Got our cat neutered today. Upon dropping him off, we asked for an estimate. The receptionist claimed it'd be no more than $50. Came back to pick him up and it's $80. We are about to give her the money when she says "Oh wait, I actually think i gave him a pain shot" and continues to add that into the bill, which ended up being almost $100. He is currently in a lot of distress, so I'm sure she lied about giving him the shot just to add it into the bill. When we told her she gave us an estimate of $50 just hours earlier, she claimed she had not said this at all. So we decided to ask for a detailed receipt, which she said she had lost so she had to retype (which we don't buy). Anyway, never coming back here and i don't recommend this place. Maybe the vet knows what he/she is doing but the only person we talked to was the front lady who was very rude and contradicting.

Scheduling was a piece of cake. They explained directions for pre-op for my cat very clearly. He was fixed just fine, no problems. I really liked that when I was filling out paperwork and handed it in, she was looking over it and noticed I had opted for the pain meds (which were pushing $15-20) and she said he really didn't need them since he was getting pain shot there which would last a while. I liked that she said that. They're not just out to take your cash. I would definitely take my future pets here.
*edit- since leaving there there's something wrong with his face. His whole nose is bald and he has a tumor-like mass on his back... mmmkay. Gonna go back again soon to see what's up but pretty odd he was perfectly fine before, now a week later he's having two issues. Will update when we figure it out.
*edit- yep. He has mange. The only thing different that could have caused it was him going to this vet. Never using them again. 😠

Hmm, I'm unsure. If I had not been told that was a veterinarian clinic I would have never known. There's absolutely nothing to indicate what the building is for. The driveway is unmarked and a dirt road with huge holes. The building sits off the road on the back of the property.

We have been going there for several years now. We had been through several vets while searching for a place where we felt comfortable and could afford being that we had soooo many dogs which we adopted due to people dumping them off out in our area "the country". These girls are very professional; caring and compassionate. They always give you one on one time and never dismiss even the smallest concern you may habe. I will never search again because this place is everything we needed from A-Z!
