Call in on Friday and made an appointment for my dog to get neutered on Tuesday. The line got disconnected so I called back and talk to some guy who I assumed was the veterinarian.. he asked me all the same information and apologized for the line getting dropped and got my appointment on the schedule and told me to make sure that I should not feed my dog anything Monday evening or Tuesday morning and bring him in drop him off Tuesday morning and I can pick him up at 2 PM that same day.I was already pretty annoyed I had to book it out but wanted to make sure that it can worked with my schedule.Today I called in to see if they were open and they couldn't find my appointment in there system. They didn't offer anything for the problem to be resolved and I have to say that there lack of professionalism is far from decent.2 thumbs Way Down. Read Less

This animal clinic and the staff are and have always been the best. I have been taking our dog Chelsea here since she was 8 weeks old. She lived a long and beautiful life. She past away this past Thursday at the age of almost 15. Dr Diffley made it to where every time we went in to see him she was so excited! Just took one of my cats there, losing his hair. Bet checked him out , gave him a steroid shot, and told me where I could buy flea medication cheaply instead of doing it there!! Been here with my rescue cats, he helps out local rescue group Buddies Place also. Great place!! Read Less

Been here a couple times since I've had my cat. Both visits everyone is kind and gentle towards the cat. (My cat generally is pretty friendly to unknown people and adjusts quickly to new environments so YMMV with how your cat acts.) Pretty relaxing atmosphere; they try to make it as un-hospital as possible. Find it to be reasonably priced compared to have places I have read about or heard of from other people I know. Read Less

Dr. Diffley and his staff are amazing! They have been caring for my furry babies as long as I have lived in Texas. They are caring and they will work with you if money is tight. They run a low cost vaccination clinic the first Saturday of every month from 1-3 so get there early.Dr. D doesn't do any of the abdominal surgeries (spay, neuter, etc.) but will recommend a great vet if your furry baby needs it.
