Do not take your pets here. My family had taken our pets for a while and we regret it. They have been so rude and unprofessional. We called asking for my dogs medical records, and David straight up said no, and we wouldn't understand them. My dog also had a surgery done there in June 2021 and it botched her leg. We are back to square 1 and having to do a whole other surgery. So frustrated and and annoyed with how they treat people and animals. Dr. Trew has always been rude and acts like it's a inconvenience to check our dogs. That's what your job is!

I have always taken my dogs to this clinic Since it opened over 30 years ago. Dr Trew is a good veterinarian. However, her husband manages the office and makes decisions regarding patient care he should not be making. My dog is on food the doctor put him on after allergy tests. David changed the food and my dog had severe eczema because of it. Dr Trew told me to take him to another vet which I did. Then my other dog had some kind of injury to her neck. I took her to Dr Trew but she didn’t check my dogs neck and ordered blood work and ordered an xray. I told the other vet not to xray (her liver) because she was in too much pain. I took her to the other vet clinic and decided to continue taking both dogs there. David did not send all of her records. The vet wanted the results of all labs but could not get them. Dr Trew is only in her clinic 1-1/2 days a week now and I don’t want to go there and have her husband treat my dogs when he is not a veterinarian. When I told Dr Trew about the food change she said it couldn’t be the food. I told her it had fish in it and his allergy tests showed fish to be an allergy. That’s when she told me to take him somewhere else she was frustrated with my dog. I am sorry things have worked out this way as she has taken care of 3 other dogs I had in the past and gave them good care.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The entire staff at this veterinary clinic has gone above and beyond for me and my fur babies! This has been a rough year for my dogs (pregnancy, mastitis, spay, Parvo, and GDV) and they always got me in quickly when I needed them. They truly care about their customers and make you feel welcome every time you come in! I did loose my Great Dane this year to GDV and a week later I received a card in the mail from the entire clinic, and because of this small gesture I will use them for life! They most definitely go the extra mile, and I will never use anyone else! I recommend them to everyone I know, and prices are great, too!

*I'm editing my previous review and taking away one star because of a recent experience. I had taken both my Aussies to this vet for over a year. While I still believe the doctor and assistants are great, I decided to change to a different veterinarian simply because of the older gentleman that works at Village. I went in to have a simple evaluation done on my male for his registration and was treated like I had no clue what I was doing. Plus, he made the decision made FOR me that I was going to microchip my dog, even after telling him I did not want to do it during that appointment and would come back again. I walked out, after paying double what I expected to, with a microchip and a piece of paper. This was not the only instance of him giving his 2 cents when it was not asked for. Other than him, the office staff is great and I would still recommend even though I chose to change vets after that.

My dog has never visited this vet clinic before but i have spoke with the reception staff quite a bit and i have to say they have outstanding customer service. Carrie (I believe is her name) is always so sweet and willing to help. I talk to vet clinics on a daily basis and this one by far has always been the most pleasant to work with. Thank you and keep up the good work!

We took our dog there one time & wasn't very happy with it. We were planning on finding somewhere else and then my dog went to live with my mom. So I called to get our records transferred & they were incredibly rude. They said that they were going to call me back after sitting on hold & never did. Then when I called them back they were not nice. They acted like they were put out because they had to fax a simple piece of paper. Seriously would never take my dog back there AGAIN! Not ok to treat people bad because you are having a bad day especially if all they did was ask you to do your job.

Do not take your pets here. My family had taken our pets for a while and we regret it. They have been so rude and unprofessional. We called asking for my dogs medical records, and David straight up said no, and we wouldn't understand them. My dog also had a surgery done there in June 2021 and it botched her leg. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The entire staff at this veterinary clinic has gone above and beyond for me and my fur babies! This has been a rough year for my dogs (pregnancy, mastitis, spay, Parvo, and GDV) and they always got me in quickly when I needed them. They truly care about their customers and make you feel welcome every time you come in! My dog has never visited this vet clinic before but i have spoke with the reception staff quite a bit and i have to say they have outstanding customer service. We took our dog there one time & wasn't very happy with it. We were planning on finding somewhere else and then my dog went to live with my mom. So I called to get our records transferred & they were incredibly rude. They said that they were going to call me back after sitting on hold & never did.
