I appreciate and really really liked all the ladies that work there I took my 3 month old puppy into be staying in an emergency situation they attended to her immediately and allowed her to stay to receive IV fluids until I could come and pick her up later on without charging me anything additional. They even called me a couple of days later to check on her and make sure she was okay turned out she had parvo but they were able to give me antibiotics and everything she needed and she was back up and running within 4 days

Use caution in using Agape Pet Hospital. Every single visit I ever went for they always found some expensive service that they make me feel is imperative to my animal���s health. I paid over $2,000.00 in a matter of weeks and then they charged me $126.45 on a visit. When I was in to see Dr. Pleggi, he became angry and actually yelled at me and then wanted me to pay him for the privilege. I have not ever had ANY issue with ANY vet in the 35 years I have used them. That’s three vets in three states of residence. Each place we have lived for 10 – 15 years each has been a wonderful experience, until Agape. Agape is the first absolutely horrible experience I have had. Now they further show their love of animals or maybe not by not releasing my pet’s records to provide for continuity of care. They won’t even release the records for the two grand I paid them. Use caution. In my experience, Agape is love in name only. They should be named Money Pet Hospital. That would be closer to the Truth I experienced with them.

This review is long overdue but I didn't want my appreciation to be unknown. Dr.Pileggi and the staff went above and beyond to take care my cat Lily who I took in from abdanonment.Lily was a 17yr old outdoor cat that was not well taken care of by her "owners" so I decided to take her in and have her checked.Lily was ill with hyperthyroidism which led to her blindness and kidney failure but through it all Dr.Pileggi allowed her be taken care of and loved.She went through ongoing testing and treatment to assure her quality of life was the best it could be. Dr.Pileggi was compassionate and knowledgable through Lily's Journey and I am beyond thankful that he was the vet to take care of her. I highly recommend him because I know that he truely cares about the animals that come to him. Lily is no longer with us because her sickness eventually took over and rapidly took her downhill within days.Dr.Pilggi and his staff made it possible for me to give Lily a warm loving home before she passed and that means a lot to me.She needed that love and comfort and thanks to Dr.Pileggi and the staff, I was able to give that to her.

I trust these vets, it's why I keep going back to them. My dog is comfortable there, and they are very nice and the exam rooms are always clean and not smelly. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I never wait too long for an appointment. They send email reminders and are always up front, which I appreciate.
I have one complaint, and that is the fact that I have never been in an exam room without being upsold on something. It concerns me because I never know when they are going to find something for real, and I have to decipher whether they are upselling or counselling. My dog always seems to need an x-ray, and never for the same thing. He's always got a slightly enlarged something, and maybe we should run a test for this. If it weren't every time, I might be more cautious. This is frustrating enough that I consider going to a different vet after each visit. It seems that making money is worth putting my dog through x-rays or drawing blood, and that is disheartening.

My husband and I moved to the area last month and our main concern was finding an excellent vet for our pup. I did research online and found great reviews for Agape Pet Hospital. I called to set up our pups 1st appointment and the receptionist Missy was able to fit us in right away, that same day! We easily found the office and it was clean inside! The vet tech Katie was wonderful and our pup loved her! Our vet Brian went over our questions and concerns and our pup was comfortable with him! Well to be honest our pup wouldn't leave his side!! I'm truly grateful to everyone there! Thank you for the excellent care and compassion!!!

I did some research online and read the reviews and decided to take a chance on Agape Pet Hospital. I called to set up our pups 1St appointment and lucky for us they were able and happy to fit us in that same day, within the hour!!! The receptionist Missy was a sweetheart and a pleasure to speak with. The building was easy to find and very clean inside. Our vet tech was wonderful and our pup adored her!!! We got to discuss our concerns and questions with our Vet Brian and he was amazing to both us and our pup! I am beyond thankful to everyone at Agape Pet Hospital. I now can feel comfortable knowing our pup will have the best care! Thank you to everyone of you!!!

So I made the call to set up our pups 1st appointment. The receptionist Missy was a sweetheart and was able to fit us in right away. The office was easy to find and clean inside. Amazing doctors and staff! They helped us take care of our elderly cat right up until the end. The whole team was extremely professional and caring. My favorite vet tech is Katie, she helped my family through the passing of our cat and showed such compassion and empathy. We even got a condolences card, that whole staff signed. It made my day and brought tears to my eyes that they thought about my family. I cannot say enough good things about this office other than they are all kind hearted and passionate people. I will always be a client and a constant referral to anyone looking for outstanding patient care.

I really recommend these folks. We took our dog there today and they were very good with him. We brought him in for one thing (that they treated very well) and they did an exam and found another issue that we didn't know about. They sent us away with some food too but I assumed it was free (like a manufacturer sample) and discovered that we were charged for it. We also had an issue with the bill as we checked out. They were about the overcharge us for medicine by $80 but I asked about it and they fixed it. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I'll still go to them because I think they know their stuff and they are very loving with my dog. All in all I think their pricing is fair and they caught an issue that we were totally unaware of.

