The dedication, care and treatment of our son's hamster will never be forgotten. It saddens me that we had to put him down but we know it was the best decision for our beloved pet. I appreciate the help in trying to get him feeling better and the truthfulness of what could be done with estimates of costs if that was the road we had taken. In the end we know that there wasn't much that could be done for our little furry friend but I am thankful for the care he received. This has been a breath of fresh air compared to another vet in Ooltewah we used to use. Dr. Mullens is so kind and good with our pets. The previous vet had warnings to wear gloves on our cat's charts but here, the first time, Dr. Mullens disregarded this and the cats were just fine. His demeanor is just so good. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Even tho it was are first time ever seeing them and I had to put my sweet boy to sleep they help me by telling me what was wrong with him and with his age it was best for him. Dr. Mullins truly truly cares about his patients. He is kind, thoughtful, and never looks rushed, but takes his time to explain everything and to show he cares. We just lost our 12-year old Labrador after several months of treating her diabetes. Dr. Mullins and his entire staff have been nothing short of amazing since my little boy has been here being treated for parvo and coccidia. The entire staff has been sweet, wonderful, loving, passionate, caring, attentive, etc. They have done such an amazing job with my sweet boy and I will NEVER be able to thank them enough for all that they have done and are still doing for Oliver!
