Staff is great here! Was visiting for a few days when my dog got injured on all 4 paws! They were right down the road from where we were staying. Called ahead of time & they were prepared for us & helped our pup stat! What really impressed me was that doc actually tried to befriend and gain some trust from our dog before handling him. MY CAT DIED THREE DAYS AFTER BRINGING HIM HERE FOR FLEAS!!! My cat was a senior at 19 years old and weight just over five pounds at 5.44. Typically, I would not bring a cat to the vet to pick up flea medication but because of his age and weight (I know kittens less than five pounds aren't supposed to take it) I wanted to make sure that the vet found that to be the best option. (Even after a series of baths over a few days I couldn't get rid of the fleas he contracted through visiting a relative with outdoor cats). The veterinarian called me back to the checkout desk and proceeded in handling the transaction of selling me flea medication once he realized thats what I was there for. I had my cat in a cage and asked him to take a look at his weight and age to make sure this was OK. HE REFUSED TO EVEN GLANCE IN MY CATS DIRECTION!!! AND INSISTED THAT GIVING HIM THE MEDICATION WAS OK!!!! Within 12 hours of giving him medication his meows were slurred and he could batelybsyamd, let alone walk a straight line. He was very wobbly. Within 24 hours HE WENT LIMP! He would not use the litter box, he didn't eat a thing for over 48 hours, not even his favorite treat!!! He wasn't even blinking his eyes, (they were continually stuck open)! Didn't have the strength to meow! The only thing he was doing was breathing! And barely even doing so at that. After two days of suffering and getting worse, I made an appointment elsewhere and I had him euthanized. Though my cat was old, he was full of life and good health! He had a well checkup six months prior to this and was told that aside from obvious old age that my cat was as healthy as a five year old kitten. I DO BELIEVE THIS DOCTOR'S NEGLEGENCE IS THE ULTIMATE REAPONSIBILITY FOR MY CATS DEATH!!!! Read Less

We haven't been back in a while due to moving a ways away. The best vet I have ever been to for any of our animals, particularly Borat. He had a habit of eating things he wasn't supposed to. He needed surgery to have these things removed from his belly. Every one took great care of him and he is still doing well. Thank you all so much. The folks here in Pigeon Forge treated our Standard Poodle when she became ill as we were travelling throughin our RV. We called and the Animal Clinic had us bring her in immediately. Our Boston Terrier, Sasha, started having trouble with her ears while we were vacationing in Pigeon Forge. We called and were able to be seen that day. The staff and Dr. Harper were so nice and thorough with Sasha. We were given the medicine to make Sasha better and the bill was very easy on our pocketbook. It would have cost much more at home.
