If I could give this no stars, I would. I brought my cat in that was deathly ill & couldn’t even eat. They checked him out & told me that he had a uti. Gave me medication for it but still wasn’t eating. I felt uneasy & the next morning I called & went into another vet on Chapman highway: Boyd’s Creek Animal Hospital. I had to put my cat down that day because he had a mass in his stomach that they could feel. They didn’t even have to take any X-rays to know that there was a huge mass in his stomach. I wish parkway would have paid more attention when they were examining him. If I wouldn’t have went with my gut that morning, my poor baby would have suffered longer than what he was already doing. Baby girl had her rabies shot today. We used a this vet because we moved and didn't want to keep traveling to the old vet. Needless to say I am very glad we switched. Not only is this one closer to us but the staff was amazing and they went crazy over her. They we're so kind, fun and outgoing. It makes a difference when you actually love what you do! We were so impressed with Dr Cline and staff! We had to have our little doggie put down and everyone was so compassionate and caring. Dr Cline even walked our little buddy out to the car for us in a container when it was all over. The prices were so extremely affordable. We were beyond impressed!!! Thank you everyone at the clinic. Dr Cline is the best veterinarian I have seen. While on xmas vacation, my dog became very ill. Two visits later, and nothing but exceptional customer service and my dog was well cared for. They even called to check on him after we returned home. I wish this vet was in my hometown but certainly if you are there use them! Read Less

Our baby dog was so sick. They took her in that day. The Vet was a miracle worker, he saved her. He went out of his way even though they were going to be closed and it was Thanksgiving. Absolutely excellent care! I won't go anywhere else! They are conscientious of your feelings, your finances and your beloved pets. Dr Bartley loves animals and doesn't try to get u to spend money on unnecessary things, if he says u need it, u do. If there is a cheaper alternative he tells you. Love this office. Read Less

I am a first time pet parent. Parkway Animal Hospital is attentive,  patient,  and caring. The first time I brought Molly, I spent ten minutes asking simple questions most people would already know. They never made me feel stupid,  and never made me feel rushed. Now that we moved back to Alabama, 500 miles away,  they still show me the same amazing customer service. I lost Molly's records during the move and didn't realized it until today when I needed to bring them to her new vet. I called and they were emailed to me in a rush. Dr. Bartley has taken care of my Cocker Spaniel since he was born. He and his staff are loving an caring of all the animals. We also leave our dog with him when we have to travel long distances. They treat the dog so well, sometimes I think he'd rather stay than come home! Read Less