I called Agape just to get a feel for their customer service and was blown away with how helpful, kind, and patient they were. Then when I brought a puppy in, they were so cheerful and kind - very welcoming and calming. The rooms were clean, they were great with the puppies as well as my young child. They engaged him in conversation and we didn't feel rushed out or that we were a nuisance. The whole experience was fantastic and I wasn't as nervous having to do it again for the next puppy with my child in tow too. They're not pushy and have such a calm demeanor - it was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Yesterday, my wife and I had to make one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make. Our dog was suffering from a very aggressive cancer that had spread from his leg to his lungs in a period of approximately 3 months. Over the previous 2 days, we saw a drastic decrease in his quality of life and knew it was time to let him go so he could be at peace. How this process was handled is what will make me only use Agape Pet Hospital for my animal's care from now on when we get another pet in the future. We contacted their office on Friday morning. We are lucky to own a business in the same building as the pet hospital. Someone from their office provided us with information on the euthanasia process, as well as cremation and burial. Dr. Crowell then spoke with my wife about how we would prefer to let him go: Bring him to the clinic, or come to our home. We agreed to have him put down in our home. When Dr. Crowell and his wife arrived, they prepared us for how the process would go. They gave us as much time as we needed with him, and before doing anything, we all joined hands around our dog, and Dr. Crowell prayed to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that he would allow him to go peacefully and that he would take care of him from now on. Once the process was completed and our dog had passed, they happily transported him back to their office and are taking care of organizing the private cremation, ordering of the urn, and making sure we get a paw print to keep forever. I am humbled and honored to be a client of Agape Pet Hospital!!! If you want loving and personalized attention and care for you animal, I would highly recommend using Agape. They are there to serve each animal with the "unconditional love" that each owner would expect from a quality and well-trained veterinarian.

Dr. Grace did a great job with our kitties. She is very caring and gentle and treats them like her own. She answered all my questions and took her time showing me where my older cat was having back pain. I highly recommend both her and Dr. Crowell. The reason for the 4 stars us because they tend to run a little behind. Maybe that's because they take their time with each patient... Which I'm okay with. :)

excellent "petside" manner, spent plenty of time answering my questions and did everything possible to help my kitty after she was attacked by dogs late one evening, not to mention taking the time to come out and work for us. the price was reasonable and the quality of work was amazing, I know all was done to save her despite the sad outcome, I know in my heart she was as comfortable as possible, and I am grateful. I will take my other pets there for regular visits.

I appreciate and really really liked all the ladies that work there I took my 3 month old puppy into be staying in an emergency situation they attended to her immediately and allowed her to stay to receive IV fluids until I could come and pick her up later on without charging me anything additional. They even called me a couple of days later to check on her and make sure she was okay turned out she had parvo but they were able to give me antibiotics and everything she needed and she was back up and running within 4 days

Use caution in using Agape Pet Hospital. Every single visit I ever went for they always found some expensive service that they make me feel is imperative to my animal’s health. I paid over $2,000.00 in a matter of weeks and then they charged me $126.45 on a visit. When I was in to see Dr. Pleggi, he became angry and actually yelled at me and then wanted me to pay him for the privilege. I have not ever had ANY issue with ANY vet in the 35 years I have used them. That’s three vets in three states of residence. Each place we have lived for 10 – 15 years each has been a wonderful experience, until Agape. Agape is the first absolutely horrible experience I have had. Now they further show their love of animals or maybe not by not releasing my pet’s records to provide for continuity of care. They won’t even release the records for the two grand I paid them. Use caution. In my experience, Agape is love in name only. They should be named Money Pet Hospital. That would be closer to the Truth I experienced with them.

This review is long overdue but I didn't want my appreciation to be unknown. Dr.Pileggi and the staff went above and beyond to take care my cat Lily who I took in from abdanonment.Lily was a 17yr old outdoor cat that was not well taken care of by her "owners" so I decided to take her in and have her checked.Lily was ill with hyperthyroidism which led to her blindness and kidney failure but through it all Dr.Pileggi allowed her be taken care of and loved.She went through ongoing testing and treatment to assure her quality of life was the best it could be. Dr.Pileggi was compassionate and knowledgable through Lily's Journey and I am beyond thankful that he was the vet to take care of her. I highly recommend him because I know that he truely cares about the animals that come to him. Lily is no longer with us because her sickness eventually took over and rapidly took her downhill within days.Dr.Pilggi and his staff made it possible for me to give Lily a warm loving home before she passed and that means a lot to me.She needed that love and comfort and thanks to Dr.Pileggi and the staff, I was able to give that to her.

I trust these vets, it's why I keep going back to them. My dog is comfortable there, and they are very nice and the exam rooms are always clean and not smelly. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I never wait too long for an appointment. They send email reminders and are always up front, which I appreciate.
I have one complaint, and that is the fact that I have never been in an exam room without being upsold on something. It concerns me because I never know when they are going to find something for real, and I have to decipher whether they are upselling or counselling. My dog always seems to need an x-ray, and never for the same thing. He's always got a slightly enlarged something, and maybe we should run a test for this. If it weren't every time, I might be more cautious. This is frustrating enough that I consider going to a different vet after each visit. It seems that making money is worth putting my dog through x-rays or drawing blood, and that is disheartening.

