I've trusted Dr. Pearl and staff with my 4 dogs (3 of whom have complicated medical histories!) and countless foster dogs in my care for many years. The standard of care provided here is excellent and the diagnoses and treatment options are always explained thoroughly and performed with equal parts of professionalism and compassion. However, I saw something at a recent visit that really blew me away! I had seen a family arrive shortly after I did -- a couple with a little boy who was around 7 years old, and their very senior golden retriever who was unable to walk. After my appointment, I noticed a candle burning at the front desk next to a sign that said, "If this candle is lit, someone is saying goodbye to their beloved pet. Please speak softly and with respect at this difficult time." As if that wasn't thoughtful enough, one of the receptionists, Amber, was sitting with the little boy on a bench in the lobby, reading him a story, keeping him happily distracted as mom and dad were in the exam room having their hearts broken. As if THIS weren't kind enough, at one point, the phones were going so crazy that Amber had to step away from the little boy for a moment. A lady waiting for her pet to be seen kindly invited him to slide over and offered to finish the story. He smiled and brought her the book as I was leaving. Just wow. I always leave this place very appreciative of Dr. Pearl and his great staff, but this time, the compassion and kindness shown to this family by not only the staff, but also a client -- really took it over the top. Upon adopting my dog, Zak, I have only taken him to All Pets. Recently he had a hairline fracture in his leg and the care they provided was outstanding. Zak has always been nervous about the rannual visits but after having weekly visits for his leg he has become more comfortable thanks to the excellent care he's received. I took my dog in to get his teeth cleaned and then an hour later I received a phone call telling me that my dog had died. Dr Adams was wonderful during all of this - never leaving my dog's side. And she even told me that there would be no charge for any of the services that had been rendered that day (other than the cremation). As we were leaving, the front desk put a bill in front of me that was for over $300. I understand that they are running a business - but that was not what had been said to me in the back room. I called later to speak with the office manager about this, and the only thing she did was inform me that "they did nothing wrong" and then she gave me a credit of $50. I really loved our time at All Pets and we loved Dr. Adams....unfortunately, that feeling went away with the passing of my dog. I had felt until that point that the staff cared for me and my dog. But as we were leaving I only felt as though we were a form of income for them. Up until that point, I would have referred anyone to All Pets, but now I am hesitant to do that due to the lack of compassion that was shown to my family during a horrific day. All Pets Health Center Alert: I would be very remiss if I didn't acknowledge All Pets Health Center, especially, Dr. Pearl and his staff and Lalayna, who maintained my sanity...After moving from Manhattan to Nashville...I started interviewing vets...I must admit I was a bit jaded and then I found All Pets Health Center and Dr. Pearl...I explained about Norma and the truck loads of her records that were forwarded from New York..Dr. Avra and AMC and of course Dr. Jeff...Dr. Pearl and his staff were so very kind and extremely professional...I was a mess because of Norma...My Duracell bunny stayed with me another year and I attribute this to Dr. Pearl and his staff...how lucky for me and my crew..which was Norma..Albert..Harry and Boris...It was time for me to release Norma's spirit and soul...Dr. Peal and LaLayna came to my home and treated me..my husband and Normie with the utmost kindness and care.I was saddened to leave Dr. Pearl's practice but we were moving to Florida...I just want to thank you and your fabulous staff for welcoming me and my crew and looking after their best interest..even when I questioned (which was alot) their care...Think about opening a practice down here...I'm sure they will be lining up....again so many thanks... Dr. Pearl and all of the other staff doctors, as well as the office staff are wonderful and always great to work with. I know that they genuinely care about the well-being of my pets (3 dogs), and are always very honest and fair with me about pricing. I haven't found the prices to be any higher than any other vets in the Nashville area. I definitely recommend this vet hospital - they will take great care of your pets! :) Read Less

I have lived in Spring Hill for four years and have gone to All Pets that entire time. Initially I was happy with Dr. Pearl and the staff were friendly. Over the past three years though, the service has become very uncompassionate and rude. I have two senior dogs who are at the vet frequently, yet they never recognize my pets or seem to care about their well being. My last visit was an emergency one because my eldest dog was unable to walk one morning and crying in pain. I dropped her off at the vet for the day to be evaluated. I picked her up that evening and was given a bill for $300. I asked to speak to Dr. Pearl and the receptionist said that wasn't possible. I was not informed of what the test results and x-ray results were and my dog was not treated like a family member. I honestly felt it was a nuisance that I was there with an unscheduled visit. I would NOT recommend this vet to you if you care for your pet. I am taking my dog's to a new vet now. Read Less

Their facility is very clean and comfortable, their staff is very knowledgable and extremely friendly - It's almost like you have known them for years! They also have very cheap prices! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with All Pets! During my pets illness, Dr. Pearl and his staff were so compassionate and friendly. They truely treated my pet as if she was a part of their family. I feel that they all went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with all of the tests and treatments, and in making sure that my baby was being taken care of. I've had a great experience with them so far. They have always been very friendly & kind to me, which other places in Spring Hill have not (::cough::Spring Hill Vet Clinic). For example, I was filling out paper work when I realized that my dog had chewed through her leash, but luckily, the nice lady in the front gave me one to keep. Although that's a minor thing, I found it to be extremely generous. I hope they continue the friendly attitude they've demonstrated to me & others so far. I will continue to go there & recommend friends to go there in the future for sure. I'm pretty picky with my vets, and I feel pretty darn comfortable saying that this is the best vet in Spring Hill by far. Read Less

I would recommend All Pets Health Center in a heartbeat! I have been going there for a while and when my older dog began to get sick the entire staff was so compassionate. The doctor there was very kind and explained everything to me, like why we had to do the tests that were recommended and what they tested for. He knew that I wanted the best care for my pet and that is exactly what he provided for him. They called after every visit to make sure that he was still doing ok and they all were so very nice everytime we came in for an office visit. They treated my pet like he was part of their family. When it came down to the finances, the Office Mgr was very nice to me and very compassionate. She did more than I could have asked for to help me financially take care of my pet. When our English Bulldog stopped eating, we took her to see Dr. Pearl. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with her, so they kept her overnight on an IV to try to diagnose her problem. After x-rays, they determined she had swallowed something that was lodged in her intestines. Throughout her surgery, the wonderful staff kept us informed. They told me what they found and kept it so I could see what my 4-legged baby had eaten. The entire staff was so compassionate, allowing me to spend some time with her after her surgery. They explained in detail everything they had found, everything they had done. They worked with me to set up a payment plan which made affording the procedure much more bearable. Had been going there since it opened, he was the worst Vet I have ever come across. My dog passed away due to mis-diagnosis, he kept wanting to do massive tests and we knew was the issue was. Felt I was a bank for the vet, not that I mind paying for petcare, but he insisted on doing unneccessary tests. During the time that we were bringing our dog back and forth to the vet, I was sitting in the waiting area and a older couple came in to pick up their dog from having dental surgery and their bill wasn't what they expected. They talked to the Office Manager and she acted very cold and uncaring towards them. The day before we took our dog to the vet for the last time, we called another vet and told him what was going on and he immediately knew the problem. Felt that All Pets didn't try hard enough, didn't consult with other Vets in the area. If you have to drive a few miles more to make sure that you get a better Vet. Read Less

I recently had a horrible experience at a local kennel. After a week of boarding my dog, I picked her up in aweful shape. I immediately took her to All Pets Health Center. They were great. I didn't have an appointment and they saw me right away and even stayed late helping me. They were kind and caring. They were really concerned about my dog. They even call every few days to check on her ( she was in really bad shape). She received excellent care. I highly recommend them. Read Less
