The best vet ever. We absolutely love Dr. Riley and all of the techs there (our favorite is Jacob. One of my dogs has bad anxiety and Jacob is his favorite haha). Dr. Riley and all of his staff members are beyond AMAZING! I have been taking my dogs to this place  for about 8 years already. And the lady that answers the phone Becky. Has been SOO RUDE lately. I told her that we have an emergency with my dog and she said with an ugly tone I can't do nothing we r busy. And then she hang up the phone on me. Then I called again and she said sure we can see your dog. Is she off her meds? Bipolar or something?  The doctor and staff that works in the back are very nice. Except for Bipolar lady. I won't take my dogs there any more and tell my friends not to go there anymore. I recommend not to take your pets there. Read Less

I've been going to Dr. Riley for over 20 years and would never consider switching. Please don't be put off by the location. By not moving to a more upscale address, he keeps his prices affordable, which I truly appreciate. They can do everything a larger practice can and the folks there are great. He never pushes expensive procedures, rather he gives you all the options, and lets you decide the best course of action. An example of his awesomeness :) - many years ago, he had my sister's cat in care onsite for about a month (liver condition). He didn't give up on the cat, knowing that he could recover with time, and giving him that time without charging exorbitant rates for after hours care. Truly, what he charges was so little compared to other vets. Zack lived to be 17 (I regret that when he passed, due to timing, it was at the I-20 emergency vet, and not at Dr. Riley's). I've been going to Dr. Riley since 1982 and wouldn't consider changing. He and his staff are caring and compassionate and have taken excellent care of my dogs (6) over the years. The care given to my last 4 dogs allowed me to enjoy their company for at least 13 years each. The two I have now love them as did all the others. I've taken my Yorkie mix there a couple of times and everyone is super nice, good to my dog, and has given her great care. The parking lot and building floor are a bit shabby (it's in a sketch part of town) but don't let that deter you. It probably keeps costs lower, but the people are top-notch.