My husband and I moved to the area last month and our main concern was finding an excellent vet for our pup. I did research online and found great reviews for Agape Pet Hospital. I called to set up our pups 1st appointment and the receptionist Missy was able to fit us in right away, that same day! We easily found the office and it was clean inside! The vet tech Katie was wonderful and our pup loved her! Our vet Brian went over our questions and concerns and our pup was comfortable with him! Well to be honest our pup wouldn't leave his side!! I'm truly grateful to everyone there! Thank you for the excellent care and compassion!!!

I did some research online and read the reviews and decided to take a chance on Agape Pet Hospital. I called to set up our pups 1St appointment and lucky for us they were able and happy to fit us in that same day, within the hour!!! The receptionist Missy was a sweetheart and a pleasure to speak with. The building was easy to find and very clean inside. Our vet tech was wonderful and our pup adored her!!! We got to discuss our concerns and questions with our Vet Brian and he was amazing to both us and our pup! I am beyond thankful to everyone at Agape Pet Hospital. I now can feel comfortable knowing our pup will have the best care! Thank you to everyone of you!!!

My Husband and I recently moved to the area and wanted to find an excellent vet. I researched online and read great reviews on Agape Pet Hospital. So I made the call to set up our pups 1st appointment. The receptionist Missy was a sweetheart and was able to fit us in right away. The office was easy to find and clean inside. Our vet tech Katie was knowledgeable and our pup adored her. We went over our questions/concerns with our vet Brian and he was amazing with our pup. Our pup loved him, didn't want to leave his side! I'm grateful that we have the best vet care in Spring Hill!!!

Amazing doctors and staff! They helped us take care of our elderly cat right up until the end. The whole team was extremely professional and caring. My favorite vet tech is Katie, she helped my family through the passing of our cat and showed such compassion and empathy. We even got a condolences card, that whole staff signed. It made my day and brought tears to my eyes that they thought about my family. I cannot say enough good things about this office other than they are all kind hearted and passionate people. I will always be a client and a constant referral to anyone looking for outstanding patient care.

We brought him in for one thing (that they treated very well) and they did an exam and found another issue that we didn't know about. They sent us away with some food too but I assumed it was free (like a manufacturer sample) and discovered that we were charged for it. We also had an issue with the bill as we checked out. They were about the overcharge us for medicine by $80 but I asked about it and they fixed it. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I'll still go to them because I think they know their stuff and they are very loving with my dog. All in all I think their pricing is fair and they caught an issue that we were totally unaware of.

We adopted two rescue puppies a few months ago. I'd always had cats before and didn't really have any complaints about the vet I had used for them. I called Agape just to get a feel for their customer service and was blown away with how helpful, kind, and patient they were. Then when I brought a puppy in, they were so cheerful and kind - very welcoming and calming. The rooms were clean, they were great with the puppies as well as my young child. They engaged him in conversation and we didn't feel rushed out or that we were a nuisance. The whole experience was fantastic and I wasn't as nervous having to do it again for the next puppy with my child in tow too. They're not pushy and have such a calm demeanor - it was a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Yesterday, my wife and I had to make one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make. Our dog was suffering from a very aggressive cancer that had spread from his leg to his lungs in a period of approximately 3 months. Over the previous 2 days, we saw a drastic decrease in his quality of life and knew it was time to let him go so he could be at peace. How this process was handled is what will make me only use Agape Pet Hospital for my animal's care from now on when we get another pet in the future. We contacted their office on Friday morning. We are lucky to own a business in the same building as the pet hospital. Someone from their office provided us with information on the euthanasia process, as well as cremation and burial. Dr. Crowell then spoke with my wife about how we would prefer to let him go: Bring him to the clinic, or come to our home. We agreed to have him put down in our home. When Dr. Crowell and his wife arrived, they prepared us for how the process would go. They gave us as much time as we needed with him, and before doing anything, we all joined hands around our dog, and Dr. Crowell prayed to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ that he would allow him to go peacefully and that he would take care of him from now on. Once the process was completed and our dog had passed, they happily transported him back to their office and are taking care of organizing the private cremation, ordering of the urn, and making sure we get a paw print to keep forever. I am humbled and honored to be a client of Agape Pet Hospital!!! If you want loving and personalized attention and care for you animal, I would highly recommend using Agape. They are there to serve each animal with the "unconditional love" that each owner would expect from a quality and well-trained veterinarian.

The reason for the 4 stars us because they tend to run a little behind. Maybe that's because they take their time with each patient... Which I'm okay with. :)

excellent "petside" manner, spent plenty of time answering my questions and did everything possible to help my kitty after she was attacked by dogs late one evening, not to mention taking the time to come out and work for us. the price was reasonable and the quality of work was amazing, I know all was done to save her despite the sad outcome, I know in my heart she was as comfortable as possible, and I am grateful. I will take my other pets there for regular visits.
