pets come first in situations like this, I was forced to drive 30 minutes away to the next Banfield where they welcomed my sick pet right away. Well before today everyone has been really kind and helpful. The lady at the banfield desk today wasn't helpful at all. I asked if there was anymore of the cat food brand I was looking for in the back. She kind of seemed to just guess that there wasn't without checking to make sure. Then I asked if there was anyway that I could check to see if another banfield close by has it in stock. This lady actually laughed while saying 'I mean you could call and check'. She should have offered to check the system or get someone who could. It's just about having good customer service to customers, especially very friendly customers. I definitely won't be asking her for anything again. She needs a class on customer service! Read Less
