Excellent veterinary care from Dr Chris Biggs and her staff. They have their own lab and can do many complex procedures that otherwise you'd have to go to UT for. We were referred here by another vet in Knoxville when our dog had some serious issues they couldn't handle, and once we met Dr Chris and saw how she cared for our baby we knew we were going to be driving to Seymour for vet care from now on. They do get busy especially on Saturdays because they take walk-ins when possible. Prices are reasonable compared to other vets. Read Less

Great people. Great vets! Did what they needed to do without me taking a house loan..my dog has had a heart condition (misdiagnosed by 4 other vets..2 in area$$$$$) on heart meds now. Left her over night😱but it was a great thing . they monitored her. I got a good nights sleep. Stay less then $20. She came out happy..Smelling good..and is not afraid to go back. The staff and veterinarians at Tri-County are some of the most caring , kind and helpful individuals I have ever trusted my fur babies to. During my most recent experience Dr Vanessa and the staff were so thoughtful & honest and even during a devastating situation they kept me informed regarding my precious baby's surgery and Recovery. Even though the situation ended sadly, Dr Vanessa and the staff were extremely thoughtful to my state of mind and helped me make all the necessary decisions to ease the pain & suffering of my most beloved pet. I can't thank them enough for all their kind words, caring attitude, and patience with a very sad pet momma. I am astounded by the positive reviews. I brought my precious dog here for my first visit, parked in the front middle of their parking lot, & MY WINDSHIELD WAS BASHED IN WHILE I WAS INSIDE FOR MY APPOINTMENT. VERY UNSAFE PLACE TO GO. The Safelite guy who replaced the windshield said "that's no rock damage, someone punched your windshield." When I let the staff know of the happening (& i made it clear it was not for reimbursement, just so they'd know what's happening on their property), the first lady said someone must have tried to break in to my car but passed me off to another lady who had to call me bk but then suggested that maybe my dog did it?! My boy is a registered service dog who is extremely well trained- not to mention the glass was punched IN, not out, hello. She also said she was told i wouldn't be returning so not to bother calling me back. The head vet/owner(dr chris biggs) was informed of what took place on her property & not a peep out of her. Poor way to do business. They were so nice at the start, but once there was a problem, they treat you poorly (esp. absurd since I wasn't looking for reimbursement). Terrible customer service & I'd be scared to return to that environment. Not to mention they board dogs-can you imagine leaving your precious dogs here? Just the safety factor alone sends me running. Not a good place to go. Better, safer options in the area. Avoid this one. Read Less

Best Veterinary place in the area. We now go here as the other clinic in Sevierville changed hands and, well, just say it ain't what it used to be. Dr Biggs is the nicest lady. And the receptionists are great. They bend over backwards to fit you in.Read Less

The facility is nice but the tech grabbed the muzzle of our sick elderly dog so tightly she could hardly breath, and caused her to cry. And that was with us in the room! I told the tech she didn't have to squeeze that hard and afterward she gave me a look like she'll do what she wants and acted like she enjoyed hurting my sick dog. I so regret not doing more! The vet just wanted to run tests that cost more than my doctor charges me for tests. After agreeing to the tests the vet still had no idea what could be wrong with our little girl. She suggested older dogs held their weight differently. Two weeks later we needed to take our dog to an emergency vet (not Tri County!) and with just a stethoscope and her hands the emergency vet was able to tell our baby's heart was not in the right place. It was being displaced by a tumor and her lack of muscle the result of a chronic disease. She knew so much more even before running tests than the Tri-County vet knew after. I couldn't be more disappointed in Tri County Veterinary Clinic! From a tech that appeared to take pleasure in hurting our sick dog to a vet that seemed incompetent at best and seemingly there only to rack up charges. We lost our beautiful Mastiff Ruger today. Dr. Megan handled the euthanasia with knowledge, compassion, sensitivity and grace. We are forever grateful to her for treating our pets with expertise and heart, and for being there with us (literally on the floor) during our incredible loss. She is wise beyond her years.
