My husband has taken our pets to this clinic for 25+ years. They have always been on time for shots, checkups, chips, neutering, etc. On Friday, one of our cats got into a fight. He was bleeding and obviously in pain. I called them at approximately 11 AM. I explained the situation and was told they were booked solid today. I said, I understood but this was an existing patient and had been in on Monday for checkup and shots. I explained again that he was bleeding. I was told again, "sorry, we are booked solid today. I can give you the number for the emergency clinic." I told him no, if I had to find another vet to see our animal, they could get our records ready because I would change offices. I said I have been in healthcare for 50+ years and I would never turn an existing patient away when they had an emergency. I explained that I would call a patient who had an appt and explain that there was an emergency and I needed to reappoint them. He replied, "we don't do that." I hung up! My advise is to find a good office before you have an emergency because this office obviously has no patient loyalty. We saw Clinic Animal Clinic and loved them. They saw Sixpack, stitched him up, gave him an antibiotic and it took a whooping 15 min appointment. We are DONE with Jackson Square.

The prices may be a tab bit higher than most vets, but it's an amazing group of people that work there. I never feel as if I'm being rushed out the door; before I leave, whichever veterinarian I am seeing that day, makes sure all my questions are answered. I've brought our dog to this vet since she was a puppy and she loves the people that work there too. The vet assistants are always so gentle with her and try there best to treat them as if they were their own. This facility can do routine type stuff, but for any advanced treatment, you will most likely be referred to UT Medical.

The pet owner is in charge of care! I have not been rushed in discussing options with the staff. Front desk is always professional and willing to help.

They have found out what was wrong with my doberman and she is starting her uphill climb back to a somewhat normal life. Their prices are a bit high on some services but good on others.

I visit my vet yearly, and set appointments so i can keep mine as well. The past 2 visits have been indefinitely /significantly delayed because of they are under staffed and walk ins. Today there was no parking at the facility and people were waiting outside. This is very poor business practice, so i am moving my pets needs to different vet. I would not mind this, but the owner has a sour personality and they err on over vaccination of dogs (maybe cats?).

Nothing but good experiences, even with our dog whom our previous vet declared "too crazy to handle". The vet tech here laughed, said she had a "hyper dog", too, and took wonderful care of our affectionate, excitable Aussie shepherd mix. They took great care of our lab mix also! Very little difficulty getting appointments, and reasonable pricing. They'll meet you where you are as much as possible and help you learn what you need to know to care for your pet responsibly. Excellent team. :)

My husband has taken our pets to this clinic for 25+ years. They have always been on time for shots, checkups, chips, neutering, etc. On Friday, one of our cats got into a fight. The prices may be a tab bit higher than most vets, but it's an amazing group of people that work there. I never feel as if I'm being rushed out the door; before I leave, whichever veterinarian I am seeing that day, makes sure all my questions are answered. I've brought our dog to this vet since she was a puppy and she loves the people that work there too. The vet tech here laughed, said she had a "hyper dog", too, and took wonderful care of our affectionate, excitable Aussie shepherd mix. They took great care of our lab mix also!
