I actually live near no fewer than THREE closer animal hospitals (I live in Euless). I make the drive because the staff is fantastic and actually introduced me to my lab-mix Zoey. They always remember her and treat her like more than an appointment. I'm so happy with them and will recommend this clinic again and again.

Had a fast and easy visit, it was my cats(Finney) first ever visit and he was taken care of wonderfully. going to come back in for a update checkup, i most defiantly recommend this place.

This is a great place for my pet needs. Having three rescue cats, I haven't always been able to give my pets the best care but the vets at this hospital work with us and don't scold us. They make recommendations and we choose. Staff is very patient!

Almost 20 years ago I moved to the area with a problem 4 other vets had tried to treat (one suggesting a delicate surgery I couldn't stomach). I was referred by a coworker and Dr. Lorenz did a simple procedure to fix an issue the other 4 vets couldn't successfully treat. I was hooked. Many of my pets have been treated here, including an emergency life-saving surgery performed by Dr. Raney (I was an emotional wreck over this, rushing my pet in. They took the best care possible of my dog....and me). They have always been honest, knowledgeable, honest, professional, honest and generous with their time. Did I mention honest? The vet tech (Mary) is very knowledgeable & helpful. I have seen some changes in the front office staff (over 20 years) and have never had a bad experience with any of them. Always helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am leaving the area, and am more concerned with finding a vet clinic to fill their shoes than I am finding myself a new doctor. Great service always with no exception.

Not a good experience, and they have trouble understanding anything I call in about. I'm floored by how condescending the front desk is. Not worth even the coupons they were sending out in Valpak. ...
Not a good experience, and they have trouble understanding anything I call in about. I'm floored by how condescending the front desk is. Not worth even the coupons they were sending out in Valpak. They also really freaked out my dog when I took him in.

Oh my! This doctor is awesome. Staff very sweet. Not only did he do his best for Max (Party Poodle) but he gave him a shot for his spine and gave us the meds all included in the visit cost! WAY COOL! ...
Oh my! This doctor is awesome. Staff very sweet. Not only did he do his best for Max (Party Poodle) but he gave him a shot for his spine and gave us the meds all included in the visit cost! WAY COOL! I highly recommend him and will continue to take Max and Bella (Maltese) back there!

I found a coupon on ValPac that included all shots, hw test & a year worth of prevention for $99. It's a great deal! They were really nice & took great care of our dog!

I just got a rabbit and although they don't provide services for rabbits, they gave me the name of another clinic that does. The staff is friendly and I will always be a customer.

We have used Cooper Street for several of our pets beginning in the early 90's. Dr Raney is so caring and wonderful with animals, it is easy to see that she found her calling. I highly recommend their boarding as well, my dog had been truely pampered when we have boarded him there!

They always remember her and treat her like more than an appointment. I'm so happy with them and will recommend this clinic again and again.

Almost 20 years ago I moved to the area with a problem 4 other vets had tried to treat (one suggesting a delicate surgery I couldn't stomach). I was referred by a coworker and Dr. Lorenz did a simple procedure to fix an issue the other 4 vets couldn't successfully treat. I was hooked. Many of my pets have been treated here, including an emergency life-saving surgery performed by Dr. Raney (I was an emotional wreck over this, rushing my pet in. They took the best care possible of my dog....and me). They have always been honest, knowledgeable, honest, professional, honest and generous with their time. Did I mention honest? The vet tech (Mary) is very knowledgeable & helpful. I have seen some changes in the front office staff (over 20 years) and have never had a bad experience with any of them. Always helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am leaving the area, and am more concerned with finding a vet clinic to fill their shoes than I am finding myself a new doctor. Great service always with no exception.
