Belle Forest is the ONLY place I will ever take my dogs ever again. I've used them sporadically in the past with my dogs and rats but after the most recent scare I had with one of my babies, I'll never leave! The staff is always so kind and Dr. Shannon and Dr. Stephenson really went above and beyond for me and my pup. I can't say enough positive things about this place and it was a godsend. Just got a new blue heeler puppy and he is the second dog I've taken to Belle Forest Animal Hospital. We had to bring my dog here suddenly early one morning and few weeks ago, and they jumped right away to help her. While we had to make the tough decision to put her down, they were there from start to finish.. Gave us all the time we needed and we just received a card in the mail with everyone's signature. They helped make this sudden, yet painful, process go smooth and I could see the concern and passion in their eyes and hear it in their voices... My baby bearded dragon broke her leg and it became infected quickly and very badly.. The first vet I went to told me that my only option was to euthanize her. Fortunately, I went to Belle Forest Animal Hospital and got a second opinion from Dr. Talbot. I was just a walk in since it was an emergency, but he took care of my baby and amputated her leg- saving her life. He and all his staff were so kind and patient with me when explaining everything. Most of all, they genuinely cared about the well being of my pet. I cannot put into words how grateful I am to everyone there. Had multiple wrong antibiotics prescribed for my dog. She got increasingly unwell in the meantime. Then they tried to charge me for the bogus meds. After I thought the problem was resolved, I still received a bill for said incorrect antibiotics. When I called to try correct the issue, Dr. Brasher was amazingly rude, unprofessional, and refused to resolve my problem. Read Less

We've been clients since 2007 and have been very pleased with their service. We moved to a different part of town 3 years ago and still make the drive across town. Every once in a while we'll try a new vet clinic, but we always end up going back to Belle Forest. Not everyone has a veterinarian like Dr. Talbott. Read Less

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Belle Forest Animal Hospital. I have been taking my cats there around 15 years. My first cat was loved by the staff there as if she was their own. When we had to put her down the staff was as sympathetic as could be. I now have another cat that is treated very well there. Dr. Shannon makes such a fuss over her every time we go. It's very comforting to know that my vet is so concerned about my cat on a personal level. My cat gets very good medical attention and the staff there is friendly, the receptionist, the technicians, the doctors - they all make it as pleasant as it can be for a stressed animal going to the doctor. I had my first experience with Belle Forest Animal Hospital today after being told that the blood in my dog's stool was normal. They were able to get her an appointment within a few hours after calling and took very great care of us while we were there. The staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, profession, and down-to-earth. After we finished with the appointment, I called and had my previous vet transfer my dog's medical records to Belle Forest.
