The Banfield here is what should be the standard care for your pets needs. The front office was beyond friendly which I do pay attention to. Transparency is a must in these day and age for customer service. The store was barely opening as well so it's expected to have carts lying around, but nevertheless still felt welcomed unlike the store south of Arlington. Read Less

I brought my kitty here because I was trying to find an affordable place and it was difficult to find a clinic with open times. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor answered all my questions; however, I was given a spray treatment that didn't even kill the fleas and just made her coat sticky. The spray only relieved the itch and after taking my baby to another vet a month later did I find out she was having an allergic reaction to the flea bites. Also, had a ringworm test done, but kept missing the calls for the results due to being in class. I called back a few days later and was told the doctor would give me a call, but I never received it. I spent about $150 here and my problem wasn't even solved.. Read Less

I love taking my dog to this Banfield. Dr. Dominguez is a lovely person and she's always excited to see my fur baby. She made us aware of the possibility of a food allergy the first time we took our dog in, and we were able to identify the symptoms of some sort of allergy pretty quickly. We switched his food and his itching and ear and skin infections cleared up over time. Because she warned us so quickly that a food allergy (poultry, specifically) was a possibility, we saved months of testing and hundreds of dollars in bills from pet visits. Having read the reviews on google before we took our Baxter there, I was a little hesitant. Now I recommend this clinic without reservation. Friendly and understanding staff, kind and knowledgeable doctors, and the Wellness plan is awesome. I can't speak for older dogs, since Baxter is just a puppy, but with him they are awesome. I have been pretty satisfied with this Banfield for almost 7 years. Experienced some problems last August and September with the lack of Vets. I have the Wellness Plan and didn't want to go elsewhere. It seems there is more stability now with Dr. Dominguez. I like her and she is very helpful and interactive with my dog's care. Read Less

I had two cats. One of them we had to get euthanized here and the other we got neutered here. They both had the kitten care plus plan. Now my cat died last December and they continued charging us for his plan until April/May of this year. We finally got the plan canceled, but they wouldn't refund our money that they took for those months that they continued to charge us for a cat that was no longer alive. Which is bullshit because it was their responsibility to take care of that considering he died at their hospital. I would like to add that while we got our cat euthanized we were treated very nicely and were well taken care of. Now in February of this year we got our other cat neutered here. During his recovery his surgical area was very swollen and filled with pus. Soon after all the pus drained he got an abscess right next to the surgical site (his scrotum). It was pretty much a giant hole in his skin. We took him back to Banfield and of course they tell us that it wasn't because of the neutering surgery it was that he got hurt by a sharp object. They sold us some medication and we left. Mind you the wound was a perfect circle. And before it was a wound it was a medium sized ball of what I'm assuming was pus inside his skin. Later on it burst and created that hole. I talked to my cousin who is a veterinarian and has recently finished all her schooling and she told me that it was definitely because of the neutering surgery and that someone over there messed up. So Banfield, while having very nice staff, has people who can't manage a simple feline neutering surgery and a corporate system that just steals money from it's own customers/patients. You'll be paying a lot of money for very iffy service.Read Less

I have a cat that is itching so much that he's tearing his flesh open. I took my cat here and they told me that cats don't have allergies. So they checked for mites, sold me some expensive medication, sold me this cat pheromone thing that plugs into the wall (that is defective and gets so hot that it creates a burning smell), and my cat is still tearing his flesh open. I spent over $150 and my cat is still ripping himself open. I will not return here, they don't seem to exhaust every possibility and instead want to sell you as much stuff as possible.Read Less

I really like this location. I have been bringing my pets here for a couple years. I was a little upset with my doctor left, but the ones here now are great. There was a girl doctor there that I didn't like, but she moved too. Dr. Cruise and the red headed doctor are very good. They are kind and they care about my dogs, not just the money. Some people on here complain about extra costs with the plan. But what they don't understand is that the plan doesn't cover EVERYTHING. It covers your basics, and you get a discount on flea and heartworm stuff and if your pet is sick. Anyone who complains about the plans obviously didn't read the details about it! I have 3 dogs on it and I love it! Read Less

Read Less
