This was the worst experience ever I’ve had at a vet clinic in my life !! First off whn I called to get the price of having my sons cat spayed I was told it would be 102$ an some change when I came in the next morning to drop her off they added another 100$ worth of things they claimed she needed witch brought my total to 234 witch I paid in full when I dropped her off then whn I came to pick her up this morning over night she chewed her stitching out while she was in the care of this vet clinic an I was told I was financially responsible for how is that ? They refused to give me my cat back an refused to give me the pain med an antibiotic that I already paid for the day before when I dropped her off i will never bring any animal to this establishment again am strongly recommend no one else does either they do not care about the health of animals all they care about is getting the most money out hard working middle class people as they possibly can I’m scared to death that my cat is going to have a infection because they wouldn’t give me the antibiotics that I paid for already an now I’ve spent 250$ with them I can’t afford to take her to a decent vet ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE IF U LOVE THEM !!!! Read Less

When we moved to Tennessee, we didn't have a vet for our cat, Buddy. Buddy was healthy and happy. When we adopted a kitten, we had no idea how old he was or if he was healthy. We took Ravenclaw in to see Dr. Osborne and what a pleasant experience it was. The staff and Doctor were AMAZING!! Since then, we've taken both our cats in to have their rabies shot and get up to date on vaccinations and a few other procedures.
