The doctors and staff here are some of the most caring and competent animal lovers I know. I have taken my pets there for over 30 years and I have always been pleased with their service. They also now offer a rewards system that makes caring for my dog Smokey more affordable. Smokey loves to go get his monthly spa treatment. When they correctly diagnosed him with a serious infection, I am sure they saved his life! Thanks White House Animal Hospital!!! Read Less

We have taken our pets here for 20+ years. However we will no longer use them. We took our precious Bentley in and they gave him meds for stomach issues. He continued to get worse and we were concerned. My husband took him back in the next day ( day before Thanksgiving ) a woman came out to the front where my husband was holding Bentley and the woman just looked at him. Never took him back or even touched him. My husband was treated like he was overreacting! Needless to say Bentley came home and couldn't go back until after holiday. Long story short Bentley died 2 days after Thanksgiving from an infection that could have possibly been treated if they would have taken their job more seriously. We have paid about $1,500 which we would have gladly paid for them to do their job. I understand that sometimes their is nothing that can be done to save our beloved pets. However in this case I feel as if they dropped the ball. We are so very disappointed in the service and absolutely heartbroken over the loss of our baby Bentley! KimberlyRead Less
